@meidasrosie @Rogers I have been having ongoing internet and cable issues for a year and a half. I work from home. Trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. They finally gave me a 4k pvr because none of the ones sent to me worked. We are on a bulk condo package. I got dinged $20 for the box.

@meidasrosie @Rogers I called to find out why as I was told I would not get charged due to all the issues. Nope can't do a thing for me. So then they said they were sending out another HD box (this is #6 or 7). We have spent countless hours and gas $$$ running around the city trying to get one

Hey @Rogers this morning I got a text message offering me a reward for being a long term customer. I logged in to my account, but all I could find was an offer to change my account. I couldn't find the actual reward anywhere. Feels a bit like bait and switch.

@RogersHelps But in either case, one or more personnel in your Dispatch group needs to be let go from your organization as it seems that the number of service reps from at least four different departments are having frustrations trying to get a response from them as well

@RogersHelps I always have full bars on my service but people can’t hear what I’m saying. I can’t have a conversation on my phone and it’s so frustrating!! They only hear every few words..

@RogersHelps Rogers Ignite service is disappointing. Multiple connection issues for months, 3 tech calls & no action taken. Misinformation if neighborhood or personal issue. Service down every morning for a week worked a few days then connection issues again.
