    @RogersHelps I’ve called Rogers support already and on the 4th day was finally told that this is a 4-5 day job where you’re upgrading access boxes in the area. Would have saved a lot of aggravation if I was told that on DAY1 and not required me to waste my time calling daily #terribleservice

    @RogersBiz worst service provied by rogers in M2k 1a area. From last 4 days there is internet outage but still they are fixing. Why you hire people who can't fix issue in time?

    @RogersHelps I've spoken to the Collections Agency and finally got a call back from Rogers Customer Service. Issue should be solved. Equipment received by Rogers. Funny that I have services from Rogers subsidiaries and the products/CS/pricing are equal or better than the Flag Ship brand.

    Just my regular reminder to @CRTCeng @Bell @Rogers et co that it's 2021 and despite living a mere 20 mins outside of the capital, the best internet service I can be offered is an expensive 10Mb down/1Mb up.

    Stream was popping off, very unfortunate the internet went down because @rogers is the worst provider. Pretty sure 3rd world countries have better providers than them. Finally switching LOL

    I think @RogersHelps should pay me for having to take a day off because I can't even connect to the internet and I'm supposed to be working from home. And now the cable freezes and tv isn't working either! Garbage.

    @RogersHelps For the 3rd month in a row you have screwed up the emails and billing on my accts. I will send a DM, hopefully you’ll actually fix it this time.

    @RogersHelps is there a service outage in North East London? I've grown used to the short ones but this is dragging on.
