@RogersHelps so last month you over charged me because of an error made by your staff during an account change, and instead of giving me a credit and returning me to normal billing, this month you charge me double the incorrect amount. ******** ARE YOU CLOWNS DOING?

@gmbutts @Rogers Your gang had the opportunity to fix the problem with lack of competition in the country by requiring the CRTC to allow decent wholesale rates for MVNOs, for one. You failed Canadians.

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

@RogersHelps why is your name Rogers helps when you have not helped me at all? What is the point of this twitter if all you say is message me on dm then when I message you you tell me to call in. When I call I have to wait hours and they are rude to me. Please resolve my issue
