Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! 💙💚🌬 (@jmw52) reported@Rogers the downside of you now having the majority of broadband services to Canadians is that you have the shittiest customer service. Your agents might be okay but I'm sorry over an hour on hold to speak to an agent

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedThe sound is repeatedly cutting out on the Buffalo Montreal hockey game. This is a recurring problem on 4K stations with @Rogers Xfinity tv.

Kevin Wright (@KevinADWright) reported@RogersHelps @tobi My iPhone Air was unable to tether, I tried all the normal troubleshooting steps. Then I confirmed it was a Rogers issue by going near the border and tethering on the US networks just fine. What fixed Rogers for me was setting apn: mobile.apn

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

Mr. Gitz (@MrGitz) reported@RogersHelps Nope. And eventually this is going to cause me a major problem when I have to sign in to a service like Crave on my TV. I’ve tried 3 seperate browsers(safari, chrome, Firefox). Tried a different device & even a different network(reg home internet & 5G cellular)

Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

Paul Sant (@YouPulseX) reported@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.
