@Rogers can some1 pls tell 2 me y I was told 2day I need to pay 40% down on my upgrade, when I've been w/Rogers for 8 years, 3 lines, 1 device paid off, other 2 paid next month... Never an issue in the past while upgrading. Unbelievable especially w/service issues @Bell @TELUS

@RogersHelps well I called support and waited for an hour and ten minutes, estimates were 45-65 minutes. Then my call disconnected. When I called back it’s now closer to a 2 hour hold time. My service has not been working at all for almost 44 hours straight now. Help. Please.

@RogersHelps @cestlavee_tv This is their way of getting off the hook kegally. Repeat the message often enough and people will start to believe it. All their customers should be getting AT LEAST a $50 rebate on their service next bill for their incompetence.

I have been a 30 year customer and advocate for @rogers. That is ending almost now. That is as soon as I can get a reliable enough connection to a competitors website to migrate my account.
