@RogersHelps Well, just fix the stream. I restarted my PS4 half a dozen times and still had errors. I won’t PM because there should be transparency here: you are a multi-billion dollar company, get it together (not mad at the person responding on Twitter)

@Rogers @RogersHelps absolutely the worst customer service out there. Spoke to 5 different reps including a manager and still can’t get my address correct. Biggest mistake switching back to Rogers.

@VelvetSkye @Rogers 100 percent agree , @Rogers customer service has gone down hill in the past few years , no respect or loyalty to long time customers . Been hung up on by the customer service person when I have asked to speak with a manager or a higher up.
