@RogersHelps Ive contacted you numerous times throughout the year about the problems and you offer useless advice that never helps! Everyone has the same problems. Any other IT team would have fixed it over the span of a year. I cancelled my subscription as of tonight.

@marchulet @RogersHelps Of course! Their rigorous support process for determining the device and OS you are using, blaming your internet provider, ignoring the known persistent SN Now issues for years, asking you to delete / reinstall the app before initiating a DM convo that goes nowhere is top notch!

@RogersHelps survive. It is now understandable why so many interruptions happened. The management is so bad.

@RogersHelps I’m sure US carriers don’t have these types of issues, why? Because they don’t have oligopolies, you have way to much power to care about customer service

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps there are always issues. Every game. If I could pay another service I would.

@RogersHelps unreal, internet is out again, you have service vans dotted down the street, "planned maintenance" according them, but can Rogers notify customers? Nope. Keep up being the worst ISP in Canada.

@RogersHelps I spent time & effort trying to resolve the issues just like other people complaining. How about you spend less time trying to get the last word in a meaningless Twitter argument and instead work on fixing your trash can fire of an application!! #mlb #bluejays #sportsnetsucks

@RogersHelps I called Rogers multiple times to just get updates, and got different answers each time for the same problem. Technicians came and go without solving any problems. Agents didn’t try to solve problems but asked for good survey responses. I am wondering how did such a company …

@RogersHelps I cancelled my Sportsnet now application because of the problem tonight. Tried to watch the @BlueJays and kept receiving error message. One problem after another with this app. Unacceptable for the yearly cost of the subscription !!!!

@Bluejaysmemes Good luck dealing with @RogersHelps they « are available 24/7 » but offer no help and are only interested in getting in the last word in Twitter arguments.
