Rogers Issues ReportsLatest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
@Rogers My neighbour and I have asked your technician to put a lock on the network panel on an adjacent apartment. To date, it’s still wide open. Best in test is laughable.
@Rogers Between your historically terrible customer support and devious ways of making money (like sending printed statements and charging hundreds of dollars for it), I can say without a doubt that I will never be a Rogers customer and won’t let anyone I know sign up either.
@RogersHelps you are the worst internet provider of all time
@Rogers - why is my internet going down in excess of 6 times today - aren’t you suppose to be the “most reliable”?
@Rogers Upgraded to Ignite but it always goes down. Very frustrating!!!! #rogerscable #rogers #bell
**** YOU @Rogers! Not only are you throttling me illegally again, but this time I'm paying for 500/20 and you're throttling me to 150/10 and yet the #CRTC refuses to do anything about it. #FireIanScott
Don't watch cable often, so I have no idea how long this issue has been going on, but @Rogers better get this **** worked out fast or I'm switching to @Bell before football season.
@TorontoStar Too bad @Rogers is going to **** it all up my tearing down the Skydome.
@Rogers is creating their own Olympic event of trying to see how many times it takes their ******* #Ignite service to crash in one day before customers throw their equipment down the street in frustration. ****** ******* internet
@Rogers How’s the service on the BC Ferries and #BChwy5 ? Any improvements in the past couple years? That’s the reason why I switched from you guys
