    At this point, I'm beginning to think that the @Rogers thing is a hack. No proof except the length of outage. Engineering updates may not always be easy to roll back but there always is a plan.

    @Rogers @ThatOldGoth Intermittent issue would be no more than 30 minutes, we are now looking at over 12 hours of a complete outage. Inexcusable! #rogers #rogersdown #crtc
