    @Frenaris @Rogers @RogersHelps I've literally done everything they ask. Stupid **** like plug my modem into a wall and not into a power bar (??) and unplug everything except one PC, not use my router.. etc. It's never their problem though, always "looks good on their end".

    @Madisonmcneil13 @morecowbell11 @Rogers Took me about 15 phone calls and hours wasted to get that tablet for free. Over the duration of 4 months. Their only fix was to credit the amount I get charged every-month, and when the 2 years is up I have to manually cancel the line. Or I'll get charged

    @RogersHelps I'm having a problem with my voicemail. I contacted Rogers and the support didn't know how to help me. He told me to power cycled my phone. I told him that it would make me lose the connection. He said it wouldn't. Guess what?? My voicemail doesn't work!

    @RogersHelps iPad & iPhone slow response messages are: safari couldn’t open page as server stopped responding, unable to update data due to connection issues. Yest told to reboot router, router checked & was found to be ok. Also told me to switch to 5G which didn’t help. Acc# 771175627.

    @Rogers disgusts me as a company. I've NEVER been late on my payments in the last 5 years. I was late this month by 1 day and they have the absolute audacity to send me an email informing me that I will face disruption to my service.

    @RogersHelps internet keeps going down...glen erin and collegeway....you say you are doing service since 830am...we are working from home...can we please try and do repairs after business hours. I have a lost a whole day of work.
