@RogersHelps Hi! I can login to the app and browse shows, but when I try to actually play a show, nothing happens. It just stays on the browsing page. I don’t actually get any error message. I’ve tried unplugging the ignite box, signing out of Hayu and re-pairing my account but nothing works!

Trying to cancel a @Rogers service for past 2.5 hours, their customer service is hell on earth. Companies should by law have to have an online cancellation option so they can't force you to fight through upselling, retention tactics, or numerous hours of holds. @RogersHelps
