    (@Rob16921) reported@cath22cath @Rogers Unfortunately our house is one of only two on the street and Bell didn't bother to update us to fiber. There's other ISP's but they all just contract service through Bell and Rogers infrastructure anyway so that's not a viable option.

Thing is when internet goes you lose everything! For seniors who have no cell phone that's an issue! Can't make/get calls in emergencies!

A1 #CustomerService from a diligent person. Customers need to call to fully review - pricing efficiencies are never advertised. #rogers
