    @RogersHelps Your automated assistant on the app is horrible. Why bother? Regurgitates a preset message that has nothing to do with what I asked. Your service person showed up with half of the stuff needed. Unreal.

    @RogersHelps My problem is that your corps can charge such extravagant prices without any real checks. I mean $135/month JUST for Internet? What the hell kind of a scam is THAT? Rogers as a company overcharges for these prices to rope people into contract "deals".

    @RogersHelps Why is it when I sign in to MyRogers account as an existing customer, and navigate to shop, for TV and Internet bundle, does it show me that currently there is a $189 credit available for a package I want. (actually $150 credit plus waived fee of $39.99 connection1/2
