Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line.
