@RogersHelps We (as customers) SHOULD be able to make tough decisions about making plans to extend our wireless data if we are with another provider etc. We should be able to make choices when a service as essential as yours is will have a long term interruption

@RogersHelps My internet is down since May 20th. Can you guys bother to escalate it to some higher department. If you don’t have enough capability to resolve the technical issues then stop giving false commitment to the customers and stop your pathetic internet service.

Thank you @rogers for blocking the access to the pole position Formula one. Great work getting my money for less services. Nevertheless I have access to 9 channels broadcasting the same stupid Hockey game.

When I worked for Shopify we had a status update page that made all our customers aware of any connection issues. We also proactively reached out during weather disasters. Rogers however, ghosts us for almost a week like we were an embarrassing one night stand:( @Rogers

@moltenink @RogersHelps @Rogers Problem with businesses these days are their ability to completely remove themselves from any accountability. And they know it. Nothing we as customers can do. Nowhere to go. And complaints never go anywhere. Someone needs to make them accountable
