    Listen up @Rogers we cancelled your services on April 2nd and we do NOT owe you ANYTHING!!! Threatening us is NOT the answer. Once our contract is up with your sister company Fido, we will cancel there too. Mark my words, you will NOT GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM US!!!!

    @RogersHelps She's dead. I tried cancelling it but no, now her elderly sister has to do it among many of the other hundred things she has to do so my friend continues to get charged for a service she no longer needs until her 80yr old sister can get around to contacting you. Awesome.

    @RogersHelps TY, after numerous calls I have been escalated (2x).Hopefully tech will show up with a new box 2morrow.Point is, cust. service people are trying their best - it’s a bigger problem; we are paying for a service.Imagine going to a movie, and it fails - you would want money back?

    @erik_c @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz Of course, that behavior is scummy, and shouldn't be rewarded with your business... but when you're without service, you just want (bank during WFH: need!) to get back online, ASAP.
