    @RogersHelps @defog81 My elderly parents have no internet/phone services now for over 15 hours, they live in South Etobicoke, what is the latest info on repairs? the Rogers customer service is god awful!!!!!

    I have never seen a customer service as bad as @RogersHelps . I they hung up on me for the 18th time in a row now. I have been trying to solve matter since November 3rd. I have no resolution yet
