I called tech-support and was put on hold for 41 minutes, hung up. White light on front flashing.

You overcharge, your billing practices are pure larceny, and now your customer sevice - the only thing that you sort of succeeded at- is nonexistent.

I asked to move but he said I havd no cable outlet upstairs. Call my drywall guy to move cable through so then modem can be moved

She wants it on 24 hours a day but the standby screen comes on every 5 hours and that cannot be extended with the controls available at her end. How can this be fixed?

Waited an hour in the queue tn & was told I had to call tech support. Called. Customer support closed. Told to call tomorrow @ 9AM (when I start work)
