    @RogersHelps Every night around 12:30 - 1:30am, my internet stalls. It will burp bits of activity every 5 min or so for about 30 - 60 min then recovers. It started in December. Is something going on? I've done the old unplug replug modem, shut down restart devices.

    so @RogersHelps gave me a new year's gift of removing my visual voicemail without my permission. i called to restore it and got a transphobic run-around from the tech support person who assumed i was not the account holder. double 🙄

    @RogersHelps so I switched to Rogers last month, was charged incorrectly for my first 10 days of service and have been on hold for 1:07:21 waiting to speak with someone...... customer service not a priority?

    @RogersHelps do you have a direct number for your management team? I’ve been talking to a rep on the phone for over THREE HOURS for a problem that I’ve had for over a year that I’ve called Rogers about more than 10 times, and the phone just hung up on me 😡

    The @Rogers app is ****, you’d think with the amount of times it’s “down for maintenance” that it would ACTUALLY WORK 🙃
