    @Rogers what is up? no access to customer service, Chat folk don't seem to understand requests and now I find out "myrogers" is gone and I have to wait until business hours to "link" my account. You've changed, man! You used to be good.

    @apasztor82 @Rogers didn’t want their cable and satellite subscribers to watch so they had it on their @Sportsnet streaming platform only and don’t offer a way to upgrade without paying for the entire service you’ve already paid for

    @RogersHelps Yes it shows that my area is down. However it doesn’t explain why my cell phone is operating slower than 3G!

    @GunGnome @Rogers 5G is garbage. It’s a scam

    @Rogers why do i have to press buttons around for 6 minutes on the phone to get thru all the automated and ai assistance so i can speak to a real person?? and somehow after all this trouble there's "nobody to answer my call" so I gotta try again later?? ********???

    @lynnmercereau Rogers tried to charge us $15 for roaming charges and we never left Canada on our way to PEI. When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

    @RogersHelps Calling a customer at 9:00 PM to push a service upgrade is already unacceptable. What made it worse was the agent arguing with me and insisting that yes its the right time , Is this really how Rogers trains its call-centre agents? #north bay #rogers

    Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your Customer Support representative clearly told me that the extra $80.40 CAD charge, supposedly related to a “dishonoured cheque,” would be disputed and removed. I checked my bank transactions for the past 6 months and there has been no bounced or returned payment.

    @RogersHelps submitting a new ticket does not work. i chose send a text message in the link you sent and no text message arrives. multiple tries. this is the reason for the ticket to be opened to begin with. so it's not a solution. what else have you got Eric ?
