@Rogers You knew many of us working remotely but WIFI is NOT working and @AboutRogers told me to wait 5 days for technician to fix it!! Also the guy said I can terminate my contract if I don’t like!! WTF???? How Do I work on Monday and Tuesday????

  • DonnaD1616 Donna D 🇨🇦 (@DonnaD1616) reported

@Rogers Make an unauthorized change to an account and then after being on hold forever, hang up on me! Very poor customer service. Wonder what specials Bell is offering?

  • Wikinow2 Wikinow (@Wikinow2) reported

@RogersBiz Thank you @RogersBiz for your quick response. Further to your recommendation I have called in again and am just waiting for the return call. But since I have your attention I think 50 minutes is a bit excessive to get in touch with customer service.

What does a customer need to appeal cellphone provider to boost signal in your area. My wife an I are on @Rogers and we both get 1 bar and people can hardly hear us unless we go up to 1st floor. #PoorReception

FYI: @Rogers is planning to tear down the Skydome. They paid 25Mil for it in 2004 when it originally cost tax payers 500mil. They want to take away a semi-public space to turn half of it into private condos. This is why public spaces should never be sold into private hands.

@Rogers Your website is appalling, with a customer service to match. And I am talking about allegedly "business" customer service. I am taking the aforementioned "business" elsewhere, to be honest.

  • lionsita1 lionsita (@lionsita1) reported

@RogersHelps would be greatly appreciated that when I call, you wouldn't hang up on me during the transfer to a live person

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@nochnichtt @RogersHelps You left your home network (not Country). That means you're connected to their extended coverage network. You're connected to another provider's cellular tower ie Bell or Telus, etc

  • slaunder Shawn Launder (@slaunder) reported

@RogersHelps Like I said - I already did. No one can or wants to change a battery. I don't have the special battery. Again, a useless Rogers service I am expected to pay for.

  • bwgilchrist Brian Gilchrist (@bwgilchrist) reported

@accordingtomio @RogersHelps and self serve is NEVER available. Aside from printing out bills, no other self serve options ever work
