Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

I don't know if this is cool or not but I call @RogersHelps with down services almost every day. Call goes like "Hey Gil at Rogers in Moncton! How you doing buddy? How are the wife and kids??" because I've literally gotten to know Gil that well at this point!

@Rogers Hi I have had a pathetic customer experience. I have been an old Rogers customer ,and this is how Rogers has treated me. I bought Iphone 13 pro,with a 30 day return policy as express pick up .Without letting me know they changed the status and are not taking back.pls help
