Hey @Rogers is there any knowledgeable person in your support team? I want to cancel my pre ordered iPhone and I have waited 1 and half hour to connect with representative and when i said him that i want to cancel my order then he disconnected my call. Is this real rogers?

@RogersHelps Hello, so I ended up calling back again & there was no updates. Not a great first impression for a client coming from a Competitive client of yours. No manager call back. Even though it was documented. Katie whom I spoke to today had to cancel & redo my order just to get a date

I just had the worst experience with @Rogers but I am not surprised. I reserved an Apple Watch back on June 11th and still have not received it. I am trying to cancel it now and get my $40 reservation fee back and now they’re saying it can’t be done..Rogers really are robbers

@RogersHelps To be honest I've had 5 people "try" and help with this and this problem continues...infact I'm just gonna put this new ignite modem/TV package RIGHT BACK in the box it came in. Enough is ENOUGH

If businesses don't start hiring Canadians who help customers and solves problems and have a brain I'm going to stop using services everywhere I go. @rogers is a big one. So tired of foreign workers who may aswell be a robot repeating itself over and over. Dumb as hell
