Rogers charge is a $50 set up fee. Do you think that's fair? On my last phone purchase, Rogers did nothing to help me set up my phone. I did it all on my own, and they still included the set up fee on my bill. WTF @Rogers?

@RogersHelps so 2 hours on hold no one answers phone now 45 minutes waiting for chat for a simple thing .......HOW DOES ANYONE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU GUYS??? 2 days late on a bill for myb359 dollars and you communicate...but when need help no one there to help!!!!
