@RogersHelps @Rogers Why are text messages like "We are experiencing issues in your area" and "we anticipate return to service with n-hours" hard for you? I have to imagine that if the customers a with Rogers Mobile, the messages might be close to "free" ...

@Rogers @NHL Our entire house runs on Rogers home internet and cell service. We have had speeds of less then 5 mpbs for 3 months, even though we're paying $100 a month for at least 25mbps. So I'm wondering when our service will be fully back and what will I be getting out of this.

@RogersHelps I got the text about the free data and to wait for a text to add my speed pass but that text never came. I've checked the app and no 50gb speedpass.

@davidsunlee @saints_gambit @RogersHelps I do too. But as with so many things, policies can be one set for one thing and a different one for another. Returns? Maybe a health card is fine. With other ID questions. Purchases? Something else. But the world doesn't exist in any nuanced way anymore. Yes or no. Good or bad.
