    @Rogers we spend $400 a month with you guys and can’t even do a speed test to find out how slow it actually is. Service reps don’t care, what can we do?

    Deeply regret being forced to switch to @RogersBiz internet - constant signal dropouts. See there are many others with same problem. @AboutRogers Ignite is not ready for prime time

    @RogersHelps @Rogers a tech temp repairs 2 lines. My internet still showed down and because my neighbour's ticket was for today he says to me did u put a ticket? I said yes and YOU undid my temp repair you can't leave till u fix it. He said yes I can and left. #customerunservice

    @RogersBiz I see $2.50 credit for the day your service was MIA (the day the pharmacy was trying to reach me for my 1st vaccine shot), but I also see a +$2 re: Intl Preferred Rate (without as much as a footnote). I guess I'm net + $0.50 🥳 #CRTC reforms are past their due date.
