@RogersHelps Technical support said give them an hour and they would call me back. That hour has turned into 3 days. The issue is with the brand new modem I received and it not working on Rogers' end. 3 days. I've used all my data. Will I be reimbursed for that?

@RogersHelps Our Ignite internet/TV are out but when I check our network status online, it says no issues in our area. I believe we’re out due to the storm and was wondering about an ETA for service restoration. Thanks!

@RogersHelps @Rogers have sat on hold for 30+ minutes your online assistant is useless. How about at least a regularly updated recording about progress and timelines for restoration. Services were fine until 10pm last night so how come problem hasn’t been rectified?
