Gaurav Bhalla (@me_gauravbhalla) reportedHi @RogersHelps, I am experiencing ongoing network issues in Toronto. My phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during data sessions, and voice call quality is poor with frequent interruptions, both at home and while I am out. Please investigate and help resolve this.

Mr. C (@MrC_ELL) reported@RogersHelps what is wrong with your customer service? After 25 minutes waiting this morning I was able to order a new remote replacement. 2 hours later I receive an automated voicemail to call because they need more information. Now I have been on hold for 45 minutes.

justistruth (@justistruth) reported@SlapshotShibe @Rogers , @Sportsnet really sucks that you are taking away from the people out west. Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, big fan of the fan960. shame you closed it down. i listen and watch plenty from Bc. now you raise prices and even cut the coffee on the remaining people working. i am sad because this year i may not hear or see any Flames broadcasts or radio. Why would i want to support that? seriously considering not streaming. the quality is not good. yet you partnered with Prime this year. serious question here will the stream improve this year? i doubt it because i have not seen an improvement since i started streaming Flames games. oh well! i do hope you lose money this year. maybe then you will realize you need the people to support the product.

Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@RogersHelps Yes. It’s all recordings though it seems to have stopped lately. And for some reason the on demand, seaon 4 episode 1 issue of Strange New Worlds contains an episode of The Librarians and not Strange New Worlds at all. It’s a bit of a mess.

Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reportedJust had to cancel my @RogersHelps @Rogers internet due to incapable customer service. A true disaster of a company, tripled my bill and didn’t offer anything else. What a waste.
