@RogersHelps Thanks @RogersHelps . I’m keeping faith this INTERNET *and* TV issue is resolved by 5. I know your technicians are hard at work. :/ I’m really trying to keep faith at least. But you try not being able to fulfill tasks where deadlines need to be met, and have to face this.

@RogersHelps . No tv or internet all day. No change now that Toronto's problem resolved. DM'd 3 hrs ago. No Chat yet Can't even access MyAccount to check local status. I was transfered to Live Chat 2 hrs ago. No chat there either. Not very impressive. #rogersdoesnthelp

@RogersHelps told me they’d give me faster internet for a lower price if I stayed with them. Within days, internet is down for 24+ hours now. But they still sent me the bill just now 😬

I1961534937 - Ticket raised. How pathetic is your service. Too much wait period to cancel the internet services which was promised as 1GB but 300MB data rendered. 2 months free service told by Agent but 1st month bill posted. cancel immd. @RogersHelps
