    @RogersHelps @Rogers convinced me to switch back from @telus but someone made a mistake setting up my plan. No online options available to fix or even cancel(again), so stuck waiting an hour+ wait to get this fixed with no end in sight!

    @RogersHelps just when you think you’ve escaped from the customer service hellhole that is Rogers by cancelling your service, they continue to charge you in full for the following month. But don’t worry, it’s only an hour wait on hold before someone can screw something else up.

    Miracle of Miracles. This call is done. But they have to call back later so not over. What is happening @RogersHelps? Weren’t you supposed to be a good helpful company? All a customer gets is bullied and the runaround instead of service. Why bother with you?
