    @RogersHelps an 11 minute wait isn't bad.. but when that 11 minutes turns into 52 and counting you should have the option to get a call back .. this is ridiculous.

    @Rogers Thankfully I was able to finally talk to someone at Rogers who was able to understand what "i want to spend less" meant and was able to support me to help make that happen.

    @Rogers Perhaps you could also invest in more staff to deal with massive volumes of customer complaints, so that I’m not still sitting on hold for over an hour to deal with a billing issue?

    @Rogers so far it's been 7 days of Rogers service (or lack of, more accurately..) and I'm getting beyond frustrated; what if my 30-day satisfaction guarantee ends while I'm waiting for you guys to fix it??

    Hey @CRTCeng @RogersHelps How about you make the Oligopoly you created to allow people to cancel services online or in-person rather than making them phone and wait on hold for more than an hour?? You are NOT for the people #RogersSucks #CRTCisajoke #CRTCSucks

    If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

    @Rajio @Rogers I had this same issue with Rogers about 5 yrs ago. I'd been a customer with them for over a decade but wanted a better rate. Every retention offer they gave me was a variation of "It's still gonna cost you $85/mo, but we'll add a bunch of extra crap you don't want or need."

    @Rogers it is almost 2023! Why does my internet cut out suddenly! Am I paying less that I must?!
