@MattMelv @RogersHelps There should be backups to prevent a nation wide shutdown. If there wasn't anyone could bring it down. It's not heat stress as bell is still running. Whatever it was it took both main and backups out.

@AboutRogers @Rogers I thought getting Ignite was great but re-thinking this. You do realized that even the home or cell phones were not working, we could not call emergency services if we needed it. Something needs to be done as this is not acceptable, no internet with Rogers means we have ZILCH.

@nkumar0997 @RogersHelps @Rogers Exactly…the service credit Tony is talking about is peanuts. I heard Shopify website was down, so what about the retail people who lost money due to the Rogers outage? Out of town concert goers, small online retailers etc.
