    @RogersHelps This is unbelievable, no service for the past 12 hours? I’m very angry and so is my employer. Working remotely does not work if the ******* phone can’t find a network. This day has cost me hundreds so far. You bastards have no trouble taking my money, how about some reciprocation

    @RogersHelps Been without service since midnight in Edmonton Alberta. Waiting on call from doctors but apparently not going to be get it. Only been waiting two weeks for biopsy results.

    @RogersHelps It’s not an “intermittent service interruption”. It is a total elimination of services. Like zero cell/data service for the entire day. And merely repeating you’ll “continue to provide updates” every hour, is not actually providing an update. #rogersoutage #rogersdown
