    So I'm on the phone with @Rogers because my service got interrupted. Both my partner and myself work from home and cannot go in to the office on such short notice. No one at @Rogers knows what the problem is and now we both lose salary for not being able to work.

    @RogersHelps LTE fails, switched too slower network settings (3G/2G only) & able to use Last time I messaged over @Twitter & even called in to #troubleshoot, was asked to drive kms to test different areas, talk to my neighbours about their home internet - all @Rogers did was waste hours

    @Rogers every week internet is down and I have to call and wait for hours for technical support. Resolve this or cancel the account. I can move to Bell

    @GlobalTV unwatchable in Toronto on Rogers cable for >1wk w varying audio + visual issues. Currently SNL audio is 8 sec behind the picture + wrong image ratio. On ch17 Global feed is simulcast; correct ratio but no sound. Told @RogersHelps looking into it for a week now.

    @JbZBell @RogersHelps I’m not only one that noticed BET had been removed, I was so confused thinking it was an error, after 2 or 3 decades ur gonna pull out cause contract issue, Call up BET n get it renewed, one channel for black ppl to watch our shows/movies is no more SMH
