@RogersHelps So you want me to bundle ALL my services with you for what reason? To be without internet, TV, and mobile service for more than 24 hours. You service level belongs in a developing country, not Canada. Get me the ability to contact @Bell asap.

@RogersHelps Probably “vast majority” means 51 percent which would likely mean still millions of customers without service. Still have NO tv, NO home internet, and NO home phone. Way to put lipstick on a pig Rogers. 30 hours and counting…….

@Rogers thanks for the outage yesterday. Couldn’t access emergency services and my phone and internet were shot. Think its time we switched to bell

@RogersHelps Wow, you can’t even properly show where the service interruptions are and your links lead to statements posted over 10 hours ago, luckily I’m not a customer and will NEVER become one! #rogersoutrage

@RogersHelps I would like to see facts. What is a "vast majority"? We still have no home phone no TV no internet - at least cell service seems to be back solid today. After 11 days of outage during the Derecho in May this is intolerable - and that May outage - no credit offered!!?

@CTVToronto You know, some people depend on their phone having service to work (ie delivery drivers). This outage means they lose a day of work and their paycheck will be smaller! For families like mine this is a huge hit on finances. @Rogers should cut this cycle's bill in half!

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Umm, no. People couldn't work. Couldn't buy food or gas or pay bills. Couldn't call 911. 1/30th of the service isn't all that was lost. Also, service hasn't been fully restored more than 24 hours later. Here in BC, no SMS. In Toronto, no internet. Some places, nothing.

@RogersHelps I was all happy and stuff but 911 thing got to me. Like how careless is it that we rely on you for this and there's no foolproof way to not **** it up. Take my credit and work on a better plan you certainly need it
