It is not a problem with my TV, but is a problem with the Ignite app on my devices (computer/ ipad). Anyway you can help?

Customers have contacted your technicians & they are not always guaranteed to be in Toronto! Your TV technicians don’t have access to all channels, perhaps higher tier& can’t see problem!
