@AmandaBernardo @Rogers When I was living in Riverside South, it was a weekly occurrence. We never got any answers or cuts to monthly bulls due to service disruptions. It was just tolerated, and @Rogers never cared/ doesn’t care.

Gotta love when the power goes out, so does LTE AND CELL SERVICE. @HydroOne might want to forget sending the service notifications over text since @Rogers and @Bell are too poor to have generators or backup power at their cell towers in Ottawa.
