    Hey @Rogers , I sent a message using live chat to inquire about how long would I need to wait for an Apple Watch and Mary Ann, the assistant online was rude and kicked me out of the live chat for no reason without trying to explain why! Is this your type of customer service?

    Am I the only person in Toronto that has to call @RogersHelps @RogersBiz every month because there is always a service disruption? This is getting out of hand and is unacceptable! I wonder is people have this issue with @Bell_Support 🤔

    Bought a new phone and new plan on Black Friday @RogersBiz says online no issue to port old Rogers number over to new Rogers plan. 3 hours of waiting and being transferred dept to dept on the phone later they say it can’t be done - now I need a new number or pay 2X the price!!!
