@RogersHelps Well, just fix the stream. I restarted my PS4 half a dozen times and still had errors. I won’t PM because there should be transparency here: you are a multi-billion dollar company, get it together (not mad at the person responding on Twitter)

@Rogers @RogersHelps absolutely the worst customer service out there. Spoke to 5 different reps including a manager and still can’t get my address correct. Biggest mistake switching back to Rogers.

@SAndersonshpk @Rogers A colleague of mine had an issue canceling his Bell satellite service and fought to get his $300. It didn't work from his balcony. After numerous calls he got it...& they accidentally added a zero. They never did come back from the $2700 over refund. Here's hoping they add a 0
