Dear @RogersHelps If your service is “working normally in the Goderich area” I would reconsider normal. Intermittent and slow data is not normal. Even for you. And don’t you dare suggest that I send you a direct message because I just wasted two hours on that for nothing.

@omg_isz_josh @Rogers I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but I was able to recover my hacked account with the help of @Cybercr4ck01 He is legit and trusted.

@Rogers When I called Fido earlier, they always referred me to Rogers Fraud Management who should've taken care of the issue. But they did not. The assigned agent (ext. 8849) did not pick up the phone and did not return my calls.

@RogersHelps Ignite TV service has been down for most of the day. Have rebooted my modem twice and reset the TV box 3 times. Don't understand why I have internet but no TV.

@RogersHelps for the last 2 days, all channels have been freezing. Restarted TV box and modem but that has not fixed it. People upstairs have same issue. We’re in Saint John, NB.
