@RogersHelps DM for what? I already know that this is gonna take 8 hours like last 2 times! If @rogers is not able to provide a full service, then don’t offer it! It’s been 3 times in less than two weeks with the same problem and with the same excuse.

My @RogersHelps internet DROPPED AGAIN. 3 tech visits and no resolution. I pay for gigabit internet and I don't have a stable connection at all. I am so beyond frustrated by this. I can't work without internet and Rogers seems to not understand how pressing this is.

Hey @RogersHelps that new web chat is cool and all, but it would be really great if I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes in between responses from my customer service rep. I’ve just want my cable issue fixed and it’s been 45 minutes mostly of waiting.... 😒

@FrancisGotHeat @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers is a joke!....I have ignite tv....on avg about twice TWICE a day the whole house loses signal...constantly having issues with them..and they just tell me to restart router...thats how they tell me to fix it...planning on leaving
