    @RogersHelps Thank you. Re link & portal this is a sign-in & authorizing an app. REALLY BAD. Last thing anyone needs is another app: -that doesn't work unless it is give full control & permissions into your system; & -this 'smells' you are hiding. What's your the cut of personal data sale?

    @bell_support confirmed 3 times w/ move valet - tech comes ystday- no install. Told priority for today. Spoke 3 times w tech told call back in 5 mins - no call. 80+ yr olds - no phone! What if there is an emergency? Should I call @rogers Monday?

    @RogersHelps Rogers send me a high bill after cancelling a bad internet connection, I cancelled because each hour the internet was interupting at least few minutes and its never been fixed. I called tech support and they cannot fix this. Acc#240-790253305

    @Bell Please explain why I’ve been waiting since 8am today for a technician and after calling twice, there is now an issue with my ticket and no one is dispatched? 13hr service window is NOT ACCEPTABLE! @RogersHelps

    @Rogers our condo was told we had to convert to IGNITE wireless and now the whole building is unable to enjoy tv! #ignitetv sucks and your support team is useless. Great way to start the year….NOT!

    @cbcmarketplace @Rogers guarantees service coverage to neighborhoods with no towers with false workarounds. This overcharging data usage as hosue wifi not stable. #rogers gouging customers loyal customers over 10 years

    Hey @Rogers - you might consider looking into fixing the bug in your @Sportsnet app for Smart TVs that shuts the app down every time the program changes. (i.e. when @hockeynight starts at 6:30 PM EST, it shuts down and I have to restart the app) #Annoying #Rogers 🙄😤😠
