Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SpiritedMensch Rochelle M Marshall (@SpiritedMensch) reported

@zibzer @RogersHelps Still have very slow data and sketchy voice mail.

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps You just sent me a message about a service interruption in my area. Again? So is this going to be a weekly thing from now on? Way to incentivize me into switching to Bell.

  • sttephaniie Stephanie Hickey (@sttephaniie) reported

@RogersHelps This might be obvious to everyone else, but it took me 3 days to realize I can restart my modem/router/whatever it’s called. Wifi wasn’t connecting & dropping service, tv was off & on, glitchy, but after restarting everything is back to normal.

  • Mortedecai Dan (@Mortedecai) reported

@Bell_Support might want to fix your website. When people sign up and it says equipment delivered the next day, most people expect their equipment to arrive the next day. Not 1-3 days after that. It’s now a race between your equipment and @RogersHelps getting my service back.

  • abbracadabra_ robophobic (@abbracadabra_) reported

@likethehills @Rogers No it’s back but it’s not working well 😭 some websites won’t load for no reason and it keeps dropping

  • theyoungrossco Rossco ⚡ (@theyoungrossco) reported

@m1k__3 @Rogers @INTERAC absolutely this was more than one mistake at the same time that made a perfect storm. Even once up, Phones first (network internal) and still really intermittent, then Internet later. But either way. Interac are the real fools IMO

  • iambgtea dat bgtea - project dog-lizard, the book (@iambgtea) reported

@RogersHelps Is it just me or post-Rogers outage, there are a lot of sites that simply do not load/I get time out errors from? Twitter times out every 20 mins, likewise with Discord. This is becoming a real pain in the ***.

  • sonataarctica19 Aintgotnotimeforbull (@sonataarctica19) reported

@subhendubhatt @RogersHelps Hahahhaha.. someone got a booboo.. here get a band-aid you dumb idiot. Who tf told you that people were elite if you were from Canada? Only Indians think that. So get back to your mummy's bedroom and suck a ****

  • maryannefowler Maryanne Fowler (@maryannefowler) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Still waiting for internet on Day 4 in L1K area of Oshawa (Harmony/Taunton). I am not even a rogers customer but with Teksavvy who is YOUR customer as they have to use your infrastructure. This is insane. Remote workers need internet to work. What are you doing for me Rogers?

  • rohan10 rohan (@rohan10) reported

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Of course you do. It's more decision-making from failing companies that are ONLY propped up by regulatory capture. It's a reliance on bad policy as a business model.
