Gotta love dealing with issues with @RogersHelps for months, getting the run around from every department, having data and wifi drop outs, getting help links that don’t work, and getting dropped from multiple chats with no help after waiting for a half hour each.

@Rogers paying more for my service than any other provider would charge for twice the data. Service in most o my area is horrible in comparison. Time to modernize your service and prices? Don’t tell me to call because every time I do I never get through.

@Rogers hello, new rogers customer here. I ordered S21+ ultra 5g 256gb black, over 5 weeks ago. No shipping confirmation, just back office email weeks ago saying backordered. I've called once per week, no customer service rep has any idea where it is or when I'll get it. HELP!
