@Rogers .Did you put our conversation into a linked thread because I referenced the CRTC? This is how you treat loyal customers? Good to know. Go ahead. Do whatever you said you would do because it doesn’t really matter, you just want the money!

  • CompSciBorg ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@CompSciBorg) reported

@RogersHelps been having near constant daily interruptions of our internet service. and it is getting in the way of work among other things. power cycling doesn't help cus it comes back up within a few mins but it seriously impairs the flow of work. especially in live meetings.

@RogersHelps I’m glad to hear this. But you guys need to do better as Canadians already pay the highest price for service in the world

@RogersHelps You might consider amending your replies rather than just cutting and pasting. The outage was on Monday, not yesterday

@RogersHelps do you have an ETA on the current Toronto outage?

  • PriyankaM2901 Priyanka Medhekar (@PriyankaM2901) reported

@RogersHelps I have been struggling with the worst network issues since I moved to Rogers in dec 2020. @ 150 mbps I only get a speed of 15-20 mbps and cannot watch any of the shows before checking my connection at least 5 times. The internet connection is the worst.

  • Hookcondon Ryan Condon (@Hookcondon) reported

@RogersHelps So instead of calling me offering compensation for the unacceptable interruption on Monday @Rogers calls and offers me an upgrade in my package for 64$ more a month what in the actual **** is going on with your company

  • vincedg74 Vince DG (@vincedg74) reported

@RogersHelps After 2 hours of non issues your tech stopped replying. I can confidently say, Rogers doesn't help. #RogersDoesntHelp

@RogersHelps Horrible service all around I’m done with Rogers , I’m sure you can see what kind of plan I have and that you can tell me my credit but just like your services you guys are shady all I have left with Rogers is my cell phone and I will be switching that to bell too

  • BuddhaWorship SammyCat (@BuddhaWorship) reported

@Rogers The point is that you've done nothing to offset fees. You didn't reduce anything. You didn't offer anything. You will give me 'time' but the fees are ridiculous and keep adding up. You're never done
