@RogersHelps @vincescarfone This has been an ongoing issue in the Stonehaven subdivision for months. Every other day there are outages. Unfortunately we have no recourse due to the monopoly. Seems the more we pay the less service we get.

@Rogers my internet and tv have been down in Newmarket Ontario for a few hours now. What is going on? No statements no nothing. No updates. How many times is this going to keep happening within a 1 year time frame. Yet alone the service provided to technician calls to the house

@CazzoMio1 @RogersHelps 8 1/2hrs of phone and hold home when I tried the address my rocket hub issue. Still no resolution and was told I had to call back yo get my refund since they couldn’t issue it before billing cycle ended!
