  • APACHE2655 APACHE2655 (@APACHE2655) reported

    @RogersHelps I received an email from your CEO Tony Staffieri this morning talking in the past tense about the service disruption like it was over. This is now my third day without home internet, and your CEO has the nerve to email me that the is service fully operational !!! 💩

  • OriginalGoove 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙚…𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙬𝙠™️ (@OriginalGoove) reported

    @leanneschaefe12 @Rogers I’m just guessing…pro-rated amount for a day of service. Whatever the amount…it doesn’t fix anything.

  • lifemorecowbell Cate McKim (she/her) (@lifemorecowbell) reported

    My @Rogers Wi-Fi came back, sort of, on Friday night. Still unable to access some websites on my laptop or use printer. At least I can access gmail & access sites via Wi-Fi on my cell. When can I expect to see full service @RogersHelps?

  • doggynaps Cindy Stel (@doggynaps) reported

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I use my phone for work Your outage cost me a days wage as I needed this communication to work.

  • ashoori_hussain H. Ashoori (@ashoori_hussain) reported

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I remember when #Bell was the only player, they reimbursed a whole month for a few hours of outage.. now with all compitators, #rogersoutage is being cheap! They don't care as everybody needs it and there's no government control! The same with #Hydro power outage before and now!

  • PhilipDanielW1 Philip Daniel W (@PhilipDanielW1) reported

    @RogersHelps With the average $2.50 bill credit I I glad I shut off my rogers services. This has happened 2x now and it was so bad this time your employees ran out the back door because you abandoned them to fend for themselves! That says all I need to know about a company

  • sagnikmukh s@gnik (@sagnikmukh) reported

    @RogersHelps still home internet down, L6X Brampton, please fix

  • Shfishp Shfishp (@Shfishp) reported

    @Rogers 52+ hours later, I seem to have Internet service back… I hope your automatic credits clearly reflect this. Thank you.

    How do I STILL don’t have any bars/service on my phone @RogersHelps @Rogers can’t even use my phone to call Rogers

  • CryptoT15589698 Crypto$Trader (@CryptoT15589698) reported

    @Rogers just apologized that half of Canada lost service and some people couldn't call 911. Not good enough. Your monopoly cost people lives and you haven't sufficiently invested in your own tech. Time to let American companies in and break the monopoly. #PierrePoilievre
