    @RogersHelps I know you hours of operations. But I am not always available to call early in the morning.With the price of your service you should be able to provide better service. I was not in pressed with waiting that long from 2:30- 4:30 to have the call dropped.

    @RogersHelps HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

    @RogersHelps Me telling your rep to their face to never ring my doorbell again should be enough for you to know I do not want to be solicited. Again, LOOK AT YOUR RECORDS and see the products your customers have and use common sense. Don’t. Waste. My. Time

    @RogersHelps What a disgrace you are. Charging me 210 bucks for an internet service that I haven’t used and your customer service tells me “Nothing we can do” I haven’t used rogers internet in almost a year. Completely useless and unacceptable customer service!!!
