    @RogersHelps trying to call NHL LIVE tech support to find out why my log in works on my Apple devices but not my laptop and it keeps saying your having technical difficulties and hangs up on me!!!

    @RogersHelps Yea that was fine when they played each other twice a year now it’s 20 games. Like I said I will never pay for a Rogers service again it’s a joke to suck every dollar out of the fans ***.

    @RogersHelps almost every oilers game from the beginning of the season has been blackout. I asked for a schedule of games I would be able to watch...they couldn’t produce one. Canceled!

    @RogersHelps Yes so far it appears to be working.. hopefully for the remainder of the game. And this wasn't just about the game I wanted to watch..any game that was on, gave me the same issue..so I am sure whatever the issue was on nhl side was fixed.

    @RogersHelps Issue 3/3 - Where is the $100 Visa card we were promised when we opened the account on Dec 1st? Nothing but disappointment so far, and tied in for a damned year. Please advise on all three issues.

    @RogersHelps I appreciate your reply, however this doesn’t seem like a task for the customer. How would I even go about requesting that? Shaw was available all of last year, and years prior to that, so why isn’t it there now?

    @RogersHelps my cable and internet have been down for the past hour or so. I’ve rebooted several times. Is something going on with service in downtown Toronto?

    @RogersHelps We’ve been on Rogers nearly 2 months. Issue 1/3 - We left a $65+ HST Fido plan for a ‘cheaper’ Rogers plan; we are paying the exact same and paid $33 to frigging change.

    @RogersHelps I had done all the basic troubleshooting steps. I was trying to view it on my pc through a browser. I have no idea what was trying to be displayed in the blue box, but I am sure it was trying to tell me something. The fix, it seems I just had to loose a period and keep hitting f5
