    @Sandi_Mc @gmbutts @Rogers Oh wow, sorry! Our Nextbox just got better yesterday after complaining for over a week about sound and picture issues. They kept telling us it was our problem but we kept saying it is all the neighbours, it cannot be just our problem. They did send a crew up and voila no issues!

    Another day, another Internet outage @RogersHelps . Considering you make it impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone, can you provide any info on a service restoration time? Outage is in St John’s.
