Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedKudos to @JoeyVotto for actually discussing Vlad’s struggles as a real problem, and actually posing possible solutions. Those inside the @Rogers @Sportsnet Mothership are all just waiting for him to break out of his ‘funk’, as if it was a week-long slump. #BlueJays #BlueJays50

Larry West (@LarryWe53486866) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks

Alex (@alexxhashemi) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.

Michelle Jones (@MJones520) reported@RogersHelps That reply does not resolve the issue. I have been online and called the appropriate numbers with no success. Your menus do need lead to this option. Please provide a phone number and the appropriate prompts to add my name to your internal do not call list.

krukru137 (@krukru_137) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!
-
Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.
-
GrumpyOldMan (@NotElonEither) reported@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?
-
Iman (@RealKingiman) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers It’s the same reason fast food is all Indians miss. It’s because the customer base is terrible, the money vs with what you have to deal with isn’t worth it, no kid wants to do deal with that. The government brings in foreigners who are living in **** holes
