@Rogers is there issues in Corner Brook NL with landlines? My mother's phone isn't receiving calls, but she can call out. I've called her from my phone, and she called her number from her cell and neither works, but she can call me from her landline. Is there a known issue?

@Rogers one of your call centers rang me up today, when I told them to take me off your call list they told me to **** off repeatedly before hanging up. If this is the kind of customer service you offer, I'll certainly never be signing up with you.

I've decided to bump this every time my @RogersHelps Internet goes down for the next week. You can either actually fix it this time unlike the last two times or you can let it play out and see how it's losing full working hours every single day.

@RogersHelps Rogers really sucks. You sent me an incorrect internet bill today, $128 instead of $61. Spoke to a manager in your mgmt team who acknowledged the error, but has no authority to fix it. All I got is an apology & a reference #. Horrendous service, time to cancel.
