  • DJGrizz DJ Grizz (@DJGrizz) reported

@RogersHelps Please do. Customer care is lacking to say the least. I went to Roger's after Bell to compare, I didn't want to switch. But, I was ignored, treated like I was bothering them, lied to about a phone I wanted, instead of simply checking inventory. Not to mention the attitude.

  • ccblend cblend (@ccblend) reported

@Rogers The funny part was that the customer service was saying to me “You pay for the good service”

  • kdjhudson94 Kelley Hudson (@kdjhudson94) reported

@RogersHelps it has now been over a month since I preordered my iPhone 12 pro. I have yet to receive any updates regarding the status of my order, and am now being billed for a device I do not have. For a billion dollar company your customer service is a complete joke.

  • gisuck Jason Chambers (@gisuck) reported

@RogersHelps just wondering if there's plans to get ignitetv website to stop using flash since the deadline for flash support in browsers in 1 month? Such a useful service while at the office or on the road.

  • TravisM4S Travis (@TravisM4S) reported

Oh, COME ON @RogersHelps @Rogers, more internet issues. Again. When will this end... when I go to someone else or what?

  • MikeJestxR ClappingCheekers (@MikeJestxR) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage right now in the Mississauga area in Ontario Canada

  • ccblend cblend (@ccblend) reported

@RogersHelps The funny part is that the guy from customer service said: “you pay for the good service”. And after 2 days I still can’t get in contact with Rogers

  • EvanKrosney Evan Krosney (@EvanKrosney) reported

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers My experience has always been Telus has the best customer service. Could be worth staying with Rogers if they offer a good retention deal though. Telus offered me a $65 15GB plan with a $10/mo reoccurring credit, so $55/mo. If Rogers made a similar offer, could be worth staying.
