    @RogersHelps is there a known outage in the l4j area? Your service map is continuously not up to date and there has been NO internet since 9am. I have already DMd w no reply since 9am. I would appreciate a timely update.

    @RogersHelps is there any service problems with the Kennedy/Lawrence area? I am getting internet but no TV. I've rebooted modem, checked cables, checked input but nothing when I press guide on the remote.

    @Rogers when are you going to get your customer service right. On hold for an hour finally speak to an agent and she puts me hold. 50 mins later still on hold for a total of 1.5 hrs on hold. Do you want my business?

    @Rogers when they think that your going to fork over your cash to them and add services they answer the phone with no hold time whats so ever when you have an issue your on hold for an hour +...what a disgrace! Now they'll turns Shaw into **** too.

    So a @Rogers technician working on someone else apartment accidentally disconnected all our services, so no tv or internet tonight. How will I survive? Just wish things like this never happened @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I was transferred over to retention, was told I was next in line, that was 40 minutes ago. No call back option. Wtf? I already waiting an hour to have someone call me back the first time and they couldn’t help! They said only Retention could.
