    @RogersHelps Outage in my area is the only answer I get even after picking up and installing a new modem. Can’t connect for more than 10 minutes at a time. Brutal

    @RogersHelps - I am on call with your customer service to convert my corporate wireless connection to my personal wireless connection. It is more than an hour on call, nothing moves, and it is still on hold for just converting. How long should the wait be?
