It's almost as bad as online services that bill you and force you out of paper but then keep an arbitrarily small history, so you can't know what you paid them to save 7 kilobytes per customer. Thanks @rogers and banks!

@RogersHelps Will Rogers be waiving overage fees this month in light of the new lock-down measures in Ontario? This will be useful in December given having to connect with family via Zoom.

Ah, so the way to fix the fact my internet crashes 3-4 times per week, according to @Rogers, is to... yep, upgrade and end up paying more! Makes sense.

@RogersHelps over the past three days, the internet keeps cutting out. Two days ago the internet was down for an hour, and has been down for multiple hours today. What is going on? Why am I paying for a service that is so unreliable? This is in Mississauga.

@Rogers is BY FAR one of the worst companies to deal with as a customer! They are just difficult and most CS reps don't even seem interested to help. Managers included! @RogersHelps use to be helpful but now they're also just the same as their phone CS.
