    @alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service

    What is happening with customer service lines? Doesn't matter landline or cell phone? They are keep saying that they're extremely busy call later for last twenty days @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I spent 3 hours on the phone with Rogers tech-support only for nothing to be solved. They told me I have to wait until Monday for a work order to expire off my account. Ridiculous!

    @RogersHelps Yes every Rogers customer knows this phone number. I’ve been on this phone number for over four hours, trust me. I know what I’m doing.

    @ShiDavidi And the @BlueJays lose again, big surprise. And shut out, too! What a bad team this is this year. But once again, all the tickets were sold, so @Rogers will be laughing all the way to the bank!

    @RogersHelps 2 of 2. Bell Mobility is courting me. They gave me a price lower than yours, I called back and told CS this and they said they would "send it to Customer Services". I have not heard back from Rogers at all. Disappointing since we have been customers for over 20 yrs

    @alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.
