    @RogersHelps The dude won't listen and barely acknowledges anything. It's a house both basement and main floor (separate accounts) are experiencing the same terrible internet service. It likely won't help since he is only changing lines for downstairs

    @RogersHelps my internet and T.V has been down the whole day, is there something wrong with Rogers service today? I tried to reset it, now it stuck on the welcome page. The tall "lipstick looking" box, the light is flashing orange!

    @RogersHelps No one can tell me why I was told one thing, and then another. Like, this is why people hate big phone companies, you guys are so disconnected from the general public. Like, one of the agents had his mic beside a fan, I had to hang up and find another one.

    @RogersHelps Neither of our TVs is connecting properly to Ignite. It will navigate to channels we were on yesterday or earlier today. Once there the channel is not available at that time & when you cancel, it goes somewhere else. We've rebooted everything.

    @RogersHelps You guys need to do maintenance and check the line from the house to the node and the connections between nodes. Should I use a voice changer when I call to actually have someone listen and address the issue?

    @RogersHelps fix the internet in my house I literally have the highest package and it turns off once every 2 days.

    @Rogers how pathetic is Roger's customer service can be gauged from the fact that it's CS associates are always in a rush to get off the chat and none of the chats ever get sent to the email entered after finishing the interaction.
