    I have been a @Rogers for as long as I remember. Was weird walking into a @Telus store for a SIM card to use my cell. Rogers has been up and down sick 10:34 last night. Wonder if we are going to get a credit back for services missed

    @RogersHelps Intermittent? Some customers? Looks like it’s no service everywhere in BC, just checked with three people in different locations and been a solid no service , please be honest and transparent

    @RogersHelps As much as I’m not a big telco fan (name one you like) this is the future of being online. Gmail went off line for half a day. My cell is down so I’m taking a break. My clients also know the situation. Most of U need to chill out if you can’t do anything about it.

    @RogersHelps You’re actually preventing me from getting a vaccine. Do you understand how insanely bad that is? Don’t wanna hear apologies or inconvenience garbage. You absolutely fist us for dollars and now on top of that we can’t even make calls or receive confirmation text messages.

    @RogersHelps It’s been down 8 hours now, Toronto time. So frustrating! Our lives paralyze, we can't work and do business. How soon you could fix the problem? It is lockdown and you need to connect to your neighbour's Bell wi-fi.
