Mannnnn @rogers is turning to a **** show! my mom been trying to get her home phone fixed for like 3 weeks now. Nobody can call her, she can’t call nobody and her dad jus passed yesterday so nobody can even get a hold of her or vice versa!! What ******** @rogers?

@RogersHelps Can’t rewind, can’t watch alternative NHL broadcasts, streams won’t play when the app refreshes the next day, closing the app forces a re-login, audio goes out of sync, video quality is terrible… I know you’re aware of these issues because lots of people complain about the same.

Waiting on Rogers to answer my call via customer service there is A message that states : « for customer service purposes, this call will be recorded INCLUDING the time you are on hold » That’s creepy - NOT customer service @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps can you guys disable that “automatic management” garbage on my XB7? It changes my wifi channels to channels that are in use, and gives me horrible performance. I am an IT student, and I pay you guys a significant amount per month for my service.
