    Spoke for 1hr+ yesterday with @Rogers and received less than satisfactory service...today’s outage compounds on this negative experience. Calling on @Canada’s leaders to investigate into more affordable telecommunications and consumer rights to a fair price-plan

    @RogersHelps @jaycestmoii Your apology is useless. Get your **** together. I cant be reached in an emergency, my daughter is at school, if something happens and they cant reach me, we got bigger issues here. Parents depend on their phones to keep in contact with their kids.
