@RogersHelps @Rogers Anyone from Home Monitoring …monitoring these accounts? Hoping someone can explain how its acceptable to put customers on hold for 4+ hours who are calling for help? No callbacks. No support. Can someone please reach out to me?! #rogers

@RogersHelps when I’m having on-going technical service issues and Anna can’t help, it’s extremely frustrating to listen to repeated messages telling me to use Anna. Just get me a human already!

I asked Kevin at @RogersHelps three times about the phone plan that was available for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I never got an answer. I'd avoid signing up for @Rogers if you don't have to.

Remember when you used to be able to negotiate with @Rogers and call retentions and get them to give you a phone for free, or get a super reduced price for being a customer for 15+ years. Now.. they don't seem to give a ****.

@Rogers Hi Thanks for that but i have done all that, call the number, tried virtual assistance and then i kept getting bounced around. There is no resolution. Can you guys escalate it to the home monitoring dept and have someone maybe their supervisor reach out to me.

@Rogers going on day 5 without internet. Already told there will be a day 6 and a day 7 since I've been put in the BACK of the line for a technician to return and check the lines, again. Sensing a lack of ownership for the issue.

@RogersHelps 2 hours and 4 minutes on hold for customer service. Add this to the 3 odd hours inspect on hold over the course of the last 3 days. How can you even claim to have customer service with wait times like this?

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.
