    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps any update??? I cannot operate my business like this, and more importantly if there is an emergency with my children there is no way to communicate?! Already we spend more than we should on monthly plans, now this?? I expect a credit on my bill for this innocence!

    @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps You should really plan for redundancy if a service is critical. You think Google or Microsoft runs on 1 server on 1 Internet line? Nope, because they know **** breaks. Learn that **** breaks and plan accordingly.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I'm been without any service for several hours now and the only thing I'm been seeing Rogers do is replying to everybody that they are aware of the problem. The thing is, do you at least have a estimated time until this gets fixed? C'mon!

    @RogersHelps By Some you mean All Across Ontario, by Intermittent you mean No Service, by Working quickly you mean just not paying overtime, by Apologize you mean Keep Paying for No Service and we'll get to it sooner or later. Regular updates mean, leave us alone.
