I’m still experiencing the Rogers outage. I have no Rogers internet and I’m over my Fido data now. I now have to work and take meetings at a cafe. @RogersHelps, why does all of GTA have their internet back but not my house?!

@wirelesswave @Rogers(1/2)Please don't promote Bright Star Mobile protection for your customers.I had a simple problem to repair my charging port and bright Star asked for 200$ as processing fee. The irony is that I can get the charging port replaced for 50$ from any repair store

@Jason31289807 @RogersHelps @AboutRogers On the power outage, I had my equipment powered, with no internet, so that actually surprised me.

@RogersHelps Most of us are fully aware this outage is not by accident and meant to cause disruption of our services. You have shown where you stand in the grand scheme of things with the WEF plans. Pretty low class.

As many outraged by @RogersHelps blackout last Friday, especially blaming not able to access 911, I want to point out that emergency 911 number can be accessed on any cell phone, even without SIM card and No Service message should not discourage you to dial 911.

I'm surprised @Rogers doesn't have crazy retention deals going on today. When I told CS I was going to leave she just told me the issue had been resolved without addressing that it never should have taken so long to be resolved or happened in the first place
