@RogersHelps The sound came back on Global and the picture is again bigger from top to bottom on Global and smaller on CBS. Who is flipping switches there? This really sucks. Do your CEOs in your commercials read these Tweets? They should.

Come on, @rogers, this is unacceptable. I can't place my grocery order and I'm a senior with no other options. What the hell, why am I paying almost $200 a month for a bundle for service like this??

@anunsafespace @RogersHelps I would've had the guy do the complete account set up, and just about when you're ready to give the voice ack, just tell them to first cancel your existing account. I expect you'll get the reduced rate offered for 6 Mo but don't settle for anything less than a hr.

@RogersHelps We contacted you at 8:45a and were told you were having signal issues in our neighbourhood. My sister, 20 km away, experienced it too. I will be reaching out tomorrow if/when it continues.
