@whytestreak @ShawInfo Dont see what the problem is... As a @Rogers customer in BC, I regularly go to ext roaming coverage outside my community. From a carrier, makes sense for them to partner for coverage ourisde of areas - costs & regulations are huge bottlenecks to installing new service

@Rogers is there still an outage in the Toronto area?

  • totemstudio totemstudio (@totemstudio) reported

@Rogers Why do users have to renew the router every 2-3 years (paying); suddenly internet stops working right on time through this period (fallowing a strict schedule). Don't you have enough charging the most expensive (and slowest) internet bad service?

  • tamera Tamera Dunn (Kremer) (@tamera) reported

@Rogers are you going to fix your mess of cables here at Sammon/Monarch Park too or should @Bell just do everything?

  • music_butcher music_butcher (@music_butcher) reported

@RogersHelps wifi hub is not working. It won't load "people" so I can't unlock the internet for my daughter. Bad timing. She really needs it now.

  • AngusByDesign Angus - They/him (@AngusByDesign) reported

I'd say if you tweet @Fido or @Rogers, screenshot every reply. When their PR doesn't work, they delete their attempts to smooth over through gaslighting, and leave your responses behind. It's an abusive tool to customers living with disabilities like me. More fun for #atu279 tho.

@RogersHelps Nah, don’t bother. The tech comes on Monday. I’m just showing my buddies around the world what kind of internet service they can expect in Canada for $130 per month.

  • chakdan DC (@chakdan) reported

@RogersHelps I need help with my bill! I’m being charged for a router that has been returned already.
