@RogersHelps your internet has been having issues for two months. I've called 10 times and have had 6 technicians come out. Either you can't train technicians or are just incompetent providing your service.

@RogersBiz Why do I have to call your customer service to correct your mistakes and stay on the phone for an hour only to be told I am wrong 10+ times and wait for a callback (within 72 hours??)
