After being on hold for hours, speaking to 5 different customer agents & 2 managers I’m no closer to resolving my issue than I was when I started. Every call was a start from scratch. I have no more strength for you.

Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs
