@AboutRogers @RogersHelps So it has taken you approx 16 hrs to identify the problem. Next month when you call me to collect your bill, I will tell you, the amount of the bill was lost today. If you disconnect, I will have no problems changing to the other corrupt provider.

@Rogers In Vancouver BC Mobile service went out Sunday evening before 10pm and today at 4pm still not restored. @Rogers will need to compensate its users for its digital incompetence.

@RogersHelps People don’t want a robot response. I’ve been with Rogers 23 years, I’ve never had any issues until today. Hey...I get that things happen, but give us updates and estimated fix times; not a robot.
