    hey @Rogers , I was supposed to receive a free wifi pod 15 days back and it is still not received, but it started showing up in my bill. Unble to reach to any live agent over phone and chat agents are not able to support. Confirmation Number: 2837312401 Resolve this asap pls.

    @RogersHelps It doesn't matter what the issue is. It's an embarrassment that you would EVER have a customer or potential customer wait on hold longer than 10 minutes. That is a corporate choice.

    @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks
