    @RogersHelps is Ignite TV service down? Restarted everything and now my TV says Welcome, connecting to your entertainment experience...for the last 10 minutes. Internet is fine though.

    @RogersHelps Cant say it enough ...Roger's ignite internet sucks......they promise a speed I get less than half that.....I'm tired of them coming to my house and faking fixing it....my neighbor has Bell fibe....and it works way better.

    @RogersHelps I have done this process twice before.....I am done.....I'm tired of you telling me to reset my router.....and I'm tired of having Roger's contracted out people coming to my house and saying they fixed my issue...when nothing changes. You have **** service. Admit it

    I have been without internet since the evening of the 24th. None of the many agents I’ve spoken to were able to do anything but tell me to “be patient”. Thanks, @Rogers. You are the absolute worst. Do YOU want to tell my students that class is cancelled on Monday, or should I?

    @RogersHelps can you tell me what is going on..issue with tv service , tech came out yest, referred issue to another grp. Were on our street today (Rogers support person told me) Made the Issue worse and another service call scheduled for tomorrow. But now internet out too!

    I'M SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED! Having a technician come over for the 2nd time so I can fix this internet issue. I just want to be able to consistently stream without random drops. @Rogers why you gotta be like this 😖

    @RogersHelps Here are the excuses I have heard from Roger's techs. When it's cold out the cable shrinks and it handles less data. When it's hot out the heat slows down the data When it's the weekend everyone is on the internet so yous slows down Just excuses.
