    @RogersHelps Ontario. We are still on hold. Our remote broke and just need to order a new one. This is ridiculous. I spent 15 minutes in line at corporate store for them to tell me I have to call. We are almost at an hour wait on the phone. Horrible service.

    Why is @Rogers home internet service so horrible. Might have to switch back to @Bell. Internet service drops out every few hours. What am I paying you guys for? Hours on hold on the phone for zero help. #dobetter

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @dhewlett @Rogers "Moving" Internet service is such a scam. It's much easier to disco and set up new! I hope you have him an earful. You know he blew up a solar system right?!
