@RogersHelps Thanks. If you can get this resolved without the CEOs office. Great! I’m honestly at the point I just want to cancel services (but happy to give it one last shot). Definitely not feeling that stress free move experience Rogers promises on the website.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply! 3 weeks - multiple calls and over 24 hours on the phone to just get our services up and running - that we pay for! CEOs office gave us a credit for this trouble. Got our bill today and we were double charged for the month (old and new address). (1/2)
