@Rogers I have spent HOURS, and I do mean HOURS trying to fix this. Am still waiting for a call back from yesterday after another hour long conversation where, after speaking with 3 people I was told it was another department’s problem.

@RogersHelps All of these are great tips but none of them actually address the issue of having your phone ring every 5-10 minutes for an hour straight of spoofed numbers with the same 6 digits. Yeah I can look and see if a number is verified or not but that doesn't stop my phone from ringing.

Just as a heads up do not ever give in to anything @Rogers is offering it is now day 4 without any sort of resolution to my household’s issues with the internet. They are causing unnecessary stress that shouldn’t be given as they are a billion dollar company.

@Rogers when are you gonna fix the issue with customers who upgraded from 1to1.5 GB. Day 4.5 without internet. Many tickets and calls later and as of Dec 4th 1038am still Nada or ETA. WHY CAN YOU figure out how to add new modem SN to our accounts. This is beyond frustrating.
