Rogers Issues Reports

-
sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I have 5G turned off, opting to use LTE and the same thing still happens in my home. Sometimes turning it into airplane mode then turning it off works, but it still will go into SOS mode. Simply put, I’ve never had this issue in my house until I upgraded, and got 5G access.

Gayle Charach (@gcharach) reported@RogersHelps There was nothing on the website other than the time it went down - which was completely inaccurate too. That's the point I am trying to make to drive home. Your customer "service" is terrible.
-
Gabriel morrow (@gabriel_morrow2) reported@RogersHelps my wife is having trouble with her connection we recently changed plans. And it's showing connected but she can't send or connect to anything
-
ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps But I am still deprived of service I pay for with no remuneration , underground lines eliminate the breakages

Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!
-
Alex Lazarowich (@ALazarowich) reported@Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

christina carriere (@christinacarr10) reported@Rogers My internet has been out for almost 2 hours. Are there any issues in the Eglinton and Hurontario area?
-
Z (@zohrasool) reported@RogersHelps I don’t need help “optimizing” my wifi. I need my wifi to work bc that’s what I pay you guys for.

Burnstation3D (@Burnstation3D) reported@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

Paul Salmon (@pfsalmon) reported@Rogers What a complete failure your customer service is! I called about my business mobile plans. Got transferred to another line, waited then went through verification and then was put on hold for 40 minutes to get different person. This is 100% unacceptable!
