Got msg from @RogersHelps to contact them - but, got same message! Wow!! Customer Service is really slipping!! Cannot even buy something now - but, I guess when you are already a customer, they think they have you for life!! See all the sales - good luck getting anything!!

Been back and fourth with rogers agents to set up ignite in my home. Apparently we have all of the required boxes and such to receive the network. Our neighbour just got it last Friday! They need our address on file but they have our neighbours? I'm so confused!!! @RogersHelps

@Rogers no help or discount during a pandemic when even the hydro companies can help out even a little, Rogers can’t do anything except overcharge people for there services, there needs to be more protections for consumers with the price big companies charge for things like tv

@RogersHelps my husband purchased NHL live recently only to find out today that our Sportsnet account is covering NHL games. Can you issue a refund to us because this is not right and we had no idea SN was going to offer this. Thanks
