    The problem with ordering services through companies like @RogersHelps is that when you want to cancel the services they make it very difficult to do. Have spent over an hour today trying to cancel services. I won’t give up though they clearly want me to.

    @RogersHelps Day 4 with no cable and your technician never arrived. Same lie from yesterday. Lied saying he came and never did. watched the tracker on my iphone and he never even tried to come and never called.

    Shout out to Stephen (Steven?) At @Rogers wireless Burlington mall. Not only did he get us hooked up with a tablet for *nothing*, but he also helpfully informed us that Battlestar Galactica is streaming on Prime. Made our crappy day a lot better. DAMN FINE customer service!
