Dear @RogersHelps, you remember that massive internet/phone outage a few weeks back, where you said our next bills would have a five day credit applied? (Which doesn’t begin to solve things) I just got my next bill, and shocker no credit #RogersIsGarbage #InternetOutage

@RogersHelps The initial customer service rep was rude & only interested in up selling. I’m already paying over $250.00 a month for internet & basic tv when I ask for my call to be escalated that service rep disconnected the call, I call back 2x asked about Oop then waited on hold for 1 hour

@Rogers @RogersHelps how could your customer representative accuse others for your internal system error?

@Rogers Haha Rogers. It’s cute that you make public responses like that and yet _nothing ever comes from it_. Remember the salad days when you crashed the country? I wanted to contact you then because of an on going issue that y’all never followed up on. Still nuffin. 🙄

@CRTCeng @CRTCHearings in my opinion @Rogers should not be allowed to "delete" customer's email accounts when they switch providers. Customers should be able to migrate their email account (addresses) to their new provider. Many emails are work related, very important.

Customer service @RogersHelps is so bad they should run for city council. So many false promises.

@RogersHelps Issue has been resolved after speaking with you call center “Ricky” proved to be very helpful in this matter. It seems the cellular towers could not handle the traffic during this long weekend. Perhaps Rogers can have a look into this issue.
