    @RogersHelps I think focusing on a credit is not the right thing. Rogers needs to explain how there was a full day outage that they are blaming Ericsson on. These upgrades go through many layers of testing and should always have a back-out procedure. I am not buying this!

    @RogersHelps If there's one thing that's clear after yesterday's fiasco. We need to amend the Competition Act. One company cannot monopolize the industry. Why did this breakdown happen???? Scary ****. @canadagovernme1 @JustinTrudeau
