    @Rogers probably has the worst internet service. This "known" they speak about has been going on for 3 months, and to date, the issue hasn't been resolved.

    channels that I want. I have called 3 times and and I am still confused. One person I couldn’t understand today so I called back and got someone more knowledgeable. But then she seemed rude. What’s going on with customer service? @RogersHelps

    @Rogers it takes a lot of nerve to cancel someone's service (without being told to) then charge them for reconnecting it and then threaten them with disconnecting it again when they struggle with that bill you forced on them for YOUR screw-up.
