    @RogersHelps I have spent almost 10+ hours on the phone with Rogers Customer Service since July trying to set up a bulk account. Your team seems to be inefficient in getting an account setup properly which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Still waiting for someone to fix this.

    @RogersHelps Not a chance bot. My building goes down with such regularity it's criminal. Now that we switched to Rogers Ignite, the TV goes down too. JFC

    @RogersHelps Any issues with slow internet that I've been noticing since at least yesterday K4A area? I'm barely breaking 100Mbps on my Gbps service. Before you send a canned response to DM you, just answer the question truthfully, so I don't have to wait an hour on hold.

    @RogersHelps the audio goes off and then the channel loses signal. Also I get a pop-up with the error code XRE-03090.
