Never buy into Rogers protection plan, it’s a scam! Spent 3 hours of my time on hold , only to pay from my own pocket to get a screen replaced …took 30 min…. Yet they gave me the run around until I gave up…. Nobody knew what they were doing, but they kept saying sorry @rogers

@Rogers @RogersHelps is there an outage in St. John's NL? Our internet/cable has been spotty this past week and is currently out. Says the co-ax might not be secure or need to change jacks, but its never been a problem before. Help?

I love how @RogersHelps harassed me with emails asking for my feedback and when I gave it I’ve received no follow up to any of the issues I am experiencing. Not sure why you wanted it so bad when you’re not going to do anything with it?
