Just a couple months ago I had this issue, figured it out and it was okay. I tried myrogers, Shaw, both apps. I think im too old for this.

Jonathan Spivak (@jonsp01) reported@RogersHelps Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't stream live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 (cell phone & tablet). My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?
