SirLuckHomes Real Estate Brokerage (@SirLuckHomes) reported@RogersHelps Your technical support confirmed that this is not even possible even with the EID and IMEI provided. It’s not an international device It was actually due to your company preventing e-sims from being emailed. I had to escalate to your customer care team to have the e-sim mailed

Clint (@clintculture) reported@RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps you remain the impossible company to contact for help, which is odd for a communications company. I need some actual help as you have misplaced a phone I returned. Please contact me.

ARKN (@imaginovationz) reported@Rogers I would like to file an official complaint against 'Youssef - Rogers specialist ' Reason being : He did not resolve my issue, he did not provide me an explanation of my questions and he has ended the call without. This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute. And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

Randy (@randyvancity) reported@Millergram33 @Rogers Customer service sucks They got some stupid AI bullshit and when you ask for a live agent it says calls are at a all time high and please call back later. Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app

BNKB (@banknotekb) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?
