    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!
