    @PhDmyself @Rogers I know what u mean, I have been trying to speak with someone since 4:30pm this afternoon. It is now 6:50pm & I still can't get thru 2 speak with a cust service rep. This is terrible service. There has to be a better alternative than having 2 deal with this company.👎

    @Rogers really need help with my bill. I switched my internet package Dec 12. I lm still being charged for the old and the new package. The hold time is ridiculous. I need help.
