  • Clint_Nunasi Clint Davis (@Clint_Nunasi) reported

At our house we still don’t have internet services and our router provided by Rogers isn’t being recognized. Does anyone else have this problem and know when it will be addressed? @RogersHelps

  • BookofCrusty Archie Sanford - Support Dutch 🚜 (@BookofCrusty) reported

@RogersHelps Lessons: - Do NOT bundle internet & cell with same carrier - Do always have an ample amount of cash - Canada duopoly is a serious security concern - Rogers Shaw merger can not be approved - Canada banks/gov having 1 provider is STUPID - Canada is nowhere ready for digital $

  • lummer66 Andrew Lamb (@lummer66) reported

@andreamcrae @Rogers hey i'm not a customer and I was effected by the loss of their service so it ought to go further.

  • AntigoniSelena Antigoni Selena (@AntigoniSelena) reported

Hey @Rogers for your massive **** up i hope you’re giving your clients some compensation. Almost 24hours without service is unacceptable

  • CereghiniLilly Lilly Cereghini (she/her) (@CereghiniLilly) reported

@Joyhenderson78 @RogersHelps Yeah. My mom was saying, "We didn't get any service today. We shouldn't have to pay for today." Seriously, how many people in the country didn't have Internet access yesterday? I had to hear on the radio that, no, it wasn't just me, it was every Rogers customer in Canada. Jeez.

  • JasonMakerd Jason มาเกิด (@JasonMakerd) reported

I'm betting the only compensation @Rogers is going to offer us is a solid "go **** yourself" and "we aren't waiving late payment fees"

  • sbridgestrevor Selva Bridges (@sbridgestrevor) reported

And @JohnTory wipes these asses and dries their tears. That's his real job. Keep the biggest city in the country in check for @fordnation and @Rogers. F**k that useless rich white man. Make his lanky carcass bed down in a park and let some pig TPS officer toss him on his ***.

  • BaystreetBrian BaystreetBrianOTC💯😎 (@BaystreetBrian) reported

We require at least 24 hrs notice before any allowed service interruption. @Rogers will be required to pay 1 day’s usage(or more) based on the 30 day billing average. Thank you, that is all.

@RogersHelps “were hero’s and we fixed it” isn’t going to cut it this time. You single-handedly shut down more than 25% of the Internet traffic in this country. You shut down businesses, you put peoples lives in peril, The word “prorated discount“ is not what you should say 1/2
