    @Rogers wanted to cancel my internet service. Never knew it was going to be this hard. All types of extra costs are being added and I am being asked to pay them. Repeated calls does not help. Not sure what to do anymore.

    @apelipiak @RogersHelps I spoke with a live agent on online chat. They told me it was an issue in the area that was being worked on and opened a ticket on my account and assigned it to the master ticket and I will get a text when it’s fixed. I find the live chat most helpful!

    @Rogers Never got a message. Adding it in fine print on your bill on page 5 where no one read is not a good way of delivering a messaging. That is a typical rogers sneaky way of putting it in. And this allows people to no longer get your devise protection plan as apple has a same pay.

    @rhorner82 @Rogers Likely related to the traffic accident that caused power outage yesterday in the Pond Mills Area, but Rogers seems reluctant to admit it

    @RogersHelps Currently 3 but also wasn’t working when I had full reception. I’m at work and have never had this issue before yesterday.

    @RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too
