    @RogersHelps I'm in Calgary and unable to make any phonecalls all day. Getting nothing but vague info about a possible outage. Need my phone for work. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps Rogers TXT message me: Rogers Msg: The Rogers Internet Service issue you contacted us about on June 28, 2022 is fixed and your case number C177932539 is now closed. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. BUT ITS NOT RESOLVED. Their BOT "Anna" just confirmed still ongoing.
