@RogersHelps all I received for the outage credit was $17? Really, that was the best you could do for a 3/4 day outage? Really disappointing and a slap in the face for your customers.

@OBNmontreal @Rogers Why are you charge a premium for evening matches, then put the better matches in the daytime? I will never buy tickets in advance ever again for this tournament. You guys really pissed people off by doing this. Poor management.

Ditched @Rogers @RogersHelps finally for another mobile provider... the outage was annoying enough.. but I've been a Roger's mobile customer for 20 years and the last straw was them calling me 2 days BEFORE my bill was due making sure I was going to pay on time lol wtf

@RogersHelps The issue is a Bell tech just cut down the Rogers in coming line from the pole to home. Is this standard procedure? He also left the cut off cable hanging from pile?
