@RogersHelps hi , it’s really a pathetic service from roger and charging mdd de extra without providing the proof of message I made to USA. They have charged me $33 for this. I asked for details they say they don’t have the right to share. Sorry but till I get clarity I can’t pay

@RogersHelps is the worst! Get a device protection plan, have to deal with a 3rd party that couldnt give 1 **** about you because youre not their customer, make it impossible to get your phone repaired in a timely manner forcing you to get another phone #notgoingtobewithRogers
