Anybody else have a random $19 Netflix charge on their @RogersHelps bill? Tried calling Rogers customer service and just got the run around

  • nicknemec nik (@nicknemec) reported

@RogersHelps Why at certain points in the day my internet just become unusable even after we had a tech come and "fix" our street box that was supposed to solve the issue. It's becoming seriously irritating losing all internet for 5-10 minutes

  • StephenGris Stephen Gris (@StephenGris) reported

@Sailor_Moon_CA @KingAgniKai @Rogers When you produce content yourself, there is no other distributor, producer, agency etc to decide where the content goes. If they aren’t partnering with other production companies, releasing it on Disney+, an existing service, under a new banner within, Star, is their right

@RogersHelps @Rogers I've spent time on 3 calls with Roger's, today 2 hours and was promised a call back and here I am calling, waiting again. Seriously worst customer service @Rogers no one knows what they're doing. I just need a box authorized. It's 2 days now trying...

I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.

  • muhepd MuhePD ⛏️ 🔗🔑 (@muhepd) reported

@RogersHelps Let's do the DM thing, I tried on a different computer, through a different network (was on corporate VPN in the first computer) and I got the same error.

  • montaignejr Paul Montaigne (@montaignejr) reported

Our internet has been down since 9:30AM this morning - @Rogers is sending a tech to fix it on Sunday evening and offered a $30 credit for at least 56 hours of no service (impeding our ability to work from home). After 5 or 6 years maybe it's time to switch to providers!

  • therobmilne Rob Milne (@therobmilne) reported

@FreedomMobile Promises are broken even if they give you a case ID. I found being with @Rogers they commitment is much better dealing with their loyalty team. I say if you do talk to them, record the call and then bring it to the #CRTC

  • Andrea_EE2 Andrea (@Andrea_EE2) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RogersHelps my wi-fi is down yet again, surprise surprise. It's become very unreliable. Is this a localized outage in St.John's, NL?
