@RogersHelps Your management team lacks the tools to rectify and clearly should be re-trained. Rogers has now lost all the accounts that I have had for 10 years. When I can find another provider for internet this account will be closed. (then again I have no service yet.)

@RogersHelps Working from home due to your negligence and I will be informing my contacts in the Toronto media of how you handle customer complaints and outages with people working from home. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing

@goldsbie **** @rogers this is it. I was going to anyway, but cutting my $1000/mo bill off next week. Disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤢

  • sassygirlcanada SandyT (@sassygirlcanada) reported

Hey @rogers, where is the credit that was automatically supposed to be applied to our accounts for the disruption in service last month? Just checked my bill, and of course its not there. Please explain.

  • ThePickleicious Iain (@ThePickleicious) reported

@Rogers It has been 2+ months that I've had an open ticket because of internet issues. After not hearing anything for weeks I tried to call. Hour and 10 mins to talk to someone. Is there any point in me even wasting my energy trying to get this fixed? Or should I call @Bell ?

  • Matt94261750 Gauntlet1980 (@Matt94261750) reported

@RogersHelps Two cell phone accounts; 1 security service, and 1 internet service- all going to your competitors, because Roger's cannot get an install correct, and refuses to honour the dates. I hope people use your competitors. We have filed a complaint with the CRTC.

  • Matt94261750 Matt (@Matt94261750) reported

Porting two cells phones to Telus because @Rogers refused to honour internet service dates. They won't ever be getting those accounts back. They don't deserve it.

@RogersHelps Not to worry. It's a well known issue in non-urban NB. There simply isnt enough "market penetration" for your company to actually care. You offer services that you are incapable of maintaining.
