As a @Rogers customer, all the information I’ve found out about the outage and future compensation has been through social media and news reports. Haven’t gotten any direct communication via email or text. @RogersHelps

  • rawbex Rob (@rawbex) reported

@RogersHelps I never got a credit on my account for the outage.

  • jlperez01 Jose Luis Perez (@jlperez01) reported

@clgurevitz @RogersHelps I am experiencing the same problem. It has been 5 days

  • shit_dist_urber The **** Disturber (@shit_dist_urber) reported

Got an email from the #CEO of @Rogers @RogersHelps to tell me "Our network is fully operational to the standards you have come to expect." I don't remember expecting my Ignite TV to glitch every 2 or 3 minutes. But it's been so long I can't remember the time before the #troubles

  • DaleV73 Dale (@DaleV73) reported

Been seeing a bunch of @LedcorGroup vehicles on behalf of @Rogers in the area (before the outage as well.) No notification of construction in our area yet they're there. What is this about? Perhaps Fibre Optic in our area? @RogersHelps

  • CdnMagyar MagyarCdnGal (@CdnMagyar) reported

@RogersHelps She got help resetting the box and it’s working now. Thanks!

  • sureshvenkat Suresh Venkatachalam (@sureshvenkat) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Does this mean we have a new excuse to increase the cost of services as it has been steadily increasing with no guarantee of service availability 😕

  • BrandonWaselnuk Brandon Waselnuk (@BrandonWaselnuk) reported

Oh look another 9 paragraph email from @Rogers where they outline no actionable plan to prevent mass network outages or identify the root cause of said outage. But don't worry, they know what they did was unacceptable. Just like the rest of us Canadians.

  • andyfrlng Andy Furlong (@andyfrlng) reported

@rogers You're going to lose a lot of customers. This is day 6 of our stuttering, choking TV signal. It's unwatchable. A frustrating experience which makes one question the whole service. #HamOnt
