@RogersHelps @Rogers Service is patchy at best. When will the service actually be fully restored? Speedtest fails 50% of the time on wifi and wired connections. When will the service actually be repaired fully?

  • danno_9999 Dan (@danno_9999) reported

@RogersHelps @killeentom My ignite is down

  • Lol4292 lol 4292 (@Lol4292) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I’ve never seen a life so bad in my life. Network isn’t working for almost everyone and you’re saying it’s restored but it is not nearly close

  • BryceLarson198 Bryce Larson (@BryceLarson198) reported

@RogersHelps you did not fix whatever issue you guys had. TV service is horrible never mind internet connection

  • tobyelinor Toby Elinor (@tobyelinor) reported

@RogersHelps @jbrommet Still Nothing in Richmond Hill. You said you have restored most of your customers but I don’t think you have. My internet has been down for over 2 days now and seems like a lot of people are still down based on this message string

  • deftdawg Deftdawg (@deftdawg) reported

@CdnMapleV @acoyne @RogersHelps They should actually have the organizational capability to do rolling deployments with excess capacity that result in no outage, since it took them 15hrs to restore, they obviously don't have the faintest clue what they're doing though.

  • aamnoms amu (@aamnoms) reported

@RogersHelps the way brampton/caledon is still down 😭😭

  • doughill58 🇨🇦 Doug Hill 🇨🇦 (@doughill58) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

  • vote4robgill Rob Gill (@vote4robgill) reported

@mayimsmom @Rogers Oh is your suggestion for customers to just lay down and accept whatever pathetic compensation Rogers provides?

  • adarlin Andrea (@adarlin) reported

@RogersHelps When will you restore service to ISPs that pay to use your infrastructure?! I've had no service for 3 days because of your screw up
