Lost all Internet and wasn't able to start the Hotspot feature on my Canadian #Rogers iPhone 11 Max. Turns out the entire network was (still is) DOWN. What's funny is just this morning I called them to double the data I have... ;) @Rogers

@RogersHelps AND THERE WAS A SECURITY BREACH. All Rogers and sister company customers should receive a free month or something because this is terrible. No ones giving updates. No one had yet to even give an estimate. Trash.

@adolwyn @RogersHelps And charging those extra for roaming charges because I live in a border town and my phone can't find a signal. I'm basically being charged extra for their problem.
