@Rogers I know my balance, I pissed off that you feel the need to chase me for money a week before my bill is due. I have been a rogers customer for a long time. Never missed a payment yet, why all of a sudden are you chasing me for my payments?

@RogersHelps - tv and internet out last night. 51 mins on call just to speak to support. Technician supposed to come in this morning between 8-10 and not so much as a call today. What excuse are you gonna make for that? My next call is going to your competitor.
