Ok @Rogers today is my 2nd day waiting for a tech so I can finally set up internet. The 1st one was a no show and I wasted a whole day. No call or text to confirm yesterday. No contact yet today. What is going on with your service???? Your team has one hour!

@Rogers terrible company. Charging based on postal code is discrimination. To tell me I am being ripped off because I’m in a different postal code is tone deaf. Have you not been following the last year? Do you not know postal code charging is essentially discriminatory behr?

@RogersHelps how does this make sense, I am paying for internet and in a world where everyone is working from home. I can’t get a descent connection and the Rogers support wants me to just pay more, won’t actually solve my issue. I’m sitting here can’t even be in meetings

@Rogers Why does it take posting something to social media to get your attention?? Treat your customers like you value them instead of dead beats
