@AboutRogers @Rogers Couldn’t pay my bills yesterday, make important phone calls or appts. Had the feeling of “if I leave the house and something bad happens, I wouldn’t be able to call emergency services, or call anyone for that matter!” Utter let down. I, like many other, are not pleased one bit.

@robertlendvai @Rogers The best is now they’re saying service is restored to the “vast majority” of their customers. This is a LIE. Maybe they need to borrow a Bell phone and look at an outage map. It’s still lit up.

...when customers fail to pay bills or fall behind due to personal circumstances @Rogers has no problems chasing them down, send them to collections, or suspend their service. What about your failures? Run a campaign to compensate each of us for each loss...
