    @Sweetsherene1 @AboutRogers @Rogers Lool out of 100 years 1 day outage and you don't want to pay. This is life. **** happens. Instead of fighting against Rogers why don't you get your anger on the government.

  • robertshaer robshaerphoto (@robertshaer) reported

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Not intermittent, and not this morning. Have been without service for almost 12 hours.

  • MissJAgar Judi Agar (@MissJAgar) reported

    Hi @RogersHelps , we have been without service for more than 12 hours. I know you are "working on it", but do you think you could tell us what is happening and when we can expect service again?

  • my_name_here85 Momster (@my_name_here85) reported

    WTF @Rogers, why do I seem to pay more for service and not only has it been down basically all day, but since you rolled out this 5G BS I find dead spots all over the city where I don't get data at all?

  • BeaversAdvocate The Beaver (@BeaversAdvocate) reported

    @Rogers .... now 13hrs, 37mins. No service.

  • Toxic_Strike Artemis (@Toxic_Strike) reported

    @CherylC01 @AboutRogers @Rogers Nope. In fact odds are you will see an extra “service charge” this month

  • elliekets Elenie Ketsetzis (@elliekets) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Okay, but when will I have cell service again? It’s been over 12 hours of no service!

  • Toxic_Strike Artemis (@Toxic_Strike) reported

    @felix_colina @Rogers Nah man. In fact they’ll probs tack on an extra service charge for this month

  • thatjody Jody Simpson (@thatjody) reported

    Hopefully @Rogers CTO gets the boot for this. Now they are saying it's a software update that caused this outage. If so you and your team failed to do basic testing before deployment to a live environment. @RogersOutage @RogersHelps Bunch of morons.

  • ErastusMatheson Derrick Erastus (@ErastusMatheson) reported

    @moiza67 @rapsdiehard @RogersHelps Defending billion dollar corporations from poor customers who are complaining is a weird way to live life Maybe customers think they should get what they pay for, and that this company that over charges us already should have some way of fixing this sooner than 18 hours
