@HowTrotter @Kompski @RogersHelps It's been confirmed that this was some kind of maintenance/ network update gone wrong but I agree if unacceptable for a million or billion dollar company and that being one of the main competitors in Canada doesn't prevent it from being hacked or cyber attack

  • yousafihsan Yousaf Ihsan (@yousafihsan) reported

@Rogers FYI. 3rd world countries have better maintainence and software update plans and recovery back ups. Apology accepted but poor service network not. They have more connections and churn out than Canada.

  • MuthaAbhijeet Abhijeet ***** (@MuthaAbhijeet) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Internet is still not working in Kitchener! It's almost Sunday night and we gotta join work in the morning, not sure how will that be possible without internet restored! This is ridiculous!!!

  • shawnmckean Shawn McKean (@shawnmckean) reported

@RogersHelps Our cellular service (Victoria BC) went down again today. Still not working.

  • len_spencer *** Spencer 🌻 (@len_spencer) reported

OK @Rogers time to get your **** together. I got two of my mom‘s friends, elderly we’re talking they’re in their 80s and their phone/net service has been out for three days what the f*ck.

  • JuniorBalvinn JR Balvin (@JuniorBalvinn) reported

@CP24 Just got the bogus email from @Rogers CEO saying it was a "maintenance issue" absolutely no one buys this BS. 2 similar issues in 2 years? Time to leave this dysfunctional company as a customer

  • paolam1973 CONSERVATIVE🍊 (@paolam1973) reported

@RogersHelps Anyone else Ignite TV is worst with freezing and sound???

  • quickshutterguy Scott Grant Photography 🇨🇦 (@quickshutterguy) reported

Dear CEO @Rogers that's a great "update" was it to improve service to your loyal customers or drive them away? Hope your board is enjoying the $1billion plus profit from last year. This is ridiculous.

  • gckonrath G CHRIS KONRATH (@gckonrath) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Not too bright, customers will be switching, your power outage has affected emergency services, first responders, and the globe

  • HillaryMackesy Hillary Mackesy (@HillaryMackesy) reported

@lisaverdon @RogersHelps One month's service ÷ 30 days = what you'll get. We signed the contract that's all we'll be entitled to. They aren't likely to do anything else.
