You know, @Rogers, when there's enough of an outage to cause a 3 hour wait for support, as there is tonight, a simple recording of what you know on the support line would save everyone a lot of aggravation. The poor support folks must be going nuts right now.

@RogersHelps is Rogers having trouble broadcasting their own channels in Markham, ON? All your Sportsnet channels show a black screen, and that's in the middle of a Leafs game, come on! These intermittent outages need to stop.

@Not_an_ebug @Rogers had this happen twice waiting 1hr 1/2 i just hung up went to rogers store with my issue and they contacted customer service direct and bang 2 minutes resolved my issue ..

@Rogers paying premium money so my 4K channel goes blank during hockey game! G thanks..great service..I will be expecting a rebate on my service.if not will be going elsewhere with my money..and when I say elsewhere I mean never ever getting service from any cable service!!

Did @RogersHelps remove their outage map and replace it with some useless virtual assistant called Anna? Are they too scared to show how bad their outages are nowadays? And oh no I don't dm you for anything cause you aren't helpful.
