@Rogers How does that make any sense ..... did you know in advance , how many more will not be carried. Should I cancel service and sk for a refund . I am very frustrated . Why can’t you put it snwhd. There are things Rogers can do it seems to me.

  • coolmanjun 정영준 チョン・ヨンジュン (@coolmanjun) reported

@RogersHelps My internet is down. Help me please

  • hawkria Tano (@hawkria) reported

@RogersHelps There are NO latest details about service interruptions. There is nothing at all about interruptions in your community. On your website, any address across Toronto is entered, it shows "working on issues".

  • Sergetacular read a book (@Sergetacular) reported

Imagine paying almost 100/mo for internet... and then have it cut out at least 7 times a week at random. That’s the @rogers experience.

  • fantasychamp82 Dub (@fantasychamp82) reported

@RogersHelps Would make a lot more sense if YOU notified them of the app outage. Telling a customer to go to another department is classic big company crap. Be better.

@xFoon @Rogers Rogers is so bad man I hate it. My dad refuses to switch

  • lofifrvr 𝖑𝖔𝖋𝖎 (@lofifrvr) reported

@xFoon @Rogers LMAO wtf is that. just go to McDonald's dude its probably better

  • yolfie09 Yolfie (@yolfie09) reported

@rogers @Sportsnet you just lost me as a customer! I suggest you improve your customer service! #brutal #blackoutsduringcovidisfuckingstupid #whatwasipayingfor

  • mrledrewmath Steve LeDrew (@mrledrewmath) reported

@Rogers Yeah. No kidding. Thanks for nothing. Your service sucks. Blackouts were once used to ensure that tickets were bought up before the game would be broadcast locally. Now YOU use blackouts as a tool to force consumers to buy premium 1/2

  • blukas558 Ben Lukas (@blukas558) reported

So after a day of frustration with @Rogers nothing has been corrected. If you have device protection through @Rogers or Brightstar, check all your info down to the IMEI number or they will be awful to deal with. Be warned.
