  @RogersHelps No. It took me four callbacks to finally get to a live agent to resolve a complicated issue, this after I tried the above and was met with dead air from your AI Assistant. Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

  @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

  @MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I have spent over 80 hours on hold with Rogers in the last month. It's genuinely ridiculous. It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.

  How is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

  @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

  @KoronaB5899 @Rogers UNVERIFIED Rogers AI chatbot asking for your “details.” Where does that information go, and is it secure? Don’t fall for the appearance of help. The original post says these exposed wires have been ignored for four years. Another “please DM us” response changes nothing.

  @RogersHelps been on hold for one hour and 20 minutes. Great customer service. Will hold for a little bit longer, but I have a baseball game to watch. Hire enough people to do the job.

  @RogersHelps - First time ever, we've been stood up by your technician. Appt window was noon-4pm. No phone call either. What next? Suppose I need to spend another hour or so calling your "support" line. Ironic the only call received today was from Bell Marketing.
