    @RogersHelps Rogers internet (Mississauga) has been up and down for days. No explanations other than “it’s not just you, it’s everyone in your neighbourhood” and “we’re working on it”. Oh and now “there’s been a delay in fixing the problem”. 🙄 Did they get hacked or something?

    Nearly an hour ago, the @Rogers support line assured me I wouldn’t lose my spot in the queue, and I should hear back from an agent within “11 to 16 minutes”

    Upwards of 16 hours trying to upgrade my phone with @RogersHelps Good thing I’ve given this company like $500 every month for basically forever to get this fantastic level of customer service.

    @Damiannooo @Rogers it's because the big three conspire together to control the market. no real competition means no reason to improve speed or reliability or to lower prices. candians pay the most and get the worst telecom services in the world because of corruption. **** you Rogers. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps upgraded my phone this past week, and just found out I have a credit limit now, why? In 12 ish years never had a balance or missed payment. Can you look into for me? Called in rep didn't know why. It's silly as with my bill around 400 a month and upfront edge coming
