    It's telling that neither @Rogers or @RogersHelps has bothered to reach out over this issue. Normally, I get a stock "How can we help?" response - via this birdapp - in less than 10min. I guess they're "too busy" to actually give a ****.

    This is the second Rogers outage in under a month. The last one was April 26th. What's going on, we should be getting better reliability for the amount of money we're paying! @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps coxwell Danforth area - we have been experiencing intermittent internet service for the last week now - it doesn’t go off for long but it does go off a few times a day. Can u advise what’s up?

    @Rogers for the servie disruption on April 19 you offer a measly $3.00 credit!!!! The entire day down, no work or online school and all we get is $3.00!!!! Ridiculous!
