Hi @Rogers, called to cancel my wireless account yesterday & today a phone showed up at my door with a 2 year contract enclosed. Never ordered it & your help centre isn’t being helpful. I want the recording of the call, as someone needs to be accountable for the fraud.

Another work day, we are still experiencing internet dropouts..multiple calls with customer service and multiple tickets opened with @Fidomobile and @Rogers @RogersHelps..still no resolution.

I've gone years without having any problems with @Rogers and then this week has been an absolute nightmare. I think I might just return this new phone and go to @Bell. Why can't *something* just be easy for once?!
