@Rogers just charged me for a movie that I never watched. OnDemand movie purchases made so easy to buy that kids can simply click on a remote to buy. Why is this not restarined out of the box? So that Rogers can make more money by cheating customers? @cbcmarketplace please help

Just spoke to a telus representative. Theyre willing to give me exactly what i aksed for-unlike rogers. What a relief. Sad that you would treat loyal customers in such a callous way..especially during a global pandemic. Truly shameful that i used 2 recommeded rogers @RogersHelps

After another attempt today, they were more than happy to provide me the same plan (expires December 10th) at 140% more cost lol. my plan expires in 2 days, and i am chasing them around lol

@RogersBiz very bad experience in getting new mobility connections. Your win back team called and offered me a plan but on receiving the agreement it’s not as promised. Try to get it addressed for last one week. Being redirect to differ teams but no results. Frustrating exp..

@RogersHelps In the L5W Mississauga area & our Internet has been cutting out all morning & now it won’t come back on. The usual reboot of the modem was done earlier, the problem persists. Is this a wide spread service interruption & if so when is it expected back? Trying to WFH!
