Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ksickbro ksickbro (@ksickbro) reported

@RogersHelps fix the internet I need to bottom frag in Valorant

  • ItsLeeWilliams Lee Williams (@ItsLeeWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request to waive or fee.

  • BigDee59869599 BigDee (@BigDee59869599) reported

@RogersHelps you guys able to give a rough estimate, at least, on an ETR for the Nepean area? I got conned into switching to ignite. Everything is now dependant on an active internet connection. According to an outage map, it's clear across Canada.

  • jasonperrier Jason Perrier (@jasonperrier) reported

@camsteed @Rogers @RogersHelps Same here (L1N) and there is no outages they can see but obviously...servicesdowncanada has Rogers listed of having issues.

  • ItsLeeWilliams Lee Williams (@ItsLeeWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps You’re not getting it. If I waive the automatic withdrawal as a “preferred” customer, you add $5 to my monthly bill. As a consumer customer, if I waive the automatic withdrawal, there is NO $5 added to my monthly bill. Why?

  • Benwynes Benjamin Wynes (@Benwynes) reported

@RogersHelps can you tell me if there is an outage of Internet in Whitby, ON. More specifically, Brooklin.

  • andrewjones8399 Andrew (@andrewjones8399) reported

@TravellerLife4 @RogersHelps Send a message to recovery_accounts_ on instagram for help

  • camsteed Cam Steed (@camsteed) reported

Our @Rogers internet has been restored in Brooklin (L1M). In total, a 4.5 hour outage but the bigger lesson here is that @RogersHelps canned responses do NOTHING to help the situation. Be human, not an autotron.

  • 0xmeraux13 0xMeraux13 (@0xmeraux13) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile What's up with your network! Issues started about a month ago S/W Brampton, now almost everywhere! Full LTE+ signal, data almost useless.

  • catherinekitts Catherine Kitts (@catherinekitts) reported

@RogersHelps is doing everything possible to bring services back asap. Tip: If your neighbours have service but you do not – power off your modem for 2 mins then reconnect. That reset is sometimes really all that is needed! Reminder, free wifi at Navan arena/François Dupuis.
