@RogersHelps Really need to coach your teams on proper cust.service and maybe listening to them instead of thinking they are right.Had open ticket for Int. issues, CSR refused to run tests on my modem bc it’s in bridge mode.Last CSR did it, which is how they identified the issues

Hey @RogersHelps, given that every single time I've called you for support in the last 20+ years I've heard the message that the wait time would be long due to a higher volume of calls than normal, you may want to reconsider what you deem "normal". I'm just sayin'.

@RogersHelps 12 hours without internet. My children were not able to log on to school. I was not able to work. This ignite is just crap, ever since I got it nothing but problems.
