2/2 on hold & fighting for a credit for THEIR mistake. Tell me why I remain a @Rogers business (and home) customer? 4 agents today have transferred me to someone else. Why is MY TIME not valued? 7 hours for like $50+ tax! Taking recommendations for new services asap! #frustrated

@coraliew @Rogers @RogersHelps I feel this with every fiber of my being. I just went through similar last month. I have been a long time customer as well. I spent, what I call a full ‘work day’ +, most of it on hold. Transferred to the wrong places and it is still not right. I have a contract, for now.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers I got bent over almost a grand when I upgraded/renewed my 2 yr contract with Virgin , no customer help or service … so I will never recommend them

1/2 I have been a @Rogers @RogersHelps business customer for 18 years with 3 mobile numbers. I have been in the phone for 2 hours for the 3rd month in a row to address a ROGERS ERROR that month over month they say “will be credited on my next bill”. I’ve spent 7 hours in 3 months

Oh yeah .. @RogersHelps the last guy “Lloyd” that put me in hold 15 minutes ago at 1:10pm when I told him I had a hard deadline of 1:15pm when I needed to be on a work call should be FIRED! He did it in hopes that I would hang up. It is 1:28 & I’m still waiting for him & late!

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers My mother is with Rogers and she complains about their service too. I’ve never had any issues with Telus, and the store reps I’ve conversed with have been very helpful.
