@RogersHelps I cancelled my cable package yesterday and so you throttle down my internet. I pay for a GB and now since I cancelled I barely get 10 mbps. Nice how you treat a customer after 20 years.

@RogersHelps I run SportsNet Now version 4.8.1 (I think) on an Apple TV HD 32GB (bought in Oct 2022) tvOS 16.2 paired with a 6 year old LG TV; and SportsNet Now version 7.0.13 on an iPhone 13, currently iOS 16.1.1. Interestingly, no other streaming apps have the same problems.

@Trevornoah Took me more than 2 months to cancel my @Rogers internet. Cost a couple hundred dollars for service I never used but at least I am done with them now. Flying a dragon to Mordor would have been faster and easier.

@dynamiteBdog @Bell I’m with @RogersHelps. Occasionally they offer great deals for mobile services. I pay $75 for 50GB data… I won’t use them for home internet or TV. - The service is shoddy and frequently goes out and they offer nothing in the way of compensation other than one day refunded

@Sportsnet I can’t watch a single hockey game without multiple issues (audio drift, won’t start playing correctly, buffering). It’s been this way for months. Is anything being done to address all these issues? I don’t know what I paid for. @RogersHelps @snNOWsucks #sportsnetnow
