Every business should have business insurance that will compensate losses for business for the Rogers outage-I assume Rogers will only compensate it's customers for one day of service-this is why we need more competition instead of monopoly's @RogersBiz @CRTCeng @CanadianPM

  • fkhalidi Faisal Khan (@fkhalidi) reported

@RogersHelps Who are these vast majority? Markham is still down and has been for the whole day @RogersHelps L6B0E5 has no Internet. Calling your support is useless.

  • Troph_ Troph (@Troph_) reported

@MadFan68 @RogersHelps It hasn't just been pausing the internet is working perfectly fine it still acts as if I've lost internet or something. But I can understand what you're saying it needs to be fixed. I'm not even sure why they even disabled calling people even if it's an emergency yesterday.

@RogersHelps @Vampayakarin Then they copy and paste this and think it is a great reply. This reply is absolutely useless. You guys are full of lies and aren't transparent at all. Anyone using rogers please switch to anything else! This is an example of how bad this company truly is.

  • olgadupuis Olga G (@olgadupuis) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers I am furious that the companies we already have do not appear to have backup plans. More companies does not guarantee we will not have this problem again in the future... it would give us more choice, yes, but unless the companies have a backup plan, this will happen again.
