Well this concludes the 3rd straight day of "brief service interruptions" (aka. absolutely no internet) on my @Rogers Ignite internet. Wonder how long my boss will take the excuse "my internet is down"... @RogersHelps

@Rogers I do not know who needs to hear this but Rogers and the service is absolutely atrocious. People are great and try to help but the system is broken!! So close to being done with Rogers!

@Rogers Been a customer for over 20 years. Have seen my bill increase from $170.00 to now $225.00 in 1 yr. I was forced to switch from basic cable to Ignite bc new tech and now I don't even have basic channels like ABC, PBS, Fox, CBC. How are these not a part of basic package.

@Rogers you guys provide horrible service!!! I am required to return my phone to avoid the charge but I am Ina separate country and provided absolutely no recourse. Can't wait for you guys to be broken and end your monopoly. Waste of time!!
