    @Rogers @CRTCeng i also wasnt escalated when i asked. Told tier 3 will give me a call back within 5 business days?? And there is no alternative for escalation... cancelling that service (2nd this year) was the best thing ive ever done given the lack of customer support.

    @RogersHelps Oh he'll be calling back today. As a Customer of over 25 years in our present location and even longer before that. We don't feel VALUED. He was NOT HAPPY.
