@Bell Bell is a joke. We got Fibe in my subdivision recently, got a killer deal for internet and Fibe TV. 4 months later, they decide to add $50 to my bill. Told @Bell to come pick up their junk equipment and back to @Rogers for cheaper service on Ignite.

@callmecaiti902 @RogersHelps Face ID sucks, and is not ideal during a pandemic. It doesn’t work when you’re wearing a mask, and is hugely inconvenient when you have to pull your mask down to be able to log in to anything. I miss being able to use TouchID on my iPhone.

@RogersHelps is an account set up to avoid helping. 4 days of the same problem, and no fix. Promises of phone calls unfulfilled, promises of escalation unfulfilled. Rogers is the worst.

This is after being told that the "area is fixed" a few days ago but still seeing issues with my house. This is after not receiving text messages since last SUNDAY (the 14th) which said "there's been a delay in fixing the problem." It's downright annoying. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps there seems to be an issue with FF and rewind on recorded shows in the cloud (I have ignite tv). Will it be fixed soon? Trying to watch my recordings and it is very slow to ff or rewind. I already rebooted the modem and the tv box.
