@RogersHelps Uxbridge - cont. What a waste of company & my time! The $100 in data overage has got to be less than time wasted with all employees. Shame on Rogers! Techs were awesome! CSR terrible - should think like a customer. No service for days & no resolve for additional fees

@Rogers I’m having a lot a difficulty confirming my move with your ‘Moves Concierge’ service. Online chat or phone call no one can seem to confirm whether my move is setup or not. Neither have I received an email confirmation. I have very low confidence that this will go well.

@Rogers can't supply Internet Customers in #Markham with the Speeds they are paying for. There's an issue with the Head that services parts of Markham that will not be fixed until MARCH at the earliest! #Rogers is charging for services they can't provide! #ScamAlert @CRTCeng
