    10pm sleep because @Rogers internet is ded... again (has been already 3 hours before). Wakeup at 3am because I slept way too early (for me), and internet is still down. Wtf.

    @RogersHelps Bought a phone from @Rogers. They sent it to wrong address. I spent an hour on the phone with them to fix it. They sent it to wrong address again. Now they're saying I have to spend another hour helping them sort out their (2nd) mistake. No thanks. Send me my phone!

    @RogersHelps hi we’ve been having a lot of issues with our cable service the past couple days. Some channels aren’t working at all. Others are choppy and completely illegible. Is there anything that can be done?
