@TerryCoombs @Rogers Likewise. Call got dropped after 3hrs with a message stating we’ve exceeded to maximum time for a call. Another 2h15 and the guy said call back tomorrow. Solid service. 5h15 on hold for absolutely no use.

@RogersHelps Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the issue resolved, so I'll be switching providers. I was overcharged by $70 in December and January, and spent three hours on the phone trying to sort it out before I finally gave up. Truly terrible service.

Our @Rogers cable/internet/phone went out tonight around 6pm. Just in time for the 🥇game in the IIHF Junior Hockey game. Great timing 🤬. Came back on with 2m in the 3rd period. @Rogers was not very helpful. Outage map? Bell 📡 worked fine. Time for a chg?
