Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Prytoo Damien (@Prytoo) reported

    @melaniesimoesre @Rogers I feel that pain. We've had techs out, and they always point to there being too much noise in the neighbourhood. They file the complaints with Rogers, but until they fix the main trunk in the neighbourhood, we get daily drops. Sometimes 8-10 times!

  • ALMAZING_IronsE Alvin Henderson (@ALMAZING_IronsE) reported

    @Rogers Why? The service gone😡😡! #OprahMeghanHarry

  • 2muchcoffee4me Cory Z (@2muchcoffee4me) reported

    @David_Moscrop @RogersHelps They are all the same. Well, except for Bell. Their customer service is horrid. Rogers is actually pretty good. The pricing is the same for the big 3, so you'd have gotten nailed for texts to the USA from any of them.

  • HNHughson Dr Heather Hughson (@HNHughson) reported

    @David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I use a data-only pay-for-use plan from Virgin Mobile meant for tablets ($25-45/mo depending on how much I leave the house), paired with Fongo for my phone service (free domestic calls, 6 months of global texting for $16, and I even got to choose my own number).

  • DragonYee88 Yee Chung John (@DragonYee88) reported

    @Rogers WTF is wrong with your On Demand service??? Once AGAIN every time I try to watch a selected program, NO MATTER WHICH NETWORK - the program stops and won't play even if I click on start over from start!!! Seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription as this is BS!!!

  • rishidhawan82 Rishi Dhawan (@rishidhawan82) reported

    @Rogers Hey please tell me we can fix this quick!

  • davidcappelli David Cappelli (@davidcappelli) reported

    @RogersHelps No, I’m on hold - STILL. At this point 3x as long as I was when the first operator (Brandon in Halifax) put me back in the cue. Stop apologizing and provide customer service that matches the ridiculous rates you charge for your service. #onholdalldamnday #everytime

  • mdekok54 Mike Dekok (@mdekok54) reported

    Start @RogersHelps chat. Explain issue. Get transferred. Explain issue. Get transferred. Explain issue. Get disconnected. Start new chat. Explain issue. Get told I’m getting transferred. Ok nO pRobLem, i’Ll jUst wAiT rigHt hEre.

    @RogersHelps that's 2 times tonight, that the internet went down for an hour at least... good thing my stream happened between both outages.

  • JakesRandomActs Random Acts of Jake 🏳️‍🌈🐻🐁 (@JakesRandomActs) reported

    @rogers @bell since your equipment can’t handle today’s demands, do consumers get discounts on our service? Or are you going to keep raising rates for existing customers? #breakthemonopoly #pricegouging #unfairpractices
