I have to hotspot my internet to do my course work because my home internet with @RogersHelps sucks. And yes, i shut down everything, unplugged everything, and restarted everything... waited and it gave out again. Apparently i pay a lot of money for crappy services 🙃

@RogersHelps Attempt 4 to cancel and recover the charge for my old internet account which was moved to new Rogers Ignite account on Feb 8th ended with no success. Spoke with customer rep who took my data and transferred me to “the proper” department where I was on hold for 30min.. Brutal..

@Rogers called 3 times to resolve overcharged billing issue. Tried 4th time this morning. The whole call center is incapacitated due to system maintenance until 11am. Really ??? Your call center is open between 7am-9pm only. Can’t you do your maintance outside these hours??

hey @RogersHelps . cant go an hour without loosing internet, ignite tv and home phone. If, as your support says, no issue in your neighborhood, why do all my neighbors have the same problem? A week of this and now what?

@RogersHelps Well I have been complaining for days. 4th person tonight as I am not watching the super bowl because the ignite tv is also off said they saw an issue and will have to send techs. Wish I had this person 3 days ago.

@RogersHelps just got my ignite modem, can’t connect it because the Wifi Hub app won’t let me sign in “due to technical issues”. Like come on man, why is NOTHING ever simple with Rogers?
