    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @RogersHelps Your agents on the phone are a joke. I couldn't understand them and they had no clue what was happening. I hate to say this but they we're all woman. I spoke to six different ones and did not get any help two nights ago Last night I gave up after two half hour calls. ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @Rogers having a connection issue?! No! Say it ain't so! Seriously, again I ask, what is the point of doing your nightly updates if **** like this always happens? These "updates" obviously do diddly squat.

    @Rogers your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I'm not sure the person I spoke with today had a functioning brain. Do better.

    My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

    @Rogers well youโ€™re 0/2 this month. For the second time in 6 months my experience dealing with Someone at your Courtice location was so unpleasant and unproductive Iโ€™m switching a $1000/month corporate account to Bellโ€ฆ your customer service is LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

    @RogersHelps What is causing all of these service disruptions?? I am paying almost $300 a month, my bill keeps going up but the service keeps going downhill. Very frustrating and disruptive.
