@DobberHockey I have a wifi problem at home. Calling customer service. I have been on hold for more than 2 hours so far. Calling @Rogers is like being in a liferaft in the middle of the Atlantic with no flares left. Can’t understand how anyone can stand them.

@Rogers VERY disappointing interactions this last 2 weeks with customer service. Misleading practices, then apathy to your customer. I think Bell gets the customer unfortunately.

@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I would, but from my experience, the CCTS is as useless as JPEGs to Helen Keller. My last complaint to the CCTS got dragged on for more than a year before they finally tossed me to the curb, despite the fact that I was clearly getting ripped off. They're an absolute joke.

@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL Where can I watch my teams in Canada without sportsnet? It sucks. It freezes all the time or just stops working. Not worth the price at all!

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@RogersHelps I’m calling this line for 6 months and no one picks! So basically, i can’t cancel this damn line.

@RealDonElliott What @Rogers fail to see is the bigger picture. @sportsnet650 shows (Halbro) and interviews got me interested in other teams, other sports that I used not to follow. Maybe they weren’t profitable, but they helped the brand and the sports. Now I care less.

Leave it to @Rogers to have the absolute worst internet service and then have the audacity to have even crappier customer service…2 days now with no internet connection and no one can give me a straight answer after being on hold for 2+ hours today

@dogfishent @RogersHelps Bell is the worst for creeping rate hikes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours on a loyalty & retention call. Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

Yeah first you cut out sports radio in the Vancouver market then you increase the cost to watch sports yet again. Go **** yourself @Rogers @Sportsnet
