@TevesTV @Rogers Have you swapped your modem out? If you have, I had a tech come out and work with me. He said that the signal coming into the house was too high so he put limiters on and it’s been perfect ever since.

I just realized that @Rogers got rid of their data day pass (needed it ‘cause I was lost downtown); that means infrequent users, like me & my kid, have to pay a lot more for wireless service. We already pay our of our nose for home internet. Seriously, so disappointed 😞

@RogersHelps No that's okay because all your support does is reduce the issue to user error. Until we're promised discounts and actual proper support I refuse to play the same song and dance that is interacting with your support. Fourteen months. No fixes. All user error blame. No thanks.
