Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.

Barbergs (@Barbergs) reported@RogersHelps where is everyone at Roger’s? Did everyone quit? I’ve spent 3 weeks on hold to advise of a move tmrw morning without getting a live person that I’m told I have to. Wtf rogers?
-
Rob Fai (@RobFai) reported@Rogers if you only knew how incredibly vile some of your telemarketers are over the phone... You can't possibly think these call centres work, do you? It's the worst branding you could possibly put into the marketplace, honestly.
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps I finally got a human being in tech support on the line - then he did something on his end and we got cut off. He never called back. I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@RogersHelps @savemilkweed HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!

Margaret ✨️ (@margarethughson) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Should post this comment on all other teams as well. They are doing the same damn thing.

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.
