You will end up paying a bit more overall for the service but inthe last 10 years I’ve only had to change 4 boxes, once after 5 years Better than every few damn months And thousands of channel, 1080p/4k delivery if you opt up

    @DrKatKT @Rogers I did call Rogers, they confirmed the outage was not due to the equipment in my home but on their end … I received a call this morning to confirm the repair. Hope this helps!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps still trying to get internet installed, which was scheduled for Saturday 12-2. After being on hold for 8 hours on Saturday, speaking with 4 customer service reps, got an install for 8-10am this morning.

    @RogersHelps I was on hold with customer loyalty FOR AN HOUR, then the call dropped. Someone named Sarah was helping, now its ANOTHER hour just to get someone on the phone??? Not okay!!!

    @dalybeauty @RogersHelps This happened to me last week and the support system didn't do anything. I reach out to Grahamtech14 on Instagram and they fixed it within 20 minutes.

    @RogersHelps Hi my internet service has been in and out for the last 24 hours. The most current outage has been an over hour. We have a new modem from you and have restarted several times today. Please inform whether there is an outage in my area via DM.
