    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell has to be close if not tied with rogers for the worst. Personally I find Telus to be the best of the worst but only marginally.

    11:17 pm and @Rogers makes me go through these menu options and after the fourth menu says “… we’re closed”! I have never seen worse customer service. #horriblecustomerservice #bedservice #customerexperience

    Congratulations @Rogers , for ruining my another day. Although I enabled roaming, it didn’t work. The network was not available and I couldn’t reach my documents at the border to show it to the officials. Finally, my day was wasted.

    I find it EXTREMELY interesting that what happened w/ my parents (and other seniors) and @RogersHelps today happened just days after a nationwide outage that caused their stock to plummet and for them to pay out millions of dollars in credits for lost service. /1
