    @ryangerritsen I am dealing with that right now. I just spoke with @Rogers an hour ago. They put my son‘s leased phone on my account instead of his. Now I cannot leave and cancel my plan even though i own my phone! I bought it from Apple! Plus they added another year on his plan!!!! Fraud!!!

    @RogersHelps Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon possible

    @Rogers hey rogers when are you going to start hiring agents who speak English as their first language so us Canadians can have good customer service again?! The service I received today is horrid. The amount I pay every month should warrant training CANADIANS. About to cancel!

    Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.
