Timsbitz.com (@gladman) reported. @RogersHelps it's been two weeks and I still can't download my credit card statement. When are you going to fix this?
-
Chemical Holly🍀 🇨🇦🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@ChemicalHolly) reported@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

Seido verywell🇨🇦 (@VerywellSeido) reported@RogersHelps Why don't you allow cancellation via chat? With chat, we can use translation to discuss things. Don't you feel sorry for me? Do you know there are many people in the same predicament as me? I'm in so much trouble, and you won't help me?

Manavmeet Singh (@Manavvv31) reported@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi
-
phantom (@rebellion__scum) reported@RogersHelps I have, on a iPhone 15 it works fine, on a windows computer its fine so it appears to be a compatibility issue between the app and TCL

✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
