    @ShawInfo the "Black Friday" prices of your phones are ridiculous. If you x 24 on those Tab prices you are getting ripped off more the the Big 3, and that's quite the accomplishment. Have a SALE ffs & truly help your clients b4 the @Rogers takeover @BenKlass

    @RogersBiz 10 hours waiting for a call back service. When I finally got the call back, a recording voice told me that Rogers is currently close. So I have to call again next day and wait another 10 hours. What a fiasco. @TorontoStar

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hey rogers. Its been over 2 hrs since my call was transferred to “customer care”. For a situation that one of your reps caused. I want to know how long would you take to retain a customer or is that something ‘rogers’ don’t care about? 20 years loyalty here

    @Rogers Where I live….it is the only service…..talk about being had by the short ones….expensive and dropped calls all the time…..we are long time customers…they don’t care
