@Rogers this constant internet outaging is getting annoying esp. When crews have upgraded and left our area. All hours of the day and night poof no internet. We pay ALOT for your services, get your **** together.

Rogers gotta be the worst company of all time. Only wifi carrier in my apartment, been waiting for 12 days for them to install wifi, 2 technicians, 8 hours on hold later and still nothing. Just empty promises that I'll have wifi in 24 hours. Can't even post beats... BS @Rogers

@RogersHelps I switched to the 1.5 GB internet package and my modem started rebooting every 10 minutes. When I called TS they said there’s a known issue for users on this plan and ETR is 3-4 days.Can your CS reps avoid switching ppl if there’s a known issue with a days long wait?

@TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Yup we have 2 Rogers phones $230 a month and when the cotract was up they wanted $600 per phone to keep them. 1200 plus 230 never knew we had to pay more!
