@Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

Hi @Rogers & @RogersHelps. Quick question I couldn't resolve because no one on your end could find information for me. Why was I charged for an account that wasn't opened? Why can't you refund the charges made to my credit card for which you've never billed me?

imagine my shock that @rogers hasn’t responded to my issue nor done anything about. i’ll just my my phone balance and they can handle the phone credit they owe me. it’s fine, my credit’s in the crapper, anyway.
