    Nice customer service @Rogers Telling us that we have to pay a late fee for not even attempting to take a payment from us? Zero Customer service from your people to try and fix the issue. We have to deal with your outages but can’t accept absolute proof of your failure? @Dlads77

    Why why why, @rogershelps, do my Hollywood Suite channels CONSTANTLY NOT WORK? Holy crap I'm paying too much for this. And I say too often I'm ditching you and I don't. I need to stick to my convictions soon. Never offered a rebate for crappy service either. Grr.

    @RogersHelps No, you should stop making it out like tech support can help. The problem is on your lines 100%, the way you can tell is without me doing anything to fix it the issue went away an hour later. It is too bad your customer service reps are so poorly trained and always deflect.
