.@Rogers .@RogersHelp - FOUR DAYS & STILL NO IGNITE SERVICE. That’s over 100 HOURS and still you dolts can’t fix it AND you cut off access both online & on the phone due to high volume of calls. Guess what? There’s a cure that - FIX THE SERVICE! Am I the only one affected?

@shurmanator As a residential customer I agree that $5 or $10 credit is pointless. But as you know, there are real financial losses for retail etc., and the @Rogers Cover-your-***, limited liability clause seems tight.
