    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions I never received a credit for the outage. For my Rogers Cell Phone, and Fido Home Internet. I received my August bill and no credit was issued.

    @RogersBiz Cut the crap. This isn’t for any of the reasons you list...sustainability, more efficiency...it’s surveillance & putting cameras in public places. Then what will you do with your technology?

    Every weekend my Ignite services are not working. WIFI signal doesn't even exist. I am right next wireless modem. @Rogers likes to take your money but there outdated technology is going to be the death of them. 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

    Hey @Rogers is $7 really all your customers are worth?? No 911 calls, no internet, putting many families in stress hoping nothing bad happens because of this. People home alone with no connection to any help. $7 πŸ˜‘

    @RogersHelps Oh I did contact tech support. They opened a ticket, took 4 days to only close it and say there is no issue meanwhile I was still getting dropped calls and interruptions. Had enough and switched my whole family to Telus.
