    @RogersHelps @JustCallMeChad1 I am an IT for Medicine department at the University, My wife works at the hospital front line! pandemic communication! what else it requires for you to understand the value of your customers? payments and bills are always on time for your service. how about a month bill free!

    @RogersHelps I understand there is an outage but why did I get a bill for over $400 saying I cancelled my plans, when I didn't. Is this a part off the issue's you guys are having?

    @RogersHelps when is my network going to be back? I haven’t had any connection for 12+ hours this is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience. I am unable to make important calls and nothing is getting solved.
