Change is now
(@Do_good2020) reported
@RogersHelps A $3 or $5 credit does nothing for a missed day of work, people unable to call 911 or family, lost customers and Rogers STILL not explaining what happened. Transparency matters. My Bell service starts on July 26th.

@itsajadams @Rogers People have a choice of provider and there are others available. Rogers offer cheaper service so I guess in some cases you really do get what you pay for, at least for the first year until the bargain expires and they increase rates once they have you hooked.

@WilliamHodl @itsajadams @Rogers A monopoly is one provider and one provider alone. We have several option. Not just Bell or Rogers. People do not need all their service with one provider either. When you have options I don't think it can be called a monopoly.

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is why we can’t have these big telecom companies monopolizing the market. They need to be knocked down a few pegs, and smaller telcos/isp’s in the forefront. One company cripples a nation. Very sad

@RogersHelps When are you going to acknowledge that you also took down Interac, businesses across the country, jeopardized people's paycheques, put people at risk through not being able to contact emergency services...?
