So I'm trying to sign up for the vaccine, and the verification process is a text message from the provider. My guess is that it's not working because of the @Rogers outage? Let's goooooo here @RogersHelps

The fact that I had to school a @Rogers employee on their own company AFTER being on hold for 30+ minutes is ridiculous to me but hey; they said if I call back when the problem is resolved I will get my credit so im holding them to it

10 hours of wireless outage during a stay-at-home order forcing many Canadians to work from home making their lives harder. @Rogers @RogersHelps don't understand how these issues are taking this long. Huge disservice to all of its customers that'll probably get no compensation.
