@RogersHelps So, I reach out directly as requested and the advice is go back down a path that has been tried before. Essentially waste more time on hold by making a phone call and asking for an escalation. Unbelievable

FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.

@RogersHelps There is no option to login using my Rogers credentials to verify I have the WWE package. This was removed more than a year ago. There is only the WWE account login. The website still works but can’t be displayed on a TV.

@RogersHelps You need to work with the @WWE so #Canadians can once again use the #WWEApp! The app is completely useless right now! We can’t access any videos and events! When you contact WWE they are indifferent to the issue as long as we keep paying!

@RogersHelps Okay, no more private messages: for two days, I've been reporting that one channel on my digital cable frequently is nothing but a black screen. Twice tech support says this will be addressed, and twice, tech support responds with an email saying there is no issue.
