    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @Rogers I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times a day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.

    Great to see Rogers cheering on Team Canada. 🇨🇦 It would also be great if loyal customers trying to cancel a line didn’t have to sit on hold for over an hour. Customer service should be as strong as our team. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....
