    @Rogers your virtual assistant Anna isn’t helpful; was transferred to customer service & have been waiting for 25 minutes for a rep to come online. At the same time my husband has been on hold for 1.25hours without anyone picking up the line. Horrible service. So disappointed.

    @Rogers Super disappointed with your service. Someone from the sales team sold me the plan to get it back rogers, as I left fido a month ago. Its been a week, the order has not been placed and nobody knows what's happening to my account.🤦🤦

    @Rogers On phone for 2 days, hours, spoke with several diff ppl and still no one can assist. That is terrible customer service.

    Hey @RogersHelps sure would be nice if you fixed the SNNow app so you can actually connect your apple subscription to it. Never have I been so frustrated trying to use an app. Needless to say I've asked Apple for my freaking money back.

    @RogersHelps It was the call from rogers. Woah was not expecting this from you guys. You did not even ask me about my mobile number and redirected me to Fido🤦. What should I expect if you can not give support to the guy you are selling.

    @RogersHelps I have clearly said the call was from Rogers and they have created the account but they never placed the transaction. You can check that info by my mobile number. If you are interested in helping.

    @RogersHelps had issues with my TV most of the weekend and now it is extraordinary amounts of spam. Anything that can be done for this? I get about 10 spam emails for everyone that’s legitimate.
