  Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

Bo walks for nothing & end up paying Vlad double what they could have signed him for if they paid him in 2021…meanwhile, @rogers has jacked up prices on everything to pay for it & the team will finish last 2 of last 3 seasons. Ridiculous! Payroll over $300m!

  @RogersHelps I don’t even know any more. I have one ticket number and a bunch of interaction numbers. When I use Anna to check my ticket, it doesn’t recognize it. Yesterday when I called apparently that ticket had been resolved, but my issue had not.

  No I am not a @Rogers customer and the last dozen times your staff called I asked to be taken off your call list. Why do I have to track down the number to call and wait on hold and be transferred to five people just to ask you not to call me every week? #Rogers
