    @RogersHelps We went through that yesterday... then I stopped getting replies... all my channels appear to be working at the moment, but I lose 80, 43, 41, 54 periodically (probably other channels I never use as well but these ones I notice)

    @sunshine22kas @RogersBiz My mother recently moved into a care home and I needed to cancel her contract - utterly shocking experience and in contrast to when you owe them money ZERO responsiveness and support.
