Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported@RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. I’m a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

Mat 🇨🇦 (@DakRookie) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.

Andrew (@PCWAndrew) reported@Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).

Andrew Holowaty (@AndrewHolowaty) reported@RogersHelps Got booted from a support call after over an hour on hold. My mobile data stopped working halfway through the day. Now I’m on hold for the second time because I never got a callback like I was told I would.
