    seriously, every two weeks I have to deal with this bullshit internet going out just to have to wait 3 days minimum for a technician to come out. But if I decided not to pay my bill every other month just because I felt like it, that would be an issue right? @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I got a text message almost an hour ago saying the service issue has been resolved. Service is still out and has been since this morning. What’s going on?
