@RogersHelps just letting you know. You’re still having issues. Picture and sound keep cutting out. It’s really annoying and yes before you ask, I have reset the box and switch power off for 10secs and then on again.

@vote4robgill @Rogers 2 days of service credit for entire day loss of work for multiple family members is slap in face when rogers makes billions in profits. @FP_Champagne Canadians need regulated affordable pricing and reliable internet and cellular services and not price gouging substandard services

Rogers ignite internet is working on my laptop and cellphone, but my PS5 won’t connect to it and neither will my smart tv. I tried resetting modem to factory settings still nothing, anybody else with this issue? @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogers

@RogersHelps TV still not working correctly. freezing, screen going black, audio cutting out. just awful. Tried resetting the box, system refresh, reset the modem....nothing worked. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?

@AboutRogers @Rogers This is false. Rogers TV still not working in many places in south west Ontario. Internet is spotty at best, good at times, bad at times, out at times. Cell seems to work ok.

@RogersHelps @Vampayakarin Seriously are you Canada's largest operator or a bunch of amateurs! I haven't seen a single ETA from your end which tells me your approach to solving this problem is purely arbitrary. 'Vast Majority'! Well I'm not one of them and many others!!

@RogersHelps my ignite is on again, but there still seems to be major issues with the cable. Lag in audio and video. Have restarted and reset the hub multiple times. Any suggestions for improving cable or are you still working on that? Thanks!
