@RogersHelps Thanks. I did check the co-ax, but it won't surprise you to know that it was snug and hadn't been touched at all. I'm sure that's the result for most people with this problem. More likely the SW in the modem borked, or you were having some problems at the street layer.

@Rogers once again I felt scammed by you. One week ago I called about my services and overcharge in my last bill. The costumer service representative told me the bill amount will be fixed about 24hrs but one week later someone else told me a different version.

@RogersHelps worst customer service ever. Hours on phone to get no resolutions. Technicians booked for 2 appointments and get no call or show up. Now on day 3 with no internet, tv or home phone. Reschedule for Friday ( I’m sure they won’t come). Once fixed switching service.

@RogersHelps No, restarting the app on my end does nothing. Your team needs to reset the back end, which seems to have been done at half time. To reiterate the obvious, this is ridiculously poor streaming service for a game of this magnitude. For the second time in 4 days.
