    Yo @Rogers why are your techs so ******* unprepared??? Had 3 lovely phone calls with customer service the last 2 days and 2 completely rude calls from the tech in my area. Will not be getting internet from you or your sub companies again. Do your job.

    Small businesses can’t afford to be spending 3 hours on the phone waiting for customer support to help them transfer their landline phone number to their cell for a landline that’s down with no explanation in the first place. @AboutRogers @RogersHelps do better please

    Update: it is still down! Not only are many families struggling to have enough tech for their children, but some don’t have unlimited wifi and others may have and it is not reliable - this is a concern if synch education is the way we are going. @RogersHelps @fordnation @Sflecce

    @RogersHelps It's happening to internet and tv since yesterday. My girlfriend and I work from home and I have to tether off my phone. She reached out to Roger's chat support and they told her nothing they can do and offered us to cancel services. Great WFH day 👍

    @Rogers why is your service so terrible? I pay a lot of money for your "service" that is marginally better than 2G. 1.2mbs upload and download. Very much looking into buying out and leaving Rogers permanently, 15yr customer.
