@Rogers and it's EVERY DAMN TIME we ask for a manager your reps say "**** YOU!", refuse to give us their names and then leave us on hold for HOURS. So, I ask you, is THIS what your customer service is supposed to be now? If it is I'll just take you out of the building. We're done

@RogersHelps I can see through searches that MANY people in the GTHA are tweeting about this. Not widespread? Okay. It’s not an individual issue and you’re all well aware. Be more transparent. Do better.

The audacity of @Rogers, telling my parents they don't qualify for a new customer promotion when porting their numbers to a new Rogers account, but still making them pay activation fee for both lines. You know, like the same activation fee a new customer would pay...
