🥌 Curling Fan (@CurlingFan22) reported@d2thethomas @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Ha! Been there, done that. The store staff will tell you they can’t help you and hand you their phone to use to call the call centre
-
stella vellani (@StellaVellani) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess it’s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians
-
krukru137 (@krukru_137) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!
-
Menna (@marmisto) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called for tech support, talked to a gentleman who spoke decent English with a semi-heavy accent, however the other gentleman in the background weren’t speaking English at all. I asked what all the background noise was and he said he was driving, using a car phone. 😭

Gry Phyn (@LGBMike) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.
-
Прінсеса Саша CHECK MARK (@sasa_prinsesa) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They have fired most of their Canadian staff and outsourced overseas! It’s horrible now; cut back customer service, IT help and hours! It’s awful! @Rogers I wish there was an all Canadian company I could give my business to!
-
Rob Rock (@TheRobertRock) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
-
Jamie L. (@xPISTOLx_cdn) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Money... The average minimum wage in Canada is $17.06/hr Ca. Morocco - $2.68/hr Ca. It isn't about "Quality of Service"... It's about "Quantity of Shareholder Dividends" and "Quantity of Executive Bonuses"

pledgeboyisqb1 (@pledgeboymob) reported@EdmontonOilers @Rogers not bad
