  @Rogers And now I'm being told to call a different phone number. Ridiculous the amount of time that I'm wasting on these issues. I always had to be called to be transferred to a different customer service number to fix the address issue that I've been trying to resolve for over a year. Guess what, I'm on hold, again.

  @treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   I needed help switching to a new phone, the esim isn't moving. I read all self help stuff but the new and old phones just won't communicate. I tried twice with online chat, getting in the queue just to have my chat ended as soon as it was my turn. @RogersHelps

  @RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?
