@RogersHelps if it wasn’t for Bell I wouldn’t even be able to tweet this because my internet at home is NOT working. Starting to seem like a regular reoccurring issue with Rogers. Might just have to hit the Bell notifications.

It's telling that neither @Rogers or @RogersHelps has bothered to reach out over this issue. Normally, I get a stock "How can we help?" response - via this birdapp - in less than 10min. I guess they're "too busy" to actually give a ****.
