@RogersHelps pls fix the cable tv and internet outage in Ottawa asap. Postal code KIV. Have called it in but little confidence in Rogers, having had bad experiences with techs diagnosing a problem in the past.

@RogersHelps Omg your dev team changed how to authenticate via the Rogers app and now I have to re-register my account despite having logged in for years using my credentials. From one developer to another this is a terrible user experience.

@Mousie116 @Rogers @Rogers is having an outage YET AGAIN for customers that upgraded their internet plan. Do not upgrade unless this has been resolved first. Also, I missed work again because of Rogers. Twice this year... #rogersoutage

@Rogers @RogersHelps possibly the worst decision I’ve ever made is switching to rogers internet, monopolies are horrible and lead to absolutely no accountability.

@RogersHelps since when did Rogers store employees get to cancel customer orders just because they don't like what the customer said? I think it's time to make a switch.

@Rogers this is your responsibility to honour, somehow put the data and pricing into place on my account that I have been trying to access but due to your messed up customer service, calls hanging up on me and so on, it is now my fault and it's expired?? @Rogers

@BenKlass Where is the $35 3 GB plan on the @Rogers website? Under Wireless --> Plans and add-ons --> Basic Phone Plans, the lowest plan with data is 5 GB for $50. I don't think they promote this plan at all but are mandated to offer it upon customer request. Sneaky but that's #BigTelecom!
