    @Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.

    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.

    Gotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times

    Up until yesterday, I had Credit in my @Rogers account of a little more than $300. I cancel both my Rogers Home Internet and Mobile. They just sent me a bill for $250 and are actively interfering with my new ISP. You do not want to do this @rogers.

    Hey @Rogers can someone answer your customer service line? I’ve been on hold for two hours for the second time this week after trying 9 times to contact an actual person!!!
