-
Parafok (@Parafok) reported@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.
-
Todd Talbot 🇨🇦 (@toddtalbot07) reportedHey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

carbsarelife (@sumptuoussamosa) reported@RogersHelps Hey Eric, Last night after 8pm, I was unable to get through to technical support using that phone number. The AI agent wouldn't give me an option to "press 3 for technical support." Quite frustrating.

SJ (@cafveteran) reported@Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.

Karen (@karenfamily1) reported@Rogers @Rogers your customer service is poor. I have been calling for a few days, with the same response, that you are overwhelmed with calls….I went into the kiosk. They gave me a different number to call. They said the couldn’t help me. Very frustrating overwhelming.😮💨

CRM🇨🇦 (@CRMxox) reportedAfter being on hold for 2 hours waiting for some to take my call, I was able to get through. I was told they would look into my situation and call me back. Silence. No callback. Terrible service again @Rogers @RogersHelps
-
myopinion (@aslanUncle) reported@Rogers your new Ai system is horrible. Hung up on me saying we are busy right now call after lol. You guys are just getting worse.
-
Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported@RogersHelps Were does it say that and what eligible inter or TV service
