    Anyone else in #yyt experiencing issues with @Rogers internet? Has been down since ~10 AM in A1C. Chatted w/ @RogersHelps who blamed "equipment failure" and that it would be back around 3 PM - but why no official communication/public acknowledgement?

    @Rogers walked by a rogers store at eagles landing (duff and major mac) and asked if they can help change my billing online.. they said do it online yourself.. I am thinking there's no one in the store so what can they be busy with to not help a customer

    @Rogers This can’t be right. I switched from Telus to Rogers this year and Telus is far better. I can’t even get a hold of anyone to help me.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been experiencing cable pixelating on numerous TV stations for 18 days. 2 technicians and 2 maintenance techs have not solved the issue. The message on my tv screen reads “this service is currently not available “. I’m billed for them. ??

    @Rogers I can’t believe this. Everyday around noon time the internet goes down. Funny thing is the tech was just here yesterday and said fixed it. This is extremely FRUSTRATING!!!
