Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

Now they don’t want to declare there was an outage but your backend team is still gathering information ~22.5 hours out when this situation happen.
