Hey @RogersHelps! Our neighbourhood's (K2C) "high speed" internet went down again this afternoon for about an hour. Service is back up, but signal is unstable. Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot lately. We're paying for the top speed package and are not happy! 😠

@RogersHelps Thanks for getting back! I was told earlier in the day that I could not cancel since Roger is experiencing issues with it's internal systems and to come back in a couple of hours. Chatting with the customer agents later on, I am now being told to come back tomorrow.

@RogersHelps Thanks for that, It just feels a bit off from the customer's end, not being able to cancel without speaking to Customer Service & getting the run around when canceling. I really hope there will be no issues tomorrow.

@Rogers What a terrible experience so far with your rural LTE service. Speeds of less than 1MBPS for $59.99 a month. Awful customer service as well.
