The @Rogers Ignite Promise: -25 days with intermittent internet. -You go through 3 techs; 1 went to the wrong house in the wrong city, 1 did nothing, 1 tried his best to escalate. -One service truck did nothing. -Bounced between billing & support & no one knows customer service

@Rogers So Bell Fibe install cuts into my internet line and I lose service and now have a temporary line going to my house and that's the same time I get sent a notice saying my bill is going up $60. Sounds like an easy choice to switch!
