Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • talst_magic Josh K (@talst_magic) reported

@RogersHelps no internet for 6 hours. No updates. On hold twice with a waiting time of 2 hours. Passed around to 4 departments to end up back at the start. Support hold times are unacceptable. Been a customer since 2003 but won't be tomorrow if this isn't fixed

  • AspieAndy Andrew Wade (@AspieAndy) reported from Dieppe, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Hi I was just wondering if there are any known outages in Dieppe, NB? My internet and cable are down and I'm trying to figure out if it's an area issue or if I'm having technical problems. Thanks

  • HeisenbergLab Walter White (@HeisenbergLab) reported

@Rogers on demand my ***, you can’t fix my old tv box so you make me swap to a new service & it doesn’t work either. Called, was told 3 minute wait to talk to an agent & it’s been 51 minutes so far with no end in site. Rogers sucks & I shouldn’t be billed for such **** service.

  • HeisenbergLab Walter White (@HeisenbergLab) reported

@Rogers The only thing on demand is you clowns expecting regular payments for a service that stops working whenever it wants and you do nothing but still want payment. You should be discounting service fees for crap service.

  • 23Biren royal_life23 (@23Biren) reported

@RogersHelps home internet down almost 1 hour now, not even replying msg

  • chrislotts1 Chris Lotts (@chrislotts1) reported

@Rogers I'd like to know what genius thought it was a good idea to name your existing (legacy) internet package 'Ignite', then create an entirely new system that has different equipment, resets your online profile, and charges a new setup fee, but is also called 'Ignite'. #fail

  • nexceltwit George Franciscus (@nexceltwit) reported

@Rogers So, waiting one week to address a service outage in a large urban location is considered acceptable by Rogers, and all customers should be willing to accept this same level of service?

  • WillyLaff WillyLaff (@WillyLaff) reported

Canceling tonight's stream :( these internet issues never end! @Rogers

  • nexceltwit George Franciscus (@nexceltwit) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps A tree took down internet service to my home in the heart of Mississauga on June 1. Rogers will not restore service until June 7. One week outage!! Is this the best customer service Rogers can provide? Is this what other customers can also expect?

  • 23Biren royal_life23 (@23Biren) reported

@Rogers hey guys this is second time in this month, no internet, flashing amber light, did restart, also removed power cord restart again, still same issue....
