Sarcastic Canuck 🇨🇦 (@Kippy_mag_oddi) reported@RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.
-
Stef Caunter (@StefCaunter) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams

Mark Walker (@mwalker1533) reported@RogersHelps how can I get help for my internet service. 3 months ago I was promised 90$ per month for 24 months. im now being billed for 125 including tv wich i never agreed to. holding on phone for hours end with no help. chatbot absolutely useless

Kelly DeRidder, MP (@KellyDeRidderMP) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
