    @RogersHelps I’m in London area. My Ignite Internet shows connected, but the actual Internet access keeps on and off frequently. The available time can’t last 1 minute. I was wondering if the Ignite Internet issue was truly fixed in my area.

  • micktbarnard Takin' Putin to the Ram Ranch (@micktbarnard) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

  • Dianora_1 Diane Bruce (@Dianora_1) reported

    @yegDavid @Rogers Yes of course. Not as bad as when the Florida ISP tried to route the world of course but bad. Still the idea of allowing roaming on other networks during exceptional circumstances is not a bad one.

  • marcmazing murcus pushin P (@marcmazing) reported

    @RogersHelps your internet sucks

  • originalscout11 originalscout (@originalscout11) reported

    @yegDavid @Rogers What is "bad software"? Hackers installing ransomware isn't exactly rare, nor is it confined to one particular industry or business. The Rogers hack exposed flimsy security practices between the network and its partners. It's highly unlikely we'll ever know the truth.

  • DoeCanada Jane Doe (@DoeCanada) reported

    @RogersHelps Who is the majority? Our network is still down. I have lost 2 days of wages. Transparency is needed. This is absolute horse 💩
