@RogersHelps Yes, I have to reboot the modem at least once a day to resolve the cable box issue. Everything else on Wifi in the house works except the Roger’s TV issues.

@Rogers is such bull ****.. DO NOT SIGN WITH ROGERS OR RENEW YOUR CONTRACT. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! #CROOKS NO LOYALTY

@RogersHelps There’s zero question this was setup in a scam-y way. The bill is now in collections because your agents couldn’t help. Even though I brought up concerns about this contract within the first couple weeks, I was assured this was just a document error.

@RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Canada is literally falling apart. And we have losers like you Bev, that pretend like it's not happening, why? I have no idea, your dog ****, though.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@Rogers I’m sick and tired of my Roger’s Ignite ALWAYS going down. Wifi is working! WTF!!!! I guess it is time to call Bell

  • BKOttawa
    Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?
