@RogersHelps first the outage and now you guys don’t wanna do your job, by using the outage as an excuse to postpone the fixing of capacity issues in areas that need it, making customers suffer super slow internet even though they paying for much higher speeds.

@mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers We are in a rural area and ended up going with Starlink. So far so good, super fast, no cutting out, and only 10.00/ mo more than the inferior service we had.

@RogersHelps I'm getting sick and tired of the never-ending issues with Rogers. Ignite TV is doing to same crap it did during the outage and MyRogers STILL hasn't been fixed so I can't change flex channels. Troubleshooting is useless. I should get credit for July and not 5 days

After missing the service with @Fidomobile with all the @rogers outage, and after having to buy additional data to cover the lousy internet service of Rogers, now fido is billing me three days of roaming without any use of my part.. You guys are terrible
