Time to leave @rogers after 24 years! @RogersHelps was no help at all… there recent rate increase is ridiculous from what I had, and the $20 loyalty discount I worked hard running after every year, they say don’t follow any plan they could offer me… what a load of BS! #fail

Thinking it's time to switch my @RogersHelps home services to a competitor. Been a loyal customer since 2007, but unless they can come to the table with something better, I think that time has come to part ways. Your move, Rogers.

Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

I proceed to go to @RogersHelps as a new customer and they're offering me a cheaper rate for a walk in customer than you guys offer for a loyal customer. When I explained that to your loyalty dept. I was told that's the best they can do. I find it appalling that a new customer

@RogersHelps I DM you, it takes 30+ min of my time for your chat people to tell me either there's line noise or congestion on the network. You've replaced the modem twice, and the line from the house to the pole. No improvement.

@Rogers What is the point? You offer 3 ways to "connect" and none of those worked! You have totally wasted my time tonight and I'm sure I wasn't the only customer you screwed over today. Take some of your billions in profit and ACTUALLY assist your clients!
