@DossierCom @Rogers It was an outage. We live in a digital world where one should prepare for outages. They will happen again and again. Stop being dramatic, resume your life and maybe go donate to a good cause, like to the Ukraine where moms are hoping thier babies don't get blown up today.

@wojtekinatasha @RogersHelps Actually. The power cycle did work. Seems we have a data signal north of Taunton!

  • AaronMT
    Aaron Train (@AaronMT) reported

@RogersHelps Hello, Ignite TV services seem to be problematic with channels black screened, no audio and other channels not available. This started happening since the service disruption. Resetting all units did not resolve anything.

@RogersHelps you say service is back for most but spending 5 minutes on Reddit or twitter shows literally no one has any useful service at all. Quit your bullshit and fix it

@RogersHelps @Rogers Is there a way I can cancel all my Rogers services (family plan w/4 devices, home internet & cable) without being on hold for 4 hours?

@CouttsKate @Rogers Maple - Internet / cable service came back ( extremely slow ) for a few hours Saturday but went down again mid afternoon. It is still down Sunday morning.

@DossierCom @MichelleS_68 @Rogers It's not just Rogers that needs to account for BCP, small businesses and large business also needs to have BCP set up, internet outages can happen. If a business fails due to a single day of outage, it means they kept no failsafes or even bothered to have back up plans.

@RogersHelps You claim your service is back but our internet is slow as heck, half of our streaming services don’t work at all on our Roku TV (Disney+ and Apple TV+ can’t connect at all), my Playstation 5 somehow can’t connect to PSN through a LAN cable.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers should give a week free for every hour not 100%. Government has to open competition up to foreign carriers. No excuses accepted for Tony not providing service. Is Tony Staffieri getting docked pay for this ?
