@RogersHelps mangers promised me to call at 2pm and never get a call, he told me he emailed to dispatch at 7am but at noon they didnt bother to reply even to manager. Liar Liar Liar... pathetic service.. shifting to Bell. @cityofhamilton

@Rogers your cust service is failing. 1st agent was on a private call while thinking he had me on silent hold. He expectedly messed up the device order. 2nd hung up on me twice when trying to transfer to Buyer's Remorse. Buyer's remorse took 39 min to say they don't know.

@RogersHelps Check the link. There’s nothing on it. Hard to believe that there have never been any outages in all these months. It’s obviously not used at all. Why pin this to your account if it’s useless?

@RogersHelps every night between 330am and 5am my internet shuts down. I've never complained yet, but today it's been down for 20mins and has no sign of returning. This is ridiculous, I'm ready to switch.
