  I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

  I see why I left @Rogers years ago. They bait you with a $35 Can/US plan in January as an EPP, then literally 7 months later they raise the price $5 bucks a month. Couldn’t even give a customer the rate they advertised for one year….

  @RogersHelps Hi, I tried to do that however, Rogers wants to attach it to my home address and charge me $75 if I’m not home when they come around to fix a box that is in the laneway and I’m only notifying them as a courtesy. Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

  Hey Roger's can you explain to me why when you Roger's blocks for spam, I go in and block same # that your system STILL allows this number to go thru to my voice mail? Does this not defeat the purpose of the block? Getting 10 vm a day from this one spam# FIX YOUR SYSTEM @Rogers

  @Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.
