@dprihodko @RogersHelps @Rogers Secret tip. We won’t answer until you’ve waited 2 hours. We find that 99% of callers hang up by then and just take the piss poor service and overcharging we provide like good little sheep

@Rogers Home Internet - Wasted almost 3 hours over the phone yesterday attempting to cancel my Internet. Today half hour on call listening to ads about what Rogers can do. Only if they could provide callback service. So frustrating!😡

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Oh man I totally get how annoying it is when the internet gets slow. What's even worse, there are an immense amount of variables found at the root of problems from household to household. One might have congested wi-fi , another modem bad signal. but all would *feel* the same.1/*

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Had the incumbent providers not blocked and appealed the decison, delaying those new rates, everyone would have had lower internet bills the entire length of covid and maybe the occasional speed hiccup wouldn't sting as much. But that's not the main problem.

@Fussball_eh @Sportsnet @Rogers You feel that way because it's true. They (well, the bosses) only care about money, not the people they rip off and **** over.

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Those cases would need a support call to the respective ISP for the appropriate troubleshooting to get fixed. But what about local infrastructure? Cable internet, the most popular internet rn, is shared between you and your close neighbours (like the 8-16 houses right next by).
