    @RogersHelps Ive been waiting on the phone for over an hour.. are you not able to answer calls even right now? Please get back to me asap @dannyharary . When do you expect me to be able to log back into your systems as normal? Outage? Even Anna is not working!

    @BarryColson @Rogers I was a Roger’s customer for 25 years (2 lines). I called C/S and asked if there was any good deals as I was looking to cut my costs and that I was looking at moving to Shaw and I was told no… They called me several times after I moved with great offers, I told them no thanks!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps extremely upset on the phone for an 1 hour - waiting to speak with retention manager only to be cut off - talk about bad experience- 23 year customer trying to do a hardware upgrade.

    @RogersHelps It seems like your entire network is down for logging into Rogers sign in to my billing won;t sign in, Anyplace tv 30110 error, All 3r party sites like crave can't acesss.. What is going on? Please provide us with an update asap. Is it on your end?
