Hey @Rogers any idea why I can't make or recieve calls today? It worked fine yesterday and my lte is working. I've talked to 2 different techs and still isn't working. The last guy managed to make me with no network connection, but that returned with a restart.

The @Rogers strategy seems to be introducing great deals and then slowly increasing the price until they're truly terrible deals. Roaming in the US is now $10/day with a 15-day cap. In 2020, it was either $6 or $7 / day with a cap of 10 days. Roaming has now doubled in price.

@RogersHelps Customer Care will not reverse a late payment charge, after My Rogers Website said it would be charged to my credit card in July. I had just set up automatic payments on my credit card and was surprised it was set for July, but they never charged my card. #NotFair

@RogersHelps what the hell is going on with yahoo email... All of a sudden when trying to log in via Rogers it's saying you can't find my username or password in your records, yet nothing's changed on my end. Also can't reset password as it's having issues there as well 😒

Are the @BlueJays owned by @Rogers? Must be....customer service is exactly the same! Phone a contact number..."this person is not answering their phone". Phone back, on hold for 32 mins and counting..."we are still experiencing high call volumes"

@Rogers @CityNews Likes to use bully tactics by cutting services with no warning and then hold your services hostage by telling you that if you do not pay you will not get your service back and then after you pay they charge $35.00 to reactivate it, then 4 hours later email me
