@RogersHelps I recently started a mobility account with Rogers primarily because they sold @SamsungCanada Smartwatch 5LTE. I bought the watch and after 3 days and countless hours, I still cannot use my watch on the Rogers LTE network. Calling tech support does nothing.

Honestly thinking about switching from @Rogers because their website is SO bad. Been trying for 3 months to change my plan and always get "Sorry! Something went wrong." as I'm trying to check out. Cost me so much money.

I just rebooted my @Rogers box and wifi router three times before it would work. Usually it goes out once a week but it only takes one reboot to get it going. (An inconvenience yes, but not terrible). It's been every day this week and today three times. Anyone else?

@Rogers unwilling or unable to help? I say unwilling, worst company I’ve had to deal with. When a company doesn’t stop at Elder Abuse, it’s glaring we need changes.
