I’m so frustrated. Why am I paying 7k a semester, am forced to work from home due to covid, paying for good quality internet but not getting it? @RogersHelps id love a refund of my tuition since it’s been greatly paralyzed by your terrible service.

Imagine having a zoom meeting cut out over 6 times .. IN 30 MINUTES... during a midterm review lecture. Thanks @rogershelps for NOT having my back. I’m appalled at the service I’ve gotten from your company for the last year.

@RogersHelps Hi, the internet and TV had been cutting out for about 45 minutes to an hour, but have both been working fine for a bit now. We haven't had any further issues, thankfully, so I'll send a DM if it happens again. Thanks!
