    @RogersHelps I did which resulted in a service call and they replaced the cable coming into my house. I haven't received any follow up from Rogers and the issue is not fixed.

    Anyone have any issues with Rogers since the outage? I’m not with them but have heard of two ppl whose plan “changed” - higher billing and lower data. These changes weren’t initiated by the customer. @RogersHelps what’s the what

    @RogersHelps I can't believe your internet service is down again in Etobicoke, you guys are the worst service provider out there. Terrible experience since the outage you had earlier, and no communication whatsoever !!, time to look for other options it seems....
