    @RogersHelps I have been waiting for an Ignite Service specialist for well over 2 hours on this live chat function. The initial agent initiated the transfer at 2:48 and I have got no other response. This level of service is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps Why are network upgrades or connections not worked on or done overnight so you don’t disrupt hundreds of people and their work during the day? Internet has been on and off all morning. UNACCEPTABLE given this is a service we pay for. Please advise. Thanks.

    You know internet service is a monopoly based on lack of customer service. I have been trying for 6+ weeks to cancel my @Rogers internet because I was eligible for another service *with Rogers* and after several full days on hold over that period they are now double charging me🙃

    @StottVanessa @RogersHelps They did this exact same thing with me! No joke regarding a cell phone! They took my iPhone 10, said it was worth $400 and I would receive a credit. Months passed never got anything, called, and they told me a 3rd party company assessed and it was worth $80. Huge problem
