    @RogersHelps Internet has been down here in Etobicoke for over a day. I’ve lost a day’s work and it looks like I won’t be getting caught up this weekend. Can you people PLEASE set up a redundancy plan when you issue an update?

    I live in the Beach area of Toronto. For whatever reason, @Rogers service went down today. This is the seventh time this has happened in my neighbourhood in the last month. Absolutely ridiculous joke of a company. They offered to reimburse me a paltry $23.

    @RogersHelps It’s day 2 of being on hold with your employer .. going on 3 hours today . So far this week Rogers has cost me 10 hours with my family , a days pay, all because you won’t ever return a call and you put every single disgruntled customer in purgatory
