I wonder if @Rogers plans on actually FIXING the, now, TWO MONTHS connectivity issues in rural NB any time in 2021. Charging full price for "high speed" access that drops DOZENS of times a day is a little much 🤬

@ColonelAngus17 @Rogers @Virgin My advice is NOT to call Bell/Virgin for any customer service issue. Deal with them EXCLUSIVELY on social media. Get names/ reference numbers and be absolutely resolute with your requests. Escalate. Escalate. Escalate. Book time off work.

@Rogers , extremely disappointing. I have been on hold for an hour just to cancel home internet. Next time you ask for a reason; here is a simple answer… poor customer service
