@RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. It’s still freezing every so often. I’ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & it’s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

I guess @Rogers figured that firing @BlueJays manager Charlie Montoyo would fix their network issues. I think trying a different outlet or breaker should have been tried first.

@RogersHelps Time to get new service providers...if everyone switches to a non Roger's affiliate and take thier money away they will realize we are the customers no customers no money for Roger's board of directors an shareholders no more rodgers

@RogersHelps you haven't fixed issues with ignite tv. Every single day since it came back I get freezing, skipping or losing sound. But don't worry, they let me know my case is closed because it's fixed! Which it is not!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers Throwing peanuts? @Rogers should have credited a years worth of service for the trauma we have been through due to sheer incompetence.
