@RogersHelps Levying late payment charges on bill are you guys gonna credit back for your fault. Can't imagine charging customers premium for your services which takes you forever to fix the issues. Are you gonna compensate customers for loss of their opportunity because of your fault....

@RogersHelps @candelicious That post on that page hasn't been updated in 3 hours. Maybe the person responsible for updating it has lost their service and can't update it. After 3 hours there must have been some progress made in understanding/fixing the issue. Please provide an update.
