  • StugatzInOtown SweetSENSations (@StugatzInOtown) reported

Why is it that anytime you call @Rogers customer service, the wait time to talk to someone is at least an hour...

  • fluffiezto Richie (@fluffiezto) reported

@RogersHelps getting really slow speeds at home. 3.24mb downloads when I have the ignite gigabyte internet. This is horrible. Can barely stream Netflix at this point. I have sent you guys a DM

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps You've failed to fix this in 11+ months so I'm not wasting my time going through the same old conversation.

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps I've given up thinking you can fix it without digging up the local infrastructure.

  • rishidhawan82 Rishi Dhawan (@rishidhawan82) reported

@Rogers So our grief continues with the Rogers Home WiFI. Technician visited and figured there is an issue in the area( something the call centre told me two weeks ago) and maintenance team needs to fix it. Suddenly an hour after the technician visit we are TOTALLY WITHOUT CONNECTION.

  • SaraStashick Sara (she/her) (@SaraStashick) reported

Discovered @Rogers signed me up for voice recognition without my permission, now wading thru bureaucracy to confirm they've deleted my illegally obtained voice print. If you're a customer and you care about your right to privacy, you may want to call and check your status.

  • rishidhawan82 Rishi Dhawan (@rishidhawan82) reported

@Rogers INTERNET SERVICE TOTALLY DISCONNECTED NOW!!

  • SamwelB Sammy B (@SamwelB) reported

@rogers @RogersHelps extremely disappointed in your lack of ability to support a long time customer. Hearing “if I could, I would” over and over is insulting. I guess it’s time to start shopping around since you don’t seem to honour loyalty anymore. And over such a small request

  • SedSia Sia Sufi (@SedSia) reported

@RogersHelps I did. I called and waited for 45 minutes. Just to be told the problem is probably with all my devices and nothing can be done.

  • zuofx Huy ♞ (@zuofx) reported

@Rogers That wasn’t the question, I am simply asking, how, a non-ignite customer, would access port forwarding. Please don’t avoid the question.
