MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@rovers_jay @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers also customer service isn't technical support. unless they merged you all into care agents now. I heard they were trying that in 2023, maybe they did it
-
Queens Fort (@Bellyhungry) reported@RogersHelps Sometimes I got the message: This service is currently not available. Please try again later. Sometimes, I just got a blank screen.

BBrewda (@BBrewda) reported@RogersHelps But no one answered when I was on hold. The automated response after 3 hours just told me you are experiencing high call volumes and then said have a good day and ended the call. This is poor customer service. How about calling me and I will graciously put you on hold for 3 hours

Larry West (@LarryWe53486866) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks

Just a user (@SociallyNumb13) reported@RogersHelps I tried that, wasn't helpful. Tried contacting customer service over th phone. They said they can't take calls due to unexpected call volumes and chat has a queue over 100 people.

Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

pXnEmerica (@pXnEmerica) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.
