  • janker111 Nick Jankowski (@janker111) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps I have not had any services with Rogers since august and keep getting billed $300 / month. How is it that not one Rogers employee knows how to fix this. I’ve wasted 5 hours of my life talking to people who have no idea what to do.

  • josemnre Jose Manuel Moreno (@josemnre) reported

@mackaytaggart @RogersHelps Is there a way they can reach out themselves? Been procrastinating to get my number activated which is billed from past three months without even using it. @Rogers help me fix this.

  • douglj Doug Littlejohn (@douglj) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@bluejays416 @RogersHelps We finally got everything fixed last Saturday. It was an issue at the street.

  • JasonPtvn Jason Potvin (@JasonPtvn) reported

@RogersHelps Hi, our Rogers internet service is down again. Checked the service status page, our city/neighborhood isn't shown. It's been down for more than 5 minutes. It isn't the wifi, as the ethernet connection is also down.

  • SeliG26 Selinah G (@SeliG26) reported

@RogersHelps why is our internet cutting out every single day. This is unacceptable as we pay $120/month for garbage internet. Just had a technician come today and it's already not working again.

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @Rogers @CRTCeng Here's the best part. Rogers offered a $99 gigabit internet and TV package, which sold a LOT more subscriptions than they ever expected. In short, Rogers over-sold their network AGAIN and refuses to upgrade the network, and instead spends its money on things like the 60 project!

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@pozpiggy86 @Rogers @CRTCeng People on Rogers who contacted them didn't get any truth about it, instead people complaining of Zoom not working were instead up-sold and told that would fix their problem. Quit the scam/deceit by Rogers. Then the CRTC closed the ITMP complaint mechanism to aid Rogers sales.

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@fanCRTCProfling I have proof that @Rogers claimed to @CRTCeng that they monitor usage in a 96 hour window and if you're deemed "high usage" on unlimited, they throttle you and blame it on #COVID. In reality, this is a bald faced lie. Rogers over-sold their network... AGAIN!
