@RogersHelps I will rethink doing business with a company where internet, cellular, TV, home phone and business services are so intertwined, they all crash at once. I don’t believe in coincidences, do believe in (at least) a denial-of-service attack. And North York, remains totally dead.

@RogersHelps I hope you offer some compensation to your customers when we couldn't use ANY service for over 24 hours. My grandmother is very ill and I couldn't receive calls regarding her care. I couldn't pay my sitter, my son couldn't watch his train videos to help calm him..

After yesterday's @Rogers outage I think a lot of risk managers will be rethinking their strategies and dependance on internet. We've gone so digital we have left traditional backup measures behind. #riskmanagement

@RogersHelps How are you going to credit non Rogers customers who also had their lives on hold due to banks, stores, etc all not able to accept our debit cards? You proved once again how this country is in bad need of competition. Enough with you idiots having a monopoly on it all.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Not true. Where I am, there is no internet or TV, although the landline is now working whereas it was down for 24 hours.

@jeffgilchrist @RogersHelps @Rogers My TV and Internet are Rogers. I live in Toronto in an area of the Beaches. Thank God I have phone service with another provider. I’m using it as my hotspot. Still no Service!
