So sadly no stream today cuz the internet is being screwy again! Had the same problem on Monday and even if i get the connection back I'm not sure for how long. Once again thank you @Rogers for your "exemplary" service that we all pay good money for only for it to go horribly bad

To add clarity, I have to renew my offers annually with @rogers @RogersHelps. Funnily enough Retention Customer service can’t appear to help anymore. I always thought business folks state it’s cheaper to retain a long lasting customer than to acquire a new one. Curious times.

@RogersHelps a Rogers tech (linkon) just left my 80yr old in-laws house. They got a new modem. The tech set it up so that the modem was left in front of the TV blocking the screen. Not a big deal for me to fix but a giant pain for an 80yr old to figure out.

@RogersHelps Of course. Gouge customers, never reward loyalty, never give deals to existing customers. What a damn monopoly. Must be nice to not have to pay large taxes either. Capitalism at its finest

@RogersHelps how does your speed that's supposed to be 500mpbs down to 2.89 mpbs? I unplugged the router and that fixed it. My video cameras all failed because speed was too low. Not impressed...
