@RogersHelps It dropped again 😐 Acct # 239 137791 704 what else do you need for setting up diagnostics? It has just now come back up again. During last week very annoying as the internet outage is long enough to drop at home work virtual meetings.

@Fidomobile @CRTC @Rogers WARNING about Fido Roam, I got charged $15/day on a recent trip, even with foreign SIM card. Just turning off airplane mode when landed will charge a roaming fee. Shame on you, and your sneaky shady $ grabbing practices. Def changing service! #dishonest

@Rogers tell w/e callcenter you've contracted calling from 888-764-3771 to leave a message, consider the call a success, and then **** off. I'm never going to answer if I didn't request a call. No message = not important = no call back. Or here's a thought, send a ******* email.

  • stevevrporter Steve Porter (@stevevrporter) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.
