Phive 'O' Phil (@The__Phil) reported@RogersHelps received a call from you who kept wanting to change plan even though I said no. I just wanted a quote for a new cell phone and wouldn’t provide it. Furthermore. The call was a very bad connection and person didn’t hang up but sounded like they muttered obscenities.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye
