    @CBCAlerts “Canada-Wide” JOKE! They only offer service to only a small portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. @rogers is not a viable option for wireless if you want to use your cell phone off the Avalon peninsula.

  • WensLJackson WeJacks (@WensLJackson) reported

    @komgryphkru @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps Disagree, all of them over charge you and all of them have issues. If you think you're getting a credit, keep dreaming

  • Lacey_1323 Josh Lacey (@Lacey_1323) reported

    @Sweetsherene1 @AboutRogers @Rogers Lol refuse to pay for an entire month due to one days worth of outage??? Ya good luck with that one lol

  • olivewalking 10 000 Rojos (Jules) (@olivewalking) reported

    @maej43 @RogersHelps No phone service here all day, since midnight yesterday tbh! And 5G has always been no-go, lose connectivity 10x on ethernet causing software crashes. Definitely calling for a rebate 😠

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy R. Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported

    So, @RogersHelps, I expect to see a credit on my account for this full day outage for all three numbers on my account. I shouldn't have to pay for your screw-up.

  • Dylanslaunwhit5 Dylan slaunwhite (@Dylanslaunwhit5) reported

    @WensLJackson @Soaarz @RogersHelps I called and asked customer service about what’s going on and was credited the month of April’s plan cost for 3 lines as a courtesy Rogers a good company

  • JubbeiSamuro JubbeiSamuro (@JubbeiSamuro) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Stop stressing the word "intermittent" repeatedly in your public statements on this outage. My phone and everyone I know had their phones stop working completely the entire day.

  • RPenman010 Rob Penman (@RPenman010) reported

    @RogersHelps Stop passing the buck. You need to own this and take accountability for it. I hope every customer like myself calls you out for what this is, unacceptable. Both with the outage and how you handled it. No updates at all. You are the worst. I will be leaving.

  • jositariosv Josefina Ríos (@jositariosv) reported

    @Rogers , today you made me miss @MovistarPeru for the very first time in my life. Phone service outage in all Canada just for a software update? What’s your RTO? I’m very intrigued, Rogers...

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 10 million subscribers are down. 10m x $75 a month = $750 Million Rogers better fork out. Fat rich bastards
