    @RogersHelps No, I tried to reach out regarding few extra GB for this month because my home rogers was not working so had to use my phone internet. Wasted my two hours on call. No one helped.

    @KingBeebo @Rogers @koodo Just noticed they changed the hours at the one that's 4 or 5 KM away from me. Our infrastructure really man it's that great here.. our roads are ****** go in the county and you'll see even more damage, our power utility was sold to Hydro One because we couldn't afford the cost

    @RogersHelps The last time you were down for a day, you said it was because of maintenance issues. Same excuse this time. Why wouldn’t a huge company like yours have backup servers? Even private business takes precautions when they do updates to operational servers. Maintenance I don’t think.

    @RogersHelps Didn’t connect to my husband for 10 hours and he was wondering around neighborhood houses if they have any land lines to contact me and he failed which made his blood pressure high due to stress and tension which still going high after five days the outage risk family health

    @RogersHelps It is working as of this morning. So 5’days without full service.most alarming was no ability to make a call.

    @AboutRogers Your CEO and Technical Managers should resign for the first step. Shame on you with your service. Most expensive service in the world, yet the most unreliable service provider. I feel like living in a country where the internet is restricted! Shame on you @Rogers

    . @Rogers offering credit for 5 days of service? How about being regulated to realign prices and plans with Europe and the US? You can't claim poverty about how expensive it is to maintain services when you made $1.56B fleecing Canadians last year. #rogersoutage #cdnpoli

    @AboutRogers @Rogers And I want to ADD that two days ago I paid my Rogers Bill on time and got an text and email thanking me for my payment. Even with the outage I still did the right and honest thing and paid my bill on time. NOW ITS YOUR TURN. TELL US THE TRUTH!!
