    @RogersHelps Finally got through to agent. Remorse team works until 2100ET. It was 1955ET when they answered. Rhonda claims she’s too busy to help me despite having 1 hr remaining in shift. This was a spectacular fail.

    @RogersHelps Your agent was on the phone for 15min and then transferred me to the department which is now closed. Another reason reaffirms the cancelation of @Rogers service!

    @RogersHelps are there any outages in the Keele/Sheppard area? My parents are having issues with their wifi. They say it's been cutting in and out for a few days now. It just happened while we were on a Whatsapp call.

    @RogersHelps How many times I've to go thru the same process over and over again. It's already in the inbox, a lot of people complaining about the same issue, and @Rogers not listening at all.

    @RogersHelps @Keithbe78218659 I’ve found the coverage maps but I have no service in areas you say are fully covered. If your maps don’t reflect reality what is the point of them.
