@Rogers 4 days and still no proper TV service. Over 3 hour wait time for Rogers support. WTH??? I hope every customer is getting at least one free month of service for this.

@Rogers I’m so glad you guys are crediting the country “A ******* DAY” when you caused so much more than you ignorantly think. People couldn’t call 911, debit was down so people had to use credit if they weren’t conveniently located by their branch. @Shawhelp BUYER BEWARE!!

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 My internet and TV came back Sunday and has been freezing and cutting out constantly. Tried calling, no luck. Conected to Anna who is absolutely useless! I asked if my area still had issues and she responded abouty billing. I guess it's not the most reliable network afterall.

hello @RogersHelps we have no TV again today, . but have internet, although as slow as dial up in the early 90's, what's up ? Hope we are getting at least a full month's credit for this hassle.. also txt only works for a few char's-can't send a pic- @Bell_Support are smiling

@WalterFalls @RogersHelps Same here ignite barely working I just gave up and ordered Bell so sad I've been a rogers customer for 20 years and can't even get a response bell was more then happy to accommodate me
