    Hey @Rogers / @RogersHelps we have cable boxes that don’t work after 5 minutes been an issue for over a year, and y’all don’t wanna do anything. We should be refunded 25% of our total monthly bills for the entire year as we are not getting what we paid for.

    @RogersHelps @talk_2_much Why do you keep telling people to DM you so you can "look further into it"?? What is there to look further into?? No one here is having a unique problem their service, we are all going through the same outrage. So tell us here right now when the internet is coming back.

    @caff3ine_fiend @RogersHelps I'm not sure why it would still be down now. Maybe mom can try rebooting the system....(lol. I know, lame advice, but really quite often fixes things)
