@RogersHelps what steps must i take in order to change my ignite modem’s dns addresses. Rogers chat support keeps crashing and the ignite wifi app only allows me viewing but not edit options

  • doug7300 Doug Measures (@doug7300) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@Rogers sent me a Text with a Link for an 80.00 CAN reward for being a Loyal customer - sure looks like a phishing attempt. Be careful what you open on your devices. #Hacked ?

  • JoeKatt Joe Katt (@JoeKatt) reported

@RogersHelps just wondering, if NHL shuts down due to covid again, will we receive a refund on our NHL Live Subscription??

  • TCHWRX Tommy Christensen (@TCHWRX) reported

@RogersHelps Yeah and it "allows" you to automatically charge me $150 without giving me an option to opt out. That's NOT good service. It's stealing my money. #RogersRoamLikeHomeScam #badcustomerservice #RogersStealYouMomey

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

I know a little about how networks work, and I'm having trouble understanding what @RogersHelps has done with these Ignite modems and settop boxes that makes them incompatible with @eerosupport wifi. a cynic might think "they want to own and monetize your whole home wifi"

  • LynnNotOriginal LynneT (@LynnNotOriginal) reported

@Rogers My internet is down again...must be snowing...

  • GagnonGaming Jeff (@GagnonGaming) reported

@RogersHelps That is unfortunate. Maybe tech support will be able to fix my connectivity problem soon, especially if i cant myself. Thanks for your time

  • IMNCanada It's Medically Necessary (@IMNCanada) reported

Girl: dad, it says "Santa Claus' network bandwidth is low." Me: well, the North Pole does have spotty Internet. @Rogers: I think @santa needs tech support.

  • FahlDesigns Fahl Designs (@FahlDesigns) reported

@RogersHelps Of course. Gouge customers, never reward loyalty, never give deals to existing customers. What a damn monopoly. Must be nice to not have to pay large taxes either. Capitalism at its finest

@RogersHelps Hi my internet is down in downtown toronto and I can’t get through to anyone, can you please acknowledge the issue and provide an ETA to repair? I can see several others complaining too.
