@RogersHelps Lmfao - but this is your problem? So I get double charged for two internet packages? Submits a ticket to be resolved - got a call saying it was resolved, still being double charges. Didn’t move my email account over, deactivates it. How is that a “breeze” tell me.

@RogersHelps you need more phone advisors agents. You’d figure after the past few service issues Rogers would step up customer support. Nope let’s have clients wait 40 mins to speak to someone who transfers you because they don’t know how to help.
