That's who I was on the phone with, before being transferred to Technical Support (cold transfer, happened very randomly) and then disconnected on another hold. Finally got through again, and my file is locked. Someone is looking into it though.

Jeremy Johnston-Kaye (@JeremyJohnstonK) reported@jasonwagar @Rogers @Google I was told, reliably, that the problem is a ground fault on the street line. As traffic increases, the signal moves up channels. At a certain channel the line faults & resets to the bottom channel. They need to dig up the line and replace, which needs permits from the city.

I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.
