    @carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers Same here won't load my recorded programs gives and error when selected and tv keep stuttering /muting or just disappears, this is not restored service in my book. And the lack of transparency from rogers again is annoying

    @wai_lai416 @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps You don't know where he lives, you're just assuming that he has the finances to do that as a student, and you don't know if the interview was in the morning and he didn't realize there was an outage until an hour before his meeting.

    @birgitomo @Rogers There are other options. I've never used Rogers for anything in my life: I was not affected by the outages whatsoever. Millions of people use other options. Intelligent ppl will try other options when their primary is having issues.

    Last week around the 30th of June @Rogers was down for employees. They couldn’t access accounts, help with any issues any customers, couldn’t leave notes on accounts. They were only able to have a conversation with customers. Flash forward to yesterday. The whole system was down

    @Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps It's always important to know why a problem happened so the ones responsible and able can devise a plan to prevent the problem from reoccurring. That's why we ask kids WHY they misbehaved and not just slam them down.
