@RogersHelps Since December 24th when I changed my service, every monthly Ignite bill has been wrong. Including this last one. I have wasted over 14.5 hrs trying to resolve. I’d like to cancel everything.

@RogersHelps June 7th I logged in myrogers, was offered a deal, 10gb for $45, from my current 5gb for $45. So I selected, checked out, thought I finally had a reasonable cell phone plan.. today I checked myrogers again, you guys canceled it and stuck me back on a 5gb plan.. Wtf

@Rogers come on rogers not again..out with home internet for past 6 hours, 2nd one in past 2 weeks. Long queue over call center option and tried chatting (and it sucks) and people roll around departments and no one answers #homeinternetblackout #rogersdosomething
