@Rogers is one of the worst companies, My cellphone and internet plans randomly both went up ~$20 monthly for what looks like an internal issue(no communication on the increase mid contract). Support is hard to understand and hasn't been any help defending the increase.

If you have any device or service with @Rogers then my suggestion is to leave them as soon as possible. After they have made a simple order cancelation a complete *********** while I'm trying to get an upgrade. I still don't have the new phone, and the problem still isn't fixed

@RogersHelps so frustrated by internet outage since at least 12 noon today in Guelph area. No updates provided to customers who rely on service for work and home use! Beyond poor service. Your customers deserve better!

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

@RogersHelps That is all I have done since Monday. This is past the point of being fixable. This company is incompetent and I wouldn't leave anyone there in charge of lemonade stand at this point. The damage is done.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Well, guess what I found out the error is the Apple iOS update and many users reporting the same issues Google Reddit links… Wait for fix. Use laptop. No calendar or contacts for message. missing folders, etc; quality control issue, systems updates collide, stop functioning.
