@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Get a billing book made up in your company official letterhead with purchase orders and give it a try. Worst they can do is say no. Send a bill to all of them that wastes your time. Explain in detail why the bill is valid. Maybe a disclaimer in small print on the back.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Whoa! Hwy robbery. Was it at a london Rogers store? I went and got a crappy cell phone at the superstore with bell service….

  • tournelhenry Tournel (@tournelhenry) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers I still can't understand why North Americans prefer to buy phones directly from the Service providers that are Network-Locked restricting their choices in devices. This gives the monopolistic ******** in Canada more lee-way to treat customers poorly

  • www8z8t2m5 Alx (@www8z8t2m5) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Got my ‘no contract’ ‘bring your own phone ‘ service from Fido 10 y ago, still on it (getting my own phone, better deals with more data etc) and haven’t regretted it a bit, sure 50$ a month is 3 time more than I was paying in Europe but better than hidden fees from bell or others

  • MacHmslf Butch Patterson (@MacHmslf) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Telus and bell pull the same crap

  • yourstomine AMCNOTLEAVING (@yourstomine) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @RogersHelps Not that it will help with rogers per se, but if you move to one of the other ****** canadian companies, they will usually offer you the phone you want for free, just for moving over to them. They are all **** though. Just tell them you’re thinking of making a switch.

  • b_depotie Belinda depotie (@b_depotie) reported

@Rogers I don’t know if I can stay a loyal customer for much longer

  • Rob1206811 Rob120681 (@Rob1206811) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers I had a similar problem with Bell a few years ago, only it was internet service. They kept trying to bill me for service a couple months after I had it disconnected. It took 2 years and me finally saying enough. I removed all Bell services immediately and will not use them ever.
