@Rogers CEO sent out an email to Rogers customers saying a credit for Fridays outage will be applied to your next bill. HOW MUCH? Our internet bill divided by 30? That’s bullshit. Most people lost several hundred dollars by not being able to work. 1/2

It's not just one day for people. It's not about entertainment. It's businesses who can't afford another day. But I suppose I am just a bully too

Am I going to get my Internet and Cellular service back @Rogers ? We’re on the third day of darkness here. The only reason I can even tweet is because somehow LTE data came back after 24 hours but still no cell service. It’s time to fix this.

@MikeCautillo @RogersHelps That's pretty evasive Routers my *** This was bigger than a Router issue Still think it has to do with Huawei It's plausible that they were trying to remove something installed of Huawei's Now that JT FINALLY decided Canada isn't using their equip We may never know🤔

@RogersHelps @khannasir28 I’m not sure crediting customers for two days does enough to clean the stain from Rogers reputation. Not having our phones nor access to 911 was the bigger issue than access to Netflix. A comprehensive detailed lessons learned would be much more appreciated explaining the why!
