@EdwardSRogers @RogersHelps pathetic customer service with ur Toronto fairview mall center. I lost my sim while travelling outside the country and the team was so rude and they could not even check if the person I authorised is reflecting in system atleast.

@RogersHelps not only same issue has not been fixed yet. Since yesterday is much worse. Intermittent service, every few seconds now. What's going on? Is still neighborhood congestion? I need it fixed now. I won't be able to work on Monday

Not the end. @Rogers technician showed up today, got cable into the house, handed us modem, and left. He didn't check signal to the house. There is none. 3rd appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Please @RogersHelps, fix your process.

@RogersHelps @EdwardSRogers you expect global customers to wait 30 days without sim? And there is no solution at all? Customer should suffer no matter what, n yet pay the bill. Kudos! After online and outlet teams killed the time for 3 days, all they said was to wait for 30days

@RogersHelps And there are no "broadcasting changes". It is a human being who is supposed to be manually switching those channels over to the appropriate feed. I have seen it happen live. It is nothing more than amateur error week after week of dereliction of work duty. FIX THIS.
