SAS. (@GuyaneseChild31) reported@RogersHelps I've never seen customer service as useless as yours. Been on the phone trying to resolves something and just been transferred back and forth the entire time.

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

Luminier (@Lunar_Dusk) reported@RogersHelps I am currently residing in Vietnam. On April 10th, I contacted your call center to settle the remaining balance in full and requested to cancel my account. However, the final payment has still not been processed, which is preventing me from closing my Canadian bank account.

absolutelyEpic137 🐝 (@totallyEpic137) reported@RogersHelps That has been tried but I’m still getting calls. The request “Remove my number from your list” has NEVER worked for me for ANYONE trying to sell me something. Quit calling me.
-
Andrew Pottie (@Andrew_Pottie) reported@nuttyskadork @RogersHelps I had Shaw but I finally dumped them after they increased my internet-only service from $55/month to $128/month over about 8 years, for essentially the same service.

TRG (@TRG_1867) reported@MaahirMomtaz12 @Garnet_2203 @Rogers Are you dense? An early retirement offer isn't a forced retirement. They did the same thing with the federal public service this year and barely anyone left. You must be young, you don't really understand how things work as you age.

Aman Rattanpal (@AmanRattanpalX) reportedSwitched my home internet after @Rogers / Shaw reps promised great rates + $250 credits. First bill arrived: $358 instead of $65. and Credits? Zero. Now nobody answers calls. I have screenshots, emails, phone numbers everything documented. Terrible service. Next stop might be court.

Matan Buchler (@Walsurus) reported@RogersHelps Yep. Cable internet and phones. At this point I’m considering cancelling it all if you can’t help.

playtendobox (@thejaytc) reported@RogersHelps On march 7th i called in and changed my plan however rogers failed to push it through. After over a month and several call everything got settled, the bill for every service i have should be 266 after tax. The bill I received was 330. This is completely unacceptable
