    @RogersHelps Thanks but we called retention and they sent us to tech and they did w.e and then said they'll need to send someone out but can't until Friday. The previous guy fixed the last guys mistake. And now our line is down again, they believe it's the physical cable got cut again.

    @Rogers @bluejays you amrk my word. You make a useless signing thats not a satrting pitcher like signing an outfielder. Someone will go down with an injury to even it out. Its karma, i see it all the time.

    @RogersHelps Yes. Tried 3x via the mobile app and Kept getting an error saying payment could not be processed. I tried via desktop and website and the Payment worked so seems to be an issue with the app.

    @Rogers (Thunderbird store/Langley) tells me 1) My plan doesn't qualify 2. Need upgrade to qualify to add service for watch 3. Can't guaranteed watch w/be added even with upgrade 4. "not easy to do" & asked multiple times 'where I bought the watch ?? 2/2

    @RogersHelps I never used my ignite internet and cancelled before it was installed but you sent me a bill for $100. Already cancelled with 3 people, the last person promised I wouldn’t have to pay and it was a mistake- but I just got a reminder to remit payment. Please fix!

    @RogersHelps My internets cuts out intermittently and I’m directly connected via cable. The WiFi seems weaker on this modem than my previous. And the technician said it was affecting more than one unit. My issue is the fact that my strength went down when I switched modems.

    @RogersBiz what on earth did that migration to MyRogers app email mean? It says “Your Rogers Business Self-Serve app is moving to MyRogers app” ... so, biz login Is using the same app as personal log in on the go forward?

    @RogersHelps telling me i’m going have to pay for a full month of service even if my sim card and phone have not been delivered. 25 days left to my billing cycle and 2-3 week backorder on my phone... not a cute look.
