    @RogersHelps how in the world can you think to charge people $200+ a month for tv and internet and then have massive intermittent service issues. This hugely impacts peoples ability to work from home and not a single word from you all on the terrible service.

    @Rogers @jessiithemama DM has not helped, we have had no internet since midnight. And it was down yesterday until 3pm.Nobody is sending any updates. Not acceptable. We are not able to work and this is a big problem.

    @tbx10425225 @RogersHelps Yea I know but man it’s so frustrating. They are saying it’s going to be quite a while until this is resolved. I am at a point that I want to start sending bills to them for my non-working time because of this service

    @Rogers @RogersBiz we have bell pushing their product into our building today - ROGERS was here to begin with - can you try to get your lobby channel working ? So we can see who is buzzing us -we pay for this service with buying rogers cable phone internet - COME ON ROGERS.

    @RogersHelps Day 4 of constant internet outages in Mississauga. Still no resolution. Still no explanation of what the problem is. Great job Rogers.

    @jessiithemama @Shannon33632558 @Rogers Im in North York too. Hotspotting was too slow, im at my neighbours using Bell to work. We were away last week during the day for March Break. Didnt notice until Sunday. So frustrating!!

    dear @RogersHelps @Rogers, My internet is down since the morning, called CS and they said someone will come Wednesday to fix it. Tell me how someone can live without internet for two days at this time considering me and my spouse both are working from home. Please help.
