@RogersHelps Hi, thanks for your response. I always reboot the modem but the issue has been ongoing for the last 15 years. The connection in Richmond hill is awful and always has been for wireless and internet.

@RogersHelps 1/2 DM's will not help delays, only take a conversation offline which I'm sure curbs bad publicity. Delays are not isolated to just me. Its the Ignite architecture. You got rid of the Nextbox tech (closest to live) for apps nobody needed and a voice remote.

@RogersHelps @LongLeaps The service was down across Canada. You don’t need our help to troubleshoot a mass outage. Take accountability already.

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps Wow. Just. Wow. Dropping multiple times during the game and cutting out for everyone at the very worst time. You know this isn’t a free app, right? We have to pay for this.

@RogersHelps why why does it take 4 phone calls 2 hours to get rogers to fix their mistakes. Over cared by $320 and I get I'm sorry . Yes I'm happy it's fixes but eventide it needs to get upgraded to a manager. I want something for my time for dealing with this. Why do I stay?

@RogersHelps Problem though- your tech is not your own but licensed to you by Comcast (Xfinity). So you would be limited to the amount of adjustments you can do to their software/hardware. So unless you get everyone, including me on Rogers FTTH & turning up the speed to boxes, its futile.

@RogersHelps @DragoonLowell Lol, it has been a known broken *** trash app since your big release last fall, and no one knows that better than you poor folks on the support team stuck dealing with it. @Sportsnet should troubleshoot what your Dev and QA teams did, or whichever manager approved the release 🚽

@RogersHelps I’m at the @TravelodgeCa in Moncton and they’ve been without internet all day. Pretty crap way to treat customers, especially those who rely on your service for their business. ETA on a fix?
