Has the @CRTCeng ever indicated it would crack down on @Rogers and @Bell_Aliant issuing non-returned equipment charges for equipment that was returned? Multiple times I've gotten receipts and confirmation numbers only to find out I was charged on a credit report a year later.

@Rogers does not care about you as customers, the rep I talked to literally just repeated the same exact “we understand… blah blah” crap in circles as I asked him how it was legal for Rogers to steal your money. Rogers are criminals and they are stealing from you right now.

Don't know what to do anymore @Rogers customer service are the worst, I've been dealing with the same issue for about 2 and a half months now. When I call it's all positive and admit the problem and promise to fix it, but they never deliver. #rogers #badcustomerservice

I hate making these tweets, but @Rogers owes me $200 and it's been an on-going issue for about a year. They were supposed to transfer a credit from one closed account to my new account and 'lost' it.

@Rogers Read the replies. People have nothing but bad to say about Rogers. Myself included.

@Rogers I’d rather deal with it publicly. Why did I pay a subsidy for my phone for a year when it was already paid off?Why is that company policy? When the device is paid off, the cost of the plan should automatically go down. It’s how @koodooHQ does it. They don’t steal customers.

@RogersHelps Great. The ignite wifi box itself gets way hotter than any other device around it. Apparently according to your "help site", cement, glass, electronic devices, and power cables can all interfere. Should I hang the thing from the ceiling in the middle of the living room?
