@RogersHelps Only able to reach out because my cell is not with Rogers. The lack of info is frustrating. I DMd you as suggested an hour ago and there is still no service and you never replied anyway. Who are the many that are back online as you tweeted 2 hours ago?

@RogersHelps To my knowledge our internet AND tv service has been out since AT LEAST 6 am in Hagersville. Going on over 12 hours without service. Representatives said that they don’t know the cause and it was estimated to be fixed in 3-4 hours…. that was OVER four hours ago now.

@RogersHelps HATE Rogers. Called again, told new digital adapter needed. Got email after sent out. Old box cut off. Called again. Asked if outage in area--no. Asked if related to new box--yes. Called again with questions about unrelated email info. Got box turned back on.
