    I have my cell service through @RogersHelps and they keep calling me. At least that’s what my call display says. I answered once and they wanted to talk about if I was happy with everything but I honestly don’t trust that it’s not a scam. I won’t give them any personal info.

    So @RogersHelps finally sends a technician out to look into our problem. He walks in, touches nothing and says "That's your problem, your cables are old and your furniture is in the wrong place." So he can tell all this without even stepping 3 feet into my place.

    @RogersHelps hi. Volume and power buttons on my remote do not work. All other functions do. I cant turn my tv off. Would it be the remote or the ignite or a tv problem
