    I can’t even count how many times Rogers has over charged my bill “by accident”…having to call and clear this up every few months is an extra task I do not need. @Rogers fix up! This shouldn’t even be an issue.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers How about not over charging for a services, just because you can, due to poor competition. There is no reason people in this country should pay on average $15-$25 more per plan globally.

    @RogersHelps I think there is a problem in my area because this issue keeps happening for myself and also other neighbours! I hope you can get a good technician that knows what they’re doing so they can fix any possible issue(s).
