@RogersHelps After waiting on hold 2 hours, we got disconnected and he never called me back. No service ticket number for me to check.

@Rogers Eric. Thank you for the cut and paste reply. I'm nit going to provide information on a publicly accessible platform. How about you schedule a call back from a manager to discuss the issue today?

@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet I do not wish him to be out of a job, but there is people who can do his job much better than him. Consistently the worst on every panel

@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?

@Rogers doesn't service the place we moved to, (Warman,SK from Saskatoon, SK) but are still going to charge us the $400 early cancelation fee. That seems pretty crooked to me. 🤬🤬🤬 @GlobalSaskatoon @ctvsaskatoon

They can't have it both ways! Either they are spending or they are saving every penny so @Rogers can buy another whatever they want! This is stupid!

@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.

@RogersHelps It was down for 12 hours on Sunday. Now the middle of a Thursday. How can anyone depend on you? How can I schedule calls and trust I can even be there?

@Rogers has the worst customer service. They have now locked me out of my email, for no apparent reason and their supposed 24 hour tech support? Closed! I am SO upset!
