    @RogersHelps You do understand that if someone had a 911 emergency they would be definitely dead by now right? How many hours is acceptable for a failure like this? How is it possible a fail like this can exist in 2021? Where are the redundant systems??

    @Rogers @RogersHelps This has been going on since MIDNIGHT LAST NIGHT!! Some of us are waiting on important phone calls from our doctors and hospitals due to serious health issues.... Some of us have emergency medical test results that need to be relayed back to us so we can know what to do..... sad

    @Rogers I am in North York - Bathurst and Patricia Ave and I still do not have phone service!!!!!!! Time now is 11:32 a.m. @RogersHelps I know ur working on it but I want a refund for the day or however long it takes you to get the service back on line. This is ridiculous!

    @phil_jacobson @RogersHelps naw they will still charge us up the *** for their garbage service. Cant wait until my recent plan is done. Wont be going through rogers ever again. This shouldnt be happening
