Hey @RogersHelps, given that every single time I've called you for support in the last 20+ years I've heard the message that the wait time would be long due to a higher volume of calls than normal, you may want to reconsider what you deem "normal". I'm just sayin'.

@RogersHelps Cancelled my month to month before next cycle, a credit of $14.44 was shown. Then an invoice..final fee $77. What for? No service rendered, and a credit is owed ME
