Then there's all the outages. What happens if there's a fire? She can't call 911 and her house burns because Rogers was down.

I can easily give up the new phone. that is not an issue. I gave the CSR what the competition was willing to do and was told I would be reached out to. nothing.

Gave up then called again after 8 hrs, now they don’t have a technician to send till tomorrow so I can’t work till then. What ******** service is this? Why is there a damn AI AGENT AND NO HUMAN?

comm eng (@CommEng) reported.@Rogers @RogersHelps third failure today on your Shaw transit out of Victoria BC. 20:20 PDT it "recovered" because upstream rerouted to Cogent. 22:04 it fell over again. You didn't fix anything. Something else routed around you, then stopped.

Brian Ferguson (@bferg22) reported@RogersHelps I keep getting phone calls from what I’m finding out is your “ambassador team”. But when I pick up the phone and say hello, there is never anybody there. That’s not much of an ambassador if they don’t actually speak.
