Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@Rogers is laying off half its employees. Does that mean that we’ll be on hold for 2-3 hours to speak to customer service or technical support, since it takes over an hour now! They don’t properly service their customers now? #really
