@Rogers has got to be the worst service provider. I ported to their service November last year and I have experienced the most crappy service compared to previous providers. Their Customer service lines hardly gets you through, I am left with having to deal with the bad service

@RogersHelps I experience terrible signal in between transit to work in Edmonton and sometimes it blanks and so bad I don't get internet restored for as long as 24hours, such a shame your coverage is that warped

@Rogers WHY HAS MY BILL INCREASED??? you have not “improved” my service I have LOST channels since you forced streaming on all residential users other channels are now pay-to-watch certain shows MY PLAN IS GRANDFATHERED another blatant ripoff

@RogersHelps I called that number. You guys are so useless. There's no option in the automated system for anything remotely close to that. So I spent 4 minutes roaming around the phone system, and now I'm on call for a department that isn't for the problem I need help with.
