    @RogersHelps @suesmith85 I still do not have internet service in Markham. I have tweeted, I have DM'd, and I have tried chat several times. I would sincerely appreciate if someone could please reply to me and let me know when service in my area will be restored.

    @RogersHelps Our ignite TV is still not working right. Voice disappears, picture freezes or screen goes black. This is their of everything being back up and working. Have unplugged and reset modem and tv boxes. Do not say problem is fixed when it is not
