@RogersHelps 🙄😤 Why should I have to try a third method of communication?! Ever heard of customer service? Get some better service so the wait isn’t a million years on the phone and stop sending people to your site if your site doesn’t work and then say to chat on Twitter bc of it! 😡

@Rogers I am here near turkey point where I have very internet access and I can’t even get my graduate papers submitted while camping. Thanks to Rogers wireless being so lousy this morning and afternoon. Time to get this network back up to full speed so I can go camping!

Twitteruniverse help? About to install @rogers ignite modem. For those with experience does it replace BOTH boxes - modem and router from previous Rogers set up? Only been on hold for 1 hr so far 2 ask that… still on hold even though I’ve spoken to two reps who couldn’t help me.

@RogersHelps I understand that the terms will change everytime I renew my contract but somebody needs to explain why you have to hike up your rates for the same plan when it’s just an address change within the same city! I had to cancel my plan for the second time this year!!

@RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Now when asking why Rogers made changes to Modem which impacted my whole network, instead of answering agent was too rude. Mistake moving 2 Rogers
