2-3 days after receiving the new nextbox from @Rogers, I received notice that I am responsible to mail old digital box back within 7 days. I received box on Dec 17, so I am required to make a priority of returning their broken equipment the week before Christmas. 2/2

@Rogers is ignoring the emails I sent them protesting the onerous burden of their surprise email demanding I mail back their broken equipment 7 days from Dec 17. I argued they ought to have included a notice & self-addressed stamped box w new equipment.

@Rogers won’t allow me to remove tv channels via internet, have to call. So far 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold! Ridiculous! Time to end this working from home crap!!!! Worst service ever! My time is valuable as well!

You guys are skating on thin ice @RogersHelps since October I’ve been getting lacklustre credits, tv hasn’t worked for more than 30 minutes since Oct 24, and now internet is completely down… but you keep sending me notif a to pay my balance…. Make things work and get paid…
