@Rogers I escalated to a manager, some dude name Richard came on the line, and then Rogers hung up. No one has called me back. @RogersHelps WTF

  • ElliotZovighian Elliot Zovighian (@ElliotZovighian) reported

@RogersHelps You guys don't care about me as a customer or the poor workmanship tour technician left my house in. Your tech department can't even send hin back to fix it. It would take 20 min tops. Your "process" will take 24 to 48 hrs I'm told. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

  • ElliotZovighian Elliot Zovighian (@ElliotZovighian) reported

@RogersHelps If this isn't resolved by tomorrow I am canceling my service and leaving for Bell Monday morning. Any other contractor will return snd fix their errors immediately. @Rogers simply doesn't give a damn about their customers.

  • GMaissan Greg Maissan (@GMaissan) reported

@agoodrum @Rogers Subcontracted tech was by at 9:45 (really nice guy). We had a good conversation, and he indicated the issue impacted the neighbourhood. It looks like the signal strength is good, but noise on the line is definitely no bueno.

  • GMaissan Greg Maissan (@GMaissan) reported

@agoodrum @Rogers Looks like we're having connectivity issues again today.

  • DavidBrazeau David Brazeau (@DavidBrazeau) reported

Internet service is down again in Whitby. When will you fix it this time @Rogers?

  • Path_Luminous Luminous Path (@Path_Luminous) reported

Just weeks after crippling the entire country and killing who knows how many people with their 911 outage, @Rogers @RogersHelps calls to try changing my plan and price gouging me even harder?! The ******* ***** on this company 🤬 #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage #criminalsyndicate

  • NotMarleyBTC Hannibal Barca (@NotMarleyBTC) reported

@RogersBiz What do you want me to do with you stupid map, fix the coverage i’m paying for. I live in montreal i don’t live in the woods for **** sake

  • ElliotZovighian Elliot Zovighian (@ElliotZovighian) reported

@RogersHelps You're tech department had an opportunity to send him right back and correct his sloppy, unprofessional work. They did not. Now they gave us a time frame which if not done tomorrow doesn't work for us, and I have to delay a contractor for work it took six months to get.

  • Growsbeak Glo of a Thousand Sighs (@Growsbeak) reported

@RogersHelps Well Rogers doesn’t help. Our WIFI is out mysteriously. Again. Yes, we did your song and and dance turn off and on again semaphore calisthenics repeatedly. Last time, you guys insisted it was fine in our area so it’s our problem. But then it mysteriously returned.
