-
Jeremy Tsoi (@ChopperTsoi) reported@Rogers I've been on hold for 2 hours waiting for tech support. You are a communications company that seems to think your customers time has zero value. Not even a simple callback option that even banks have. We pay some of the highest rates in the world, but this is what we get

MACK A (@mack1971) reported@RogersHelps Besides powering off and on the phone crap
-
Beck (@MoneyandBeck) reported@RogersHelps is there any issues involving poor audio quality right now.?When I switch over to apps available (ie. YouTube/ Prime/ Netflix) the sound quality is awful
-
Claudio Fanuzzi (@claudsfanuzzi) reported@RogersHelps Same level of customer service provided here I see I just spent 2 hours on the phone with your incompetent staff feeding me the same script. I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life the level of incompetence and lack of customer service should be studied.
-
Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I have spent over 80 hours on hold with Rogers in the last month. It's genuinely ridiculous. It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.
-
Dodie (@michifme) reported@RogersHelps 1st never was asked about being former shaw customer and now even your app won't load. Been kicked out of support chat too. Now just give me a link or phone number to get someone here to bring new equipment or someone to call not chat with
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its a 44mm samsung watch8. Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time
-
SCH (@StephenHoltzman) reportedSeriously, @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, three hours on the phone with 4 reps, and even a call to a Rogers Store, and NO one can help me with an email I received from Rogers Business today about my account! @CRTCeng Does anyone know what they are doing at your company?
-
Sic @ Warmer Sun (@WarmerSun) reported@wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.
