@Rogers what kind of service is this? One your agent promised me that I will get Internet installed by yesterday and it didn’t happened and today she is saying it won’t be possible till Saturday. i do work from home. And have to take 3 days off because of this. Can u please help

@RogersHelps @Rogers Like you guys are the epitome of service. If anything, you guys strive to do a few things. Make as much as possible. Get the money by any means. Provide poor service and **** electronics. I literally had to buy a 100ft ethernet cotd and a 2nd router so I have internet in my 3

On our fifth hour without internet, because @RogersHelps somehow reverted out service address to the house we moved out of six months ago. And every time I've called, I select "internet" in the IVR and then have to wait further on hold because it's not the Ignite team...
