    @RogersHelps has resorted to not even replying. That’s fine. Been a customer over 20years. Selling my house and buying a new one. Rogers won’t be our provider after that. It’s either treat customers like we deserve or money goes elsewhere. Seems simple enough to me.

    @RogersHelps @CP24 @CTVNews here we are Monday evening and my ignite tv is completely down. Can't get anything at all. So why are they saying yesterday it is close to fully operational? Call Rogers for support and get a recorded message and hang up. So unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps Channels down again tonight, this is beyond frustrating. Have internet but no channels on tv or on the Ignite app on my tablet. Sitting on hold for an hour now, hoping to get a response either here or by phone. Things worked yesterday, that is it since Friday

    @RogersHelps my internet service has been very bad since the outage. I have r a started several times. I tries to call but was told you are busy and to call back later. NO, FIX IT! IM NOT GONNA KEEP CALLING, THIS IS YOUR FAULT!!
