    In case any one else in Ontario is having cable problems with @RogersHelps the hold time is close to 2 hours. So something is either quite wrong with the system, or they are really really really understaffed.

    @RogersHelps ffs 2 wks plus now of service dropoutsnpauses & failures constant on off here for the last 45min what good is 1gb connection if it dosnt stay on long enough to even cache a 5min yt vid or watch tv via ignite

    @wawilliamson @Rogers It's been like this intermittently in Hamilton where I live for nearly 2 weeks. Every afternoon Never had this issue with Source. I'm beyond it now..... Looking for something back if Rogrrs can't fix this issue. It's like watching a buffering you tube video.
