@95sxw1 @RogersHelps @Rogers You too? It's brutal at least once a week we are out for 24-48 hours all together with intermittent service the rest of the time. They never have any interruptions with their billing though do they?

  • PeterRaymond_TV Peter Raymond (@PeterRaymond_TV) reported

@lish97_ @RogersHelps Looks like something pulled down all the Bell and Rogers cables just south of Brooklin. Lots of Bell and Rogers techs there trying to fix it.

  • shanstu Shannon Stuart, CFRE (@shanstu) reported

@RogersHelps That was the link I was talking about. Service had already been out for over two and a half hours before that was posted - and the location described doesn’t actually reflect the extent of the outage.

  • velvetelviss Stashlyn (@velvetelviss) reported

I can't even begin to understand how @Rogers customer service can be so horrific. As someone who was a customer for 10 years I'm appalled. Get it together and start caring about your clients.

  • weeble07 Sean Wheatley (@weeble07) reported

Hey @RogersHelps what's going on with Internet service in Whitby

  • majs9000 MAJS9000 (@majs9000) reported

@slurrysoslurry @RogersHelps Yep. We haven’t had service since about 7pm in Brooklin.

  • SinaRadfar Sina Radfar (@SinaRadfar) reported

@RogersHelps Is there any actual update? I know Comms n tech r sep departments but you gotta know in today’s day n age down internet4+ hr is absolutely unacceptable. Everything is smart we all WFH & your move to get us off traditional cable onto ignite means we don’t even have reliable TV

  • denncrocker D Crocker (@denncrocker) reported

@RogersHelps I'm having problems resetting my password. Also my ignite internet is very slow and I keep getting booted off and buffering...help

  • Tak_Tkk #GoldBlooded 🏆Warriors💙💛WON the 🏆 (@Tak_Tkk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Do you ever update your socials when you have an outage? It took me a minute to realize that I was having a Rogers internet issue. I would appreciate a heads up next time
