@RogersHelps Here we are, almost 36 hours since we last had internet service (which also means no phone and no tv), came back for about 10 minutes yesterday. What happened to the promise that this would never happen again after the last major outage earlier in the year?

Day 3 of @Rogers outage in my neighborhood that they have not even acknowledged publicly. Lots of other areas of the province having issues, they blame it on power but none of us have had a power outage. No one else using other services are having issues.
