    Ok @RogersHelps yesterday your technician was supposed to drop off equipment for me to set up for parents. Instead he set something up which knocked down their phone line. Hours before a hurricane hit. Now I can’t reach them to find out if they’re ok. Live up to your name. Help.

    @jilli_dee @Rogers Mine is out in St. John's. My dad just had his come back on. He phoned Rogers and they said they're working on fixing connections all over. Funny how that don't have anything posted online about the problems!

    @RogersHelps what is going on in Mississauga. Unstable internet for over a week now! Even after a tech came. We're cancelling our service but it's still unacceptable to be down as much as you have been.
