    almost 30 days and @Rogers still don't know how should I return the old phone even tho they charged me a new phone setup fee and I paid for the remaining balance for the old phone. #poorcustomerservice I can help you @Rogers to set up a simple process.

    Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

    Well @Bell_Aliant it's been a good run, we almost made it 20 yrs but change came-a-knocking in the form of someone in @Rogers Red over the weekend. Hard to turn down saving $2,316.52/24 months, especially these days: 🔵 $4,800.24 🔴 $2,483.72 #BellAliant #Rogers

    @RogersHelps How come when there’s a chance we’ll pay you guys, a call back option is there but any customer service issue that might lead to us paying less thus less money for Rogers and MAGICALLY the call back isn’t an option?
