@RogersHelps - having issues with cable. I see the channel information and the guide, but the screen is black. I have rebooted twice, changed the hdmi cable and nothing. Any help greatly appreciated (You changed the cable box recently, so hopefully I do not have to do that again)

@RogersHelps out ignite TV has been temporarily unavailable since at least 1 pm yesterday. Internet is fine, and we have refreshed and rebooted the boxes. Is there an outage ? East York, Toronto

@RogersHelps I’m getting very frustrated with my service interruption. A month ago I had a technician over who reported a disruption in the area and I was told it would be worked on within a week. A month later the problem still persists. Not impressed at all!
