@RogersHelps when do you expect cable services to be restored? Your offering has deteriorated and it seems that it is time to consider other more efficient options. You need to clean up your crappy service for which you charge an arm and a leg.

@Rogers Can you fix the LTE here at north york? Only 3G data works. Even my parents fido, rogers lte doesnt work in our area. But when we go to another area out of north york lte works

@mcmanus17 @RogersHelps Check to see if there is an “add-on” on your plan. I don’t have a 5G supported iPhone yet but I looked into it and with bell you had to do it through the bell app to get in the 5G network. No fees.

@RogersHelps Hi - is there currently an issue with the Ignite TV app? Suddenly cannot cast to TV using Chromecast, and it looks like many others are having the same problem. Will it be fixed?
