    @Rogers @SamsungCanada I bought S20 FE in Nov 2021. I constantly have reception issues and @Rogers won't replace the device because I didn't buy their "device protection" insurance. It's under warranty. I need my phone fixed. I keep getting transferred many times with no fix.

    @Rogers love the fact I check my credit and I have an open account 9 plus years. THAT I NEVER OPENED. #fraud. Rogers has an account under my information that is still being paid. But I’ve never opened. Things that make you go mhmm. A call to the Better Business Bureau is needed.

    @RogersHelps Area issue was resolved but my internet was still dropping. A technician came and did something but same issue today. Called now and was told there is an area issue again. So what is going on @RogersHelps. My work is affected. Refer your ticket C178866898 for details.

    @Rogers despite assurances from your CEO (who cannot be trusted) we have another outage across our entire neighborhood!! Tobtop it all Bell says they cannot service our area. This smells of cartels working together to deprive Canadian consumers. Hope @CRTCeng takes note
