    @RogersHelps hello guys. Have no cable Internet service since about 11.20 last night (Bolton/Palgrave area). Have rebooted modem without improvement. Just get the orange flashing light. Is the service down or has my modem failed. Thanks!

    @blackcomb10 @RogersHelps Tell me about it. I reported the outage last night at 7pm. Finally spoke to an agent this morning at 10am— no ticket was ever created to fix the issue!

    @LoriBurans @RogersHelps This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience for sure. And Rogers doesn’t seem to want to take responsibility for their crap service.
