@Rogers awful service. Charged their guest for a service which is not even used. 5 years I am with this company. At try to understand what’s your customer saying. At the end they say service agreement.

@RogersHelps my Internet is flaky. Again. This is the fifth day in a row that I have reset my modem. Like many other people I am still working from home and have been challenged with “your internet is unstable” messages over the past few days. Seriously? Why?
