@pinchrunner77 @CollingwoodJays Yup. I've been a very loyal @Rogers customer paying hundreds a month for all my services. If they can't even bother to update us on what's going on it may be time to switch. My tv was fine this morning and now completely out so the problem is worse? 🤯

@RogersHelps Can you please provide status of ignite tv? It's been unreliable since the outage even though your ceo message says otherwise. I've DM'd you about this but I know it's not just me. Reboot, reset and refresh doesn't help.
