    @RogersHelps Ignite TV is out. When I call I just get a message about high call volume and you aren't taking calls THEN YOU HANG UP ON ME!!! Unacceptable!!!

    @RogersHelps just go an xre-03137 error. Have rebooted ignite box and modem with no result. Help please?

    @Rogers Second day in a row. Ignite is out. TV doesn't work. Can't access tv channels or saved/recorded shows. Not good Rogers! We need our Wifi. Without it we have no TV, Internet or phone. Help!
