I am using @Rogers WiFi, started using it since October 2020, and they offered to give me a giftcard worth $150. I have no complains regarding the services apart from generating errors in the bills, but if they don't want to give the giftcard, why even offer it to customers?

@RogersHelps All of a sudden? Well, your credit operation department is now harassing me so its very frustrating there's no chat option. I have lung disease, were in a pandemic...it was $100. @fordnation are they not an essential service? Can they tell me a arrangement is good then renege?

So Manroop says I have to wait another hour with no service. @RogersHelps was nice to reply to my original tweet asking for a DM, which I did, and no answer from then yet. It’s nice to comment/reply but let’s see some action. Is it time for a provider change for 4 phones???

@RogersHelps WORST Experience with Rogers, my Services Disconnected WHILE speaking to your customer care on the phone. WHAT sort of a company are you? Internet service and phone line BOTH disconnected by your rep WHILE discussing a billing issue. HOW nasty is that!!

@RogersHelps 4+weeks!!!!!! that's my issue. Eligibility is NOT THE ISSUE. Make sure u have enough products before launching a prmo for said products!!!!
