    @TekSavvyNetwork has been down all afternoon on my street because @Rogers decided to do a bunch of work on the transmission lines, without notifying the neighbourhood. A note through the door would’ve been nice. You know, so I could go work somewhere…with internet.

    @RogersHelps you've got to get rid of your door to door archaic salesman technique it never persuades me to switch from Bell and regardless of how good your internet deal is your vey nice salesman just woke my baby. People do not want you knocking on their door during the day.

    @RogersHelps Are you having problems system-wide? My connection has been dropping over and over for over 2.5 hours. I'm told it's a 3-hour wait on the phone and 4-hours for online chat. I live in downtown London, ON. Thanks!

    @RogersHelps there is no help for the poor customer service that u give. This company has zero regard for customer service. Call today and have to wait 38 hours for a call back. Do u think that business people are waiting by the phone? Time to switch cell phone providers!!!!!!!!

    @Rogers parents been a customer for 40 years. Waiting two weeks for Ticket# c176373429 to be resolved to provision their Ignite equipment. Getting runaround from all depts. can you resolve this ticket within a week so they don’t switch to Bell Fibre and drop your services.
