    @RogersHelps how is it the people ACROSS the street have network yet I don’t? I was fine after the storm. This is a new issue. And people with bell don’t have any issues. So don’t tell me this is the storm

    @RogersHelps At least Hydro said she's broke we need 4 - 5 days to fix it, sets expectations & people stop asking. Roger's continues to make nothing statements with no information other than stand by. The outage is understandable the lack of communication coming out of Roger's is infuriating

    Hey @markhollandlib I live in L1Z area and we have no internet and cable since the storm. Do we have any laws that protect us and compensate the users when @Rogers have not been actioning our tickets? Was just told they have no idea if our issue has been looked by technicians.

    @Rogers @D_Ebling Wondering how long it takes to resolve tickets from Saturday mid till now at Charleswood circle, Brampton (Fletchers Meadows). Was told after holding call for over 1 hr that tickets were closed for all zonings and for further complaints there is no ETA on service restorations!

    @RogersHelps For some reason @Sportsnet app needs me to login again and the rogers login won't work...been two days now...known issue???

    @RogersHelps any word on the greenbank baseline area. Power came back on around 4 but net has stayed down. I know the teams are hard at work, are they also working around the clock? Thanks for the reply

    @RogersHelps Being surrounded by Bell customers who have full service while receiving no updates as to the extent of when services will be restored is more than frustrating. While receiving text messages through out the day asking if I would like to "upgrade" my service is infuriating. SMH
