@Murredly @RogersHelps Lol - yup, that's pretty localized! Our modem seemed to be cycling through 'working', 'not working' and 'thinking about working' for most of the day.

  • fordbattle1 Ford Battle (@fordbattle1) reported

getting help from @RogersHelps @Rogers for my home TV/internet is proving impossible. Can't get through to anyone on the phone; in-store reps completely abdicating any responsibility! Might be faster to switch to Bell rather than receive support!

  • Nowt2SeeHere James (@Nowt2SeeHere) reported

@RogersHelps @TheKP69 Rather than keep telling people 2 DM u & overwhelming your inbox so you end up not replying, it is beyond obvious (again) that there is a service interruption. So give ya nuts a tug and post something for all 2 see so that u don't keep getting spammed. It's not rocket science

@Rogers tell w/e callcenter you've contracted calling from 888-764-3771 to leave a message, consider the call a success, and then **** off. I'm never going to answer if I didn't request a call. No message = not important = no call back. Or here's a thought, send a ******* email.
