    @RogersHelps @Rogers You say "valued customer", I think not. A few years ago I was given a great deal from a dept Rogers calls "outbound" to stay a customer.They said this deal would last as long as I remained a customer.That was a lie as I'm told deals are good for one year./1

    Hey @Rogers my wireless, tv and internet service has been so bad this month that I should get a full month's credit.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers today I called customer service and they said that the loyalty dept could give me a good deal. All loyalty said was that they had no deals to offer me and asked me the date I wanted to cancel. I couldn't believe it. I guess they have enough customers 😕

    @Rogers daily frustration with your tv equipment... the second another comparable service arrives to replace you, you'll be gone. System has to be refreshed EVERY time we want to use it. Horrible. And you wont come to fix it
