@RogersHelps obviously but I have lived here for 4 years. #crtc and not once have ypu limited my services but do now, I have #cancer and need my phone obviously and don't have the ability to go find a new provider like your managers suggested. you'll take my money and not provide service?

@Jinxxed4life83 @CRTCeng @RogersHelps It's not 'their' rules per se, it's a part of the roaming agreements between the providers. If you are using another providers' network most of the time, they would want you to pay them rather than their competition. That's fair, no?

@CRTCeng @RogersHelps rogers suspension of my phone for 30 days because my data warnings. I live outside of the service area. been told its your fault for the rules you put in place. I have to drive 22km to get messages for my cancer treatment. loyal customer for 13 years.

We have it for now, but will likely be disconnected again. Roxanne got a technician coming tomorrow to see if any issues can be resolved! @rogershelps 2/2 Now, to avoid any @MaskedSingerFOX spoilers until tomorrow night.
