Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JonnyJeffers Jefferson (@JonnyJeffers) reported

@RogersHelps Service is still noticeably worse than before the outage

  • TheKenKurz Ken Kurz (@TheKenKurz) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

  • TomGreen TomGreen (@TomGreen) reported

@RogersHelps Day 6 of Ignite issues. Audio drop out, signal loss, intermittent video stream loss. A 5-day reimbursement isn’t cutting it for me.

  • theweimlady Jennifer Deveau (@theweimlady) reported

@RogersHelps 5 days credit doesn’t make up for those who lost a whole days pay or more and access to 911 emergency services. For the prices you charge that’s not acceptable, we pay through the nose for high speed RELIABLE service

  • Chilli_Momma Kim 🇨🇦💚🏎💨 (@Chilli_Momma) reported

@GT200chic @Rogers I’ve still had the tv freezing today as well. Unplugged box multiples times today & still having issues

  • TrentBeckstrom Trent Beckstrom (@TrentBeckstrom) reported

@RogersHelps @NanaHer26453079 Then to offer a slap in the face as a rectification of the problem is abhorrent behavior...when your Corp makes billions in revenue per year...you are disgusting

  • Mmmmmmmikee Mike Gray (@Mmmmmmmikee) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is garbage, honestly. I have 4 cell plans and 3 of those were traveling across the country. What a nightmare. Show no loyalty, get no loyalty.

  • JackJaybee Jack Borenstein (@JackJaybee) reported

Not a good past several days for @Rogers corporation that started July 8 with massive outage across Canada of their various electronic services re tv, internet, phone, laptop, E-INTERAC etc. for over 24 hours to today's appx noon time firing of @BlueJays manager #CharlieMontoyo.

  • __QBALLZ__ Rob Mayne (@__QBALLZ__) reported

@RogersHelps That’s awesome! However, I’m a truck driver and need my phone for work. During your “outage”, I was on the road in the USA. I was roaming like home @ $12/day. Will I be reimbursed for that as well as 5 my days? Let me know!

  • memdesigns memDesigns (@memdesigns) reported

@RogersHelps It would mean more if you could finally fix everything - including TV reception which continues to be suffering badly all over my neighbourhood (L4J).
