    Why is @Rogers charging me a high fee for changing my bundle? I only changed it because NOTHING WAS WORKING. Every day is something new. Not to mention, the $$ I got back from the outage - thanks. I could buy a stick of gum. Worst company ever. Cannot wait to go to @Bell

    @rogers I gotta hand it to you… Not every internet provider can excel in keeping you on the phone like you! 2 hours and going! Well done! I have been a customer for 5 effing minutes and want to cancel already.

    @Rogers "All Canadian customer service" is posing as the CEO of Rogers ...will the company do anything about it? Or will it get let go because they're immigrants...surely a Canadian would be fired for posing as the CEO of Rogers. Also called his employees "liars".

    @Rogers All of our services are gone (Aurora) and your when we call in you tell us that it is a widespread problem and you will try and call us within 48 hours? What is that? And while i am typing this your ad is running saying you are committed to exceptional customer service??
