    I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers That sucks!! In spite of the wait, it was definitely worth my time…and my rate is not cheap!! So Rogers was able to retain this customer.

    @GinoHard_ @Rogers @FriedgeHNIC That’s what happens when you let bean-counters run the show - you get myopic strategic vision. Those 2 guys have personalities that are considered marketing assets that support sustained viewership. Holy **** you ******* are dumb at your Bloor St ivory tower.

    How does @Rogers thank a person for being a customer of 20+ years? They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke

    @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to call Rogers most of the day. Every single time I get hung up on by a recording that says you’re just too damn busy to answer the phone right now so call back another time why so you can just hang up on me again!!!

    @RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

    @RogersHelps All i can get is Anna. I am sick and tired of her. My PCI is 274 RSRP…..123 dBm Band……2 RSRQ…..-18 SINRO…..-45 SINRI…….-51 Been complaining since i got Rogers. I can’t even play a reel on my phone, it is so bad.I think i should be allowed to nullify my contract with Rogers
