    @RogersHelps i got excess bill for random US texts. I called customer care they don't care and said i am not getting any refund. I don't know those numbers they gave me i was texting and i know no one at those places. Why do you do such scams? 7 years with fido, no such issue.

    Rogers is a big corporation who can’t negotiate in good faith with smaller corporations like mine. Will never deal again & will file in Superior Court & make sure others cheated can find precedent & retribution @rogers

    @RogersHelps trying to download the Ignite Wifi Hub app off AppStore and it’s sitting there doing nothing. Can’t get my cable and internet set up without it. Help please

    Dear @RogersHelps please fix your **** I've lost 3 games in a row due to a dc over the span of 3 days. 100 sr down because of you. Not to mention, I'm paying around of 100$ monthly for your **** internet. ALSO, I'm missing crucial parts in my google meets due to the disconnecting

    @RogersHelps hi, I moved and ignite internet is REALLY slow and choppy, and Apple TV as well as Sonos is not connecting. We’ve had two technicians come out in the last 24 hours and things have not improved.
