    @Rogers The worse service in the world ... they just ignore you ... cero customer service ... I recommend to stay away from this company

    Got msg from @RogersHelps to contact them - but, got same message! Wow!! Customer Service is really slipping!! Cannot even buy something now - but, I guess when you are already a customer, they think they have you for life!! See all the sales - good luck getting anything!!

    @RogersHelps Internet is down for the third time today which means cannot work or have kids doing online learning. I switched to your service because of the "improved service", I don't see it yet. Any timeline for the fix?
