@Rogers Connected forever! Why? Because you can't return the equipment without issues. The stores are like Fort Knox. You can't just bring the equipment in to cancel.. there's a massive process. VIRTUAL LINEUPS AT STORE. RIDICULOUS

@RogersHelps The problem is this, your tech-support people say there’s no problem in the area yet I’ve gone out and mapped the exact area where there’s no connectivity and there’s definitely a problem. So when is someone gonna show some ***** and take responsibility?

  • heyLJ2 Lori J (@heyLJ2) reported

@Fido @Rogers I was charged $12.00 a day for roaming in US (outrageous BTW!!) ... you ONLY CREDIT $9.19 FOR THE JULY 9th OUTAGE THAT SHUT DOWN THE COUNTRY FOR OVER 24 HRS!?! You should be crediting the month bill at the least!! 🤬🤬🤬

  • Sonja_NH Sonja N (@Sonja_NH) reported

@RogersHelps His situation is over with, he cancelled services due to lack of help from Rogers. I'm just speaking up for the people in New Brunswick who keep losing service & internet like clockwork in New Brunswick because they are still lose services

  • linseyfischer24 Linsey Fischer (@linseyfischer24) reported

@mlnadler @Rogers Since it’s the sixth outage I’ve had in my area since May, Rogers should be giving out more than just a credit, they should be giving full refunds—especially to businesses and those who work from home. My editorial timeline is behind due to their outages. Not happy. @Rogers

  • Robkilin Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers @AEBT95825217 I got my bill with the credit for the outage, I'm not sure how Rogers calculates 5 days of service but a $20 credit on a $240 bill is not the cost 5 days worth of service as we were promised.
