@RogersHelps, this happened before less than 2 months ago when it was seemingly fixed on November 8 after being down for a month after going to store a couple of times and phone cutting out or not connecting to 611. I, like a lot of people, need my phone.I don't have a land line.

Trying to cancel Rogers services for 3+ days and all customer representatives are saying different things! @RogersHelps can you help look into this! Can’t believe cancelling services can be so cumbersome but these same representatives would call again and again with new offers!

@RogersHelps Come on guys, paid for a 150 MB plan and get on average a download speed of 15 MB/ps. Absolute garbage, and its a good thing all of my friends have switched away from Rogers. The speeds are unbearable.

@RogersHelps My phone connection again is down. I don't hear phone ringing when I make call. I don't hear person on phone with me when they pick up or when they call me. And if I do, they then cut out. I don't see any service interruptions in my area. What is going on?

@RogersHelps Why do rogers cheat customers? For taking a line with Rogers they offered me free tablet later charged me for service charge fee of 56$…which doesn’t make any sense to me.Completely buffing customers around.
