    I stg I never had problems with @TELUS. As soon as I switched to @RogersHelps problems after problems. I hate it. I’m going back to Telus.

    @RogersHelps I sometimes wonder why I continue to give my $$ to you. My internet is so expensive but yet so unreliable it’s infuriating. Up and down all day, you make it very difficult to work from home.

    Day 2 - Internet service cutting out again @RogersHelps. Ticket number from yesterday's interaction: I1653863069 I don't want to DM you. All of my personal info is in that ticket. Fix this.

    @RogersHelps Interesting how in our conversation just now you say you need to speak my grandparent knowing they have cognitive issues. Wasn't Rogers just in the news for doing that to someone else? Thanks for no help btw
