@RogersHelps You need to treat your customers better. With respect. We are more than an income source. We are people who work for other people. We are responsible for work being done and your company has been acting like a child who's scared they will be sent to their room

Um, @Rogers remind me why I'm laying $220+ a month for cable tv services and I can't get the blue Jays game? I get the @MLB has its specials but this is a ******* joke. So I have to pay for yet another service to watch this? Why have cable tv anymore??

@steffanwatkins @Rogers @hydroottawa Shaw aren't cheap out here in the west, but at least their service is good and they're decent to deal with when there's a problem. I am not looking forward to Rogers taking them over if it's allowed to go ahead.

Our @Rogers internet has been restored in Brooklin (L1M). In total, a 4.5 hour outage but the bigger lesson here is that @RogersHelps canned responses do NOTHING to help the situation. Be human, not an autotron.

@RogersHelps Honestly it's not going to help.. All you're going to tell me is that it's out and you don't have a clue when it'll be restored C176893148
