This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.

Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@RogersHelps My bill was triple the amount. When I have unlimited data. I try calling Roger’s billing help, and everyday I wait on the phone for 4-5 hours and nobody ever picks up. How do you seriously do this to customers?

They overcharged me for a service and when I open a dispute form they reject it immediately. Even though i follow the steps given over the phone. Worst organization
