@Rogers all I wanted for compensation from the outage was out of $169 contract that's left on one of my tablets that I got conned into by one of your phone Representatives through their deceptive ways basically lying probably just to meet their quota.1/2

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@Rogers @grebel25 You should be crediting Grebel a 400.00 credit for every single customer telephone number he owns on his account!

  • briangm11 BrianM (@briangm11) reported

@stingraymusic @Rogers Perhaps one day Rogers will allow our condo building to have Ignite. Wish they would tell us why it's taking so long to get their act together on this issue.

  • dhm1955 DHM (@dhm1955) reported

@Rogers we’re not impressed. We’re using overpriced data from our phone provider we hoped to use on vacation next week but instead have to cover our overpriced internet provider because they can’t deliver their overpriced service … AGAIN!

  • ZemanelV José Green (@ZemanelV) reported

@RogersHelps @misswats0n I don't want a credit I just want out of my contract of $169 left on a tablet I was conned into by one of your sales representatives a year ago. Just wanted to go down toa lower costing plan. Can't do that because of that tablet. I'm now taunting people into class action lawsuit

  • KateMinor2 Kate Minor (@KateMinor2) reported

@anujan_rajah Nope, not here. Connection can be iffy at times though. They still seem to be having intermittent issues @RogersHelps

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@Bobier22 @Rogers Rogers! If you were really that sorry you wouldn’t be insulting everyone with a 5 day credit! You would be crediting every single customer telephone number that was effected a 400.00 credit!

  • 23aly23 23aly23 (@23aly23) reported

@RogersHelps So you increase my monthly bill in April, then I had to deal with a major service outage and now I found out my monthly activation credit is ending in August. I’m not a happy customer.

  • taitai_sg Christina Giang (@taitai_sg) reported

@mrsrhyean @Rogers SAME THING HAPPENED TO US. The agent suggested changing the modem which led to an upgrade of the service and she quoted a price lower than what we were paying but now it's $40 more expensive

  • tracylyn44 Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported

When we complain about the terrible service they say we are aware. When asked to cancel they said it’s $1,200. So for the record, people still have to pay for service when service isn’t reliable what so ever. @RogersHelps
