    @Rogers cable and internet service down in my neighborhood almost the entire day, and @Rogers support bumped up the service restoration time to past noon tomorrow. Very unreliable service provider in Canada!

    @RogersHelps I'll reply you'll ask me to fill out a secure form. A few questions later you'll tell me there's no issue but looks like there might be congestion in the neighborhood. This has been an issue for at least 4 months.

    Can’t believe @Rogers internet has been down almost 24 hours, sure, accidents happen but contingency plans for this should be in place. You can’t expect people to be without internet for 24 hours, especially when people working from home is at an all time high. @RogersHelps
