    At our house we still don’t have internet services and our router provided by Rogers isn’t being recognized. Does anyone else have this problem and know when it will be addressed? @RogersHelps

    Sure grateful I didn’t have a medical emergency yesterday (or today as I still am missing half my service and running completely on data.) @RogersHelps are you gonna compensate for the 2 days (approx $300) of work I’m missing?

    @RogersHelps “were hero’s and we fixed it” isn’t going to cut it this time. You single-handedly shut down more than 25% of the Internet traffic in this country. You shut down businesses, you put peoples lives in peril, The word “prorated discount“ is not what you should say 1/2

    @RogersHelps why was there a service interruption. You can't just take our services and claim there was an issue without telling us what's going on. Incompetent company? I'd say.
