    @RogersHelps It was door to door sales and I ended up switching my; cell service (2 numbers), internet and TV service to Rogers based on the salespersons GUARANTEE that Rogers would pay the penalty to leave TELUS. I explicitly with emphasis told him I had JUST renewed with TELUS and there

    @Rogers hey why can't I ever reach an agent in Canada who speaks English, instead of Morocco, Bangladesh etc. where they don't have a clue what they're doing? We pay far too much for mobility plans for this garbage customer service.

    I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.
