@M_Nichol @BradPilon @RogersHelps Even speaking to someone there is a nightmare. They had me on for nearly 4 hours for a downspin yesterday. Then they put me on a plan on the wrong date at a price higher than I agreed and that includes a product I don’t even own. Can’t even go to a store for help apparently!

I don't even have the words to describe the disgust and sheer annoyance rn.... This bologna *** company @Rogers is bottom of the barrel for everything except overcharging you, ignoring multiple requests to change/fix something on your acc. & charging you the wrong amount.. 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾
