@Assassin_Tai @TorontoStar @Rogers I'm so sorry this happened to you, sending love your way! As a PSW, it happens so much to my clients & their families. I was with a friend when her dad died, & the bank kept calling, harassing them and I had to take calls for her it got so bad. No sympathy at all from them.

@RogersHelps The ignite internet is still not working for many of us in Oshawa. I've tried rebooting the modem and still no success. Is the issue resolved completely? Is there anything else I need to do? #RogersOutage

@RogersHelps So if I pay >$500/mo in Rogers services (which I do), all of which were down for at least 1 day, and you credit me for that day, 1 day/30 days in a month x $500 means you're going to give me....what? $16 credit for more than a day where I couldn't phone, text, surf or watch TV?

@RogersHelps Who is this majority you speak of? Seems like a lot of people either don’t have internet or a very weak connection. My internet keeps cutting out and when it’s back on it’s extremely slow. Clearly you haven’t fixed the issue.

So since @Rogers was down yesterday I listened to the radio for the first time in like a decade for traffic primarily. More ads than traffic and news. Wild. Oh by the way I just switched over the other week. Epic fail. I would like to know what happened.

@RogersHelps For **** sake @Rogers get it together. Over 24hrs and still no internet. Tired of having to ration my data to avoid paying extra despite already having paid for a fully functional home internet.probably gonna switch to Bell on my home internet as well. You guys are just pathetic.
