    @RogersHelps Thanks, but it shouldn't be an account issue. It's supposed to be Nationwide free-preview of that channel until Feb 23rd.

    @RogersHelps The regular Sportsnet Ont. Works fine it's my fall back because it always works. Just the 4k since we got cable is the issue. It was working fine the majority of the year but the last 2-3 weeks it's not working properly. I have had Rogers since the fall of 2020.

    @RogersHelps Over a month without a security system I pay for...and tv service that is so horrible I can't watch a single show...and a 1.5 to 3.5 hour wait to speak to anyone at Rogers
