@RogersHelps Here's the problem I have with that statement. If equipment return times can be delayed, why did this get sent to collections when, after speaking to your CS Dep't, I said I'd be returning the equipment? Also, why tell me to go to a store when the store refused to take it?

@Rogers I have been on the phone for the past 4 hours and 45 minutes trying to cancel 3 lines I tried to open with Rogers. I am being transferred IN A CIRCLE. CANCEL THE LINES. THATS LITERALLY ALL I ASK ITS NOT HARD

The worst ever broadband connection should go to @RogersHelps I will never ever recommend Rogers to anyone in Moncton. 2G doesn't work often , 5G keeps disconnecting

@RogersHelps I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 4 hours and 45 minutes trying to cancel 3 lines I tried to open. Your staff has transferred me around 9 times. All I want to do is cancel the lines. It’s not difficult.

Just my regular reminder to @CRTCeng @Bell @Rogers et co that it's 2021 and despite living a mere 20 mins outside of the capital, the best internet service I can be offered is an expensive 10Mb down/1Mb up.

@RogersHelps I’m not getting help in the DM I sent them the issue since December and I told them I’m using my phone data at home while the wifi is here but not working, the sent a technician he couldn’t do nothing another technician came he drew holes on the walls but still...

Hey @Rogers. My internet is out for 24h! Tech support says it’s an outage in my neighbourhood. I called 4 times, they got me 2 estimates, both way off. Now they say they don’t provide estimates (well, I noticed that was useless). But I WFH and I need it fixed!

My word, @Rogers, you are a mess. I put my account on hold during a move, then your Customer Service team cancelled account & direct billing. Never told to return any equipment. Now you've sent this to collections. BTW, equipment was shipped back in December. 2 hr wait time too.
