Was just told by @Rogers that my broken modem/router can’t be replaced until Wednesday. Two full days without internet access that I rely on for work, despite a monthly bill so large it could cover my car payment and insurance. This is why your reputation is so terrible.

@RogersBiz Submitted a complaint last week regarding the outage on July 8th. The operator tried to help but promised a call back from their manager. Still waiting on that phone call. Phone lines are too busy to get a hold of you guys. How do I file a complaint? Dissatisfied!!!
