    @RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

    @RogersHelps Will open a complaint to crtc. Chat is non functional and phone line jammed.6h to try to make contact to fix a broken service I am paying for is appalling

    @Rogers has done it again. Lost another load of emails - sent to byte heaven by Rogers. They don't answer the phone. Some BS about being too busy. No one can help recover my emails if they don't even know how to pick up a phone and speak in to it.

    Two weeks of @Rogers & Likewize failing to fix my 85yo father-in-law's phone. Horrible experience with their contracted repair service. Sharing to protect other vulnerable seniors—save yourself the headache and choose a different provider. #CustomerService #Telecom

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers I will look at the complaint route - but the issue is they are travelling and we need to contact the employee and we can’t. Horrible service - so disappointing.

    @RogersHelps currently 84 minutes into a call with internet down in my area not just my residence. Wants to charge me a fee to have a tech come out? Huh? It's at least the block (others on block no internet). St Albert, AB. No insight, no solutions, just eat up my time.

    @Rogers when you have no possibility don’t promise.. you have pathetic service and you still charge the highest in the region. #leeches
