    Dear @Rogers I’ve now been without cell & internet service for 14 hours. I fully believe you will be providing some kind of credit for my inconvenience as I can’t reach anyone unless I’m on WIFI. PS that’s x two as my wife is a nurse at work on a 12 hours shift and can’t contact

    @RogersHelps I will be expecting a credit towards the continuing service outage today as well an explanation of why the outage is happening. Still not reason given. This is cross-country and not just cell phone coverage either.

    @missmelpayne @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps I’m going to miss a doctor’s appointment in a few minutes because I can’t receive any calls. Also can’t call my doc to advise of the issue. Trying to book healthcare appointments during Covid is difficult enough. Not being able to use my very expensive cell phone plan = worse.

    @RogersHelps So its been....almost 6 hrs for me without service. If I leave my Hotspot I have no way of answering business or personal calls or emails. More than slightly annoying for such a big company to have such a failure.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Especially during these tough times, and due to the massive service disruption we will be cutting our @rogers payment in half and are working on paying it ASAP. In the meantime please sit tight. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
