@RogersHelps so difficult to reach help through all your channels! Chat has a wait of 100 ahead of me, I’ve been waiting on the *611 for almost an hour without any detail of how much I will have to wait and you don’t answer your DMs. Service was so good years ago!! Garbage now

@RogersHelps can’t get through on phone, store can’t help.. can’t get a response here. Why is it so hard to try to purchase a home phone service? I must be doing something wrong??

@PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250

I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Tally of attempts to get this handled to date: 1) 8 calls to the customer service line, each with no help because you don’t get to talk to anyone. Rogers says there are too many calls and won’t let you hold, they kick you off. 1/x
