    @JayGenXer @Rogers There is never a situation where this lack of customer service should be tolerated. Complete disrespect for their customers & their time. Rogers doesn’t deserve a single penny from Canadians.

    @RogersHelps your outage detector says there is none in my area (Kitchener, ON), but we’re very much without internet. Need to do work here and cannot.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Suckiest and most dishonest company possible. Claims support is 100% Canada based and then quietly ships it abroad. Last month I wait 3 hours on hold.
