Just spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with @Rogers trying to help my daughter get internet as she moves out of res and into her first apt. Her IT job starts Mon, summer classes on Tues. No internet wasn't an option. I had to escalated it, but Gustavo, the mgr in Montreal, was 👍!

  • ThePickleicious Iain (@ThePickleicious) reported

@RogersHelps I've dmed the twitter support a few times over the last 6 years of internet issues I've been having. They've never done anything productive. I'm sick of my internet constantly dropping for 5-30s every 5-10 minutes.

  • Taffyrap Taffy rap (@Taffyrap) reported

@RogersHelps I don’t want to reach out by dm. You need to post outages to everyone. Stop hiding the fact that your service goes down.
