    Any guesses on the worst customer service? Did you guess @Rogers @RogersHelps? You’re right! Over 4 hours cumulative on hold. Kept getting disconnected. Now they are closed. I guess retaining your customers is not priority. #ihaterogers #rogers

    @Rogers tec support told me my service was not working right because of my modem. She then upsells me to ignite. Tec will install tomorrow. 30 min later tec is outside, and tells me entire neighborhood is affected. #rogers #ignite why did she lie to me? #makemorepossible

    @RogersHelps your my Rogers App stinks!! And your websites even worse. Downgraded my TV services over the weekend still haven’t been able to select my flex channels. I’m going to cancel all my services with you guys now can you help me with that asap please!!

    @Rogers I’ve been on hold for over 3 hours to change my internet+tv plan. I tried to do it online and was unsuccessful and the live chat was not available. I have to leave now to go to the hospital to see my dad and I’ve wasted my day off. Not impressed with your ‘service’ 😒

    I recommend no one subscribe to any new @RogersHelps services related to #ignite. There is an unresolved fraudulent @netflix direct billing issue, voiced in multiple online forums. This is really bad stuff Rogers. What gives? Netflix doesn't even have a $39 subscription in Can.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps no solution presented. Apparently loyal customers must pay an additional $200+ a year for a less than reliable service. Raising the price for loyal customers is not how you retain or appreciate customers. #ihaterogers

    @RogersHelps Sadly, because I am only a cable tv customer from @Rogers you won't help me. Your technicians have made every excuse in the book and won't admit that the problem is your network is decrepit and simply CANNOT handle the speed I pay for.
