@Rogers wow! Got my bill. Thanks for the whole $2 credit for providing zero service for an ENTIRE day in the middle of a pandemic while we’re all stuck at home ... I knew your excellent customer service would pull through 🙄 #terrible #rogersoutage #dobetter

What is going on with @Rogers internet service in M1N? It has been out since 9:30 this morning. Sunday it was out all day. On-line learning is hard enough without unreliable service.

@Rogers Rogers, sucks. You guys throttle internet connections like crazy. Your voice remotes cannot recognize "channel 3" & a lot of other commands & you ask big rates for my service? I am so fed up Bell Sucks too so what can one do? We are screwed in Canada as consumers.

@yurkshirelad @RogersHelps My cable is acting up too today. Fix the node and stop wasting everyone’s time with filling out the DM every time. This has been like this for over a year with no resolution in sight and countless DM requests. Very annoying to say at the least

@RogersHelps Our home internet has been down for an hour and a half and counting. This happened yesterday too. With a stay at home order, our internet services are CRUCIAL. 😡 We will be switching service providers. Truly the last straw.

Me with proof of payment before due date, @RogersHelps still adding a late fee. They offer dumb fix, I say no. Get told to take it or leave it. Tell them I'll just file with @CCTS_CPRST ..."let me put you through to a manager". Sitting on hold for 20+ mins and counting.

So @Bell @cogeco (and I assume @Rogers) all charge customers for a receiver, but you can't use their TB service without the receiver. 🤔 Meanwhile, to watch any of the streaming services like Netflix or Disney, I don't any additional receiver.
