Hey @Rogers what’s going on with the internet in the GTA? Y’all said that the technician fixed our issue but my internet is still cutting out. How am I supposed to do my work and talk to my clients?

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I spent many, many hours researching how to bring my cell phone bill below $100/mo and still receive decent service in rural areas and a reasonable amount of data. That's the best combo I found, by far.

@RogersHelps I have been unable to activate CNN on AppleTV 4th Gen for a couple of weeks. It appears that no-one in Canada is able. I go through the activation on my computer, and it succeeds, but the activation screen never goes away from CNN.

@RogersHelps No, I’m on hold - STILL. At this point 3x as long as I was when the first operator (Brandon in Halifax) put me back in the cue. Stop apologizing and provide customer service that matches the ridiculous rates you charge for your service. #onholdalldamnday #everytime

@RogersHelps, @Rogers you guys charge me hundreds of dollars a month for TV. At least have the decency to get your damn guide accurate. I PVR stuff everyday and it's unreal how often the guide is not correct. Do better. The ROI I get on the money I spend w/ you guys is pathetic!

@Rogers Was really looking forward to going back to your services, but your tech is 7 1/2 hours late and I've yet to receive the phone call your customer service promised I would get today... not off to a promising start.

@RogersHelps how do I find out if there is a service interruption before I have to get on the phone? My internet is out, and that weird forums page sucks and offers no info.
