    @RogersHelps Serive is out again in my area of Toronto. This is the fourth time in the last 3 months this has happened! Can I get an ETR for our service? Neighbours have Bell Fibe…they never seems to be without internet (just sayin’)

    @timandfriends @BlueJays @Rogers Why not league expansion with MLB team in Vancouver? You have everything there to support franchise. NHL added Seattle. MLB should add Vancouver.

    @RogersHelps we came back from vacation to a full inbox ... and another area outage. July 8th sucked, ya, but we deal with this at least once a week. Typical @Rogers support: "Check if your cables are tight". Canadians deserve better than this.

    @RogersHelps 24 hours later, still have not received a call back from Rogers. Was told by several agents they escalated my issue and I'd hear back within 24 hours..
