Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reportedNo one reading this, but I did call out @Rogers last week for ripping me off. But @RogersHelps has tracked down the salesman and confirmed no install fee! A bit ridiculous to need Twitter for this, and still think their AI-chat-bot that does nothing is whack

ً ً (@RaymondWil78846) reported@DorionforGM @Canucks @Rogers Vancouver is pretty much lib/NDP. You in the wrong hood. go cheer for the coilers. Retard.

Rebecca Yu 🇨🇦 (@rebeccayu) reported@RogersHelps This took 45 minutes and an escalation to get a simple question answered correctly and to a long term customer who pay on average 600$ per month.
-
Rebecca Yu 🇨🇦 (@rebeccayu) reported@RogersHelps My advice to others is to request a written copy of the contract OR a recording of the customer acknowledging that there is a contract given the inexperience of the call center.
-
Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.

honolublueballs (@honulublueballs) reported@Canucks @Rogers You don’t deserve any fans. Dog **** on-ice product dog **** personnel hires dog **** trading history dog **** player development dog **** draft history dog **** ticket price that always go up dog **** ownership Shocker anyone bothers with this garbage

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps Is someone available right now to help me and finish this ongoing issue.
-
DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

AP (@ap210) reported@Rogers two hours of waiting for online support. When I got to front of line, the chat was abruptly ended. Customer since 2000 and fed up. Last call I waited 2.5 hours on hold for an agent and he didn’t resolve problem even though he said he did. Please help or I’m done!
