Rogers is still down for everyone I know. I guess we are the lucky “some customers” @Rogers refers to. Wi-Fi calling is still working so far but fails if I piggyback on ShawOpen. I hope @RogersHelps credits customers for this long outage.

@RogersHelps Do you guys have any idea when service will be back up and running?

  • ronsonk Ken Ronson (@ronsonk) reported

@peter101s @rohan__singh1 @RogersHelps If you brought your phone from another provider, Wifi calling will most likely not work. Corporate plan switched from Bell (worked) to Rogers (won't work). Known issue/complaint

@Bonelloonstilts @RogersHelps If this is a ransomware event, it could be many more hours before service is back to normal.

@RogersHelps Thanks for keeping us in the loop and hope things get fixed soon. Disappointing that certain people tweet at you when your service is down for less than a day but likely wouldn’t voice genuine appreciation when things are going well 99% of the time.
