@RogersHelps You need to treat your customers better. With respect. We are more than an income source. We are people who work for other people. We are responsible for work being done and your company has been acting like a child who's scared they will be sent to their room

When I worked for Shopify we had a status update page that made all our customers aware of any connection issues. We also proactively reached out during weather disasters. Rogers however, ghosts us for almost a week like we were an embarrassing one night stand:( @Rogers

@RogersHelps @pavellubanski And it will take upwards of 24 hours after service is restored for them to notify you (if it ever actually happens) and then you’ll have to fight for compensation for the outages. Do yourself a favour and get your services from absolutely anyone else.

@RogersHelps My modem was switched a few weeks ago and I've been having lots of problems. Serviceman is coming today to switch out the modem. I think mine is defective and maybe its causing this problem with the sports app!

@RogersHelps Your company needs to act it's age and take ownership of the problems it's facing, not hiding and pretending y'all didn't **** your pants. We are all adults and we need information to make adult decisions. Be better

@steffanwatkins @Rogers @hydroottawa Shaw aren't cheap out here in the west, but at least their service is good and they're decent to deal with when there's a problem. I am not looking forward to Rogers taking them over if it's allowed to go ahead.

@RogersHelps I get that but the app keeps changing. One minute My List is there and the next minute its not. No consistency. That's my point. It used to work fine. Still mystified as to why it was changed because you only made it unstable!
