@Rogers you really need to focus on consistent connectivity to existing customer!! If you don’t no one will subscribe to internet services!! Last 3 days number of outages in brampton west!! That’s during business hours!! If you can’t provide C3 ( Consistency, Care, Connectivity)

@RogersHelps Please help, my TV is out again! On & off since 2:30pm. Guide doesn't want to work when TV IS on! No issues in my area. So it looks like we're still dealing with the same issue as the one since February. Is there a possibility Rogers will get this fixed this year??

Tried to get an Ipad through @rogers last night and when I tried to put an OPTIONAL down payment they only let me put 120 down and then tried to charge me tax on that. How are you going to charge me tax on money im choosing to give you. Get real.
