I'm so getting sick of @Rogers. Ok I understand 1 day of no service. But 4 days and still having problems. I have reset my box and modem still balck screen, freezing, no sound, pvr and on demand not working. If this goes on much longer I will go back to bell. I don't pay for ****

Don’t even bother calling @Rogers about continuing issues with cable. They’re not taking calls at the moment. The recording simply says they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and to call back at a later time. Good bye! GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!
