    @RogersHelps I was on a video call with 4 people at 2:30 EST. 3 of the 4 participants had an internet disruption during the meeting. All of them are Rogers Internet customers. Internet service has been very spotty today. Multiple intermittent periods of no service. Painful 😑

    @kwilliams0405 @RogersBiz has gotten worse since the outage. Drop calls 5g to lte to 4g. Call and asked about service - too many people using the network

    Thanks for nothing @Bell . Your lack of customer service currently rivals @Rogers . Waiting all day for promised installation at cottage, only to be told you lost order. Now 2 weeks b4 can re-schedule. After 32 mins, you dropped my call. Shame on you.

    Contacted @RogersHelps … on the phone.Technical support. Got hung up on.Told to DM. I did. Technical support led me to fix my internet for 2 hours. Now it’s not working. I JUST switched to @Rogers this week and I am going to switch BACK to @bell if I don’t get a technician 2DAY

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers is stupid. They just called me to charge $170 because according to Rogers, the account that I closed several years ago wasn't properly closed, like it was my fault. I have no respect for Rogers and will deliberately continue to make disparaging comments!

    @rogers has the audacity to shut down an entire nation, issue a barely there apology, only to then charge us for our full bills and suspend services when we say it’s not fair
