    @RogersHelps CNN or TCM or other stations has occurred occasionally. It's always frustrating as a customer, that it occurs at times when coverage is peeking your interest. I do not know if other stns were affected. Rogers investigate what happened around 1:30 am on Jan 7th

    @RogersHelps for two weeks I’ve been trying to talk to customer service and today I stayed on the line for an hour and 15 minutes. If y’all don’t wanna pay people to answer calls find another way to deal with customers because there’s just no way that on a Saturday morning

    @RogersHelps Why is there no way to check on the status of a reported problem - I have a ticket number but even the Anna bot does not recognize it! TV/ONDemand has been un-useable now for a week!
