Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cyndycantoo Cyndy (@cyndycantoo) reported

@RogersHelps The issue is that I was “guaranteed” something that is no longer available for no cost as I was promised. I have spoken to a rep today who told me that this changed last September and that there was nothing he could do. Can I get my free pod? That’s what I’m interested in.

  • Gaeilgesiur Gaeilgesiur (@Gaeilgesiur) reported

@ryanlindley @RogersHelps @Rogers Their website is a disaster. Functionality that doesn't work. This doesn't surprise me. They likely changed the offerings but didn't update their website.

  • StylezXP Dan Abramenko (@StylezXP) reported

@RogersHelps I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get contact information for the Rogers/Yahoo mail server team. I have a routing issue for a client but support is giving me the runaround. Can you help?

  • RhymeswithSam Doesnt Matter (@RhymeswithSam) reported

@Rogers is there a reason why I’m paying for my network to go out in the middle of the workday?

  • MAAWLAW Mark Warner (@MAAWLAW) reported

“… it may not be the buyers that are an issue, but rather… the @CompBureau may want @Rogers to continue to provide network or other backbone services to the new owners of the Freedom Mobile assets to help them compete in a market where just three companies…” #competition

  • AZLOVEXA Azlo | Eli (@AZLOVEXA) reported

@RogersHelps I already know the issue. Your lines are out in the Rexdale area but your help line couldn’t give me an ETA.

  • entrustheating Jason Miller (@entrustheating) reported

Hey @Sportsnet i know you don't care about how ****** your app is but if ******* is absolute **** @nhl @rogers

  • FlyerMiles_ca Graham Hicks (@FlyerMiles_ca) reported

$300 in Roam Like Home charges; $15/day x 20 days for a service that launched a few years ago at $10/day x 10 days. @Rogers I absolutely hate being your customer and I'm now looking for ways to give my business to anyone else. The whole point of "Roam" was to avoid this garbage.

  • neezie_b Denise - Go Leafs Go (@neezie_b) reported

@RogersHelps Is there a service outage in Brampton? No internet or TV.

  • DonSmith_ca Don Smith 🇨🇦 (@DonSmith_ca) reported

Earlier today @CloudflareHelp had an outage on their 1.1.1.1 #dns servers and now I am Rogered with a @RogersHelps outage. Called in, 14 of 21 houses in my neighborhood are offline.
