@RogersHelps There was no outrage just a technical employee who didn’t want to go the extra mile to help me. TV is fine once I rebooted. Thanks

@JayGenXer @Rogers Dude, leave those crooks. I don't give them a dime of my money. Been almost 20 years. I'll never go back. Once a crook always a crook.

Was on hold with @Rogers for 2 hours yesterday before getting hung up on an hour and 20 minutes today waiting to speak to a costumer representative. I don't want an AI conversation. I don't want to email anyone. I want to speak to an actual human to help me with my issue.

@JayGenXer @Rogers You’re gonna get an Indian that you won’t understand and can’t speak proper English anyway might as well hang up now

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have an issue that can’t be resolved online or by an AI assistant. I need to talk to a human. I’ve called five times and every time I’m given a message that due to “extremely high call volumes” you are unable to take my call. What am I supposed to do here?

.@RogersHelps amazing that your contact centre just says “too busy, call back another time”. What kind of service is that?

@RogersHelps your outage detector says there is none in my area (Kitchener, ON), but we’re very much without internet. Need to do work here and cannot.
