@classonde We request recompense!!!!!! Why we should pay for a service that is down for hours??? @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogersoutage #rogers

  • the17th_juggalo the17th_juggalo (@the17th_juggalo) reported

@RogersHelps We pay way too much for this to be an issue.

  • Sflet1717 leafgirl (@Sflet1717) reported

@RogersHelps Cell service not working again, was on for a bit, now not. Text not working. Can't call or text anyone. Fix it. Seniors shouldn't be without connection. All day. Ridiculous

  • aldo_carinci Aldo Carinci (@aldo_carinci) reported

@RogersHelps Any status on the fix? This is actually ridiculous!

  • agostino_11 Stephanie Agostino (@agostino_11) reported

@RogersHelps Ok I did not realize the severity of the outage. My cell phone has been down all day so far but that was manageable. What is not possible is dispatching a fleet of 40+ trucks without radios or gps due to the outage. I am working blind

  • Pravesh17909249 Pravesh Gautam (@Pravesh17909249) reported

@RogersHelps How about bill? Any service interruption discount or anything ?

  • mike31095399 mike (@mike31095399) reported

@shakolantern_ @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps Lmfao. A monopoly caused the problem? First there is more than 1 so if it upsets you that much go somewhere else’s. Second the “monopoly” had nothing to do with irresponsible millennials from having a back up phone in case of this situation. No one to blame but yourself.

  • Dalek_Dave David Evans (@Dalek_Dave) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers just sent me an email thanking me for my recent payment. Cool, cool. Haven't had service since midnight last night but you're welcome? Any ETA on when we can expect to get what we're paying for? I have things to do.

  • dvader2k Dvader2k (@dvader2k) reported

@RogersHelps This is a drastic understatement. 6 hours since this was posted and no updates. Proves how insignificant customer communication is. This has made it so i can't work at all simply because i can't receive a phone call or text to complete dual authentication for work. What a joke
