    It’s funny how the @rogers #ignite modem I had problems with network and DHCP, overall connectivity but my own router things seem ok and after 6 months of @rogershelps I have given up on their gateway and just use it as a modem because it’s literally #crap

    @duke_garry @cmcdavid97 @Rogers Agreed. Whether he can refuse the script or not, it’s sad and tells us marketing people for Rogers, Apple, Honda etc. are incompetent or target audience is those with low-self esteem. Brings trust and likability of all brands down a tad.

    @RogersHelps @DennisMoulton1 Dennis can you imagine how much worse this is going to get when they take over @ShawDirect I used to brag about how good the #customerservice was here on Twitter but that 💩the bed quick. DM them and they say they have a backlog.. I pay more for the same service that gets worse

    @RogersHelps why does Rogers not have a solution to combat these automated spam calls? Other companies require a dial pad prompt in order to proceed with the call to ensure legitimacy

    @Rogers My husband is on the phone again to your Park Royal, West Van store because they have essentially stolen his previous phone! He was told he could trade it in and receive a credit on his bill. This was never received! #Theft
