I'm so proud of @RogersHelps for hitting a new milestone this month. 12 months of terrible unusable service, 12 months of meaningless and terrible support. Never ever get Rogers. Unless you want support help like 'restart router,' 'move closer to router,' and nothing meaningful.

@RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

@Rogers @Sonia_Kang Rogers, most of TV technicians are useless working at home! They don’t have access to all the Rogers channels! If a customer has a problem with a certain channel, as long as they see strong signal, nothing is done to fix the customer’s problem! Some techs needed at head office!

@RogersHelps This has been going on for a month now though and i'm not alone on this. This is NOT something on my end, it's on your end. All the troubleshooting stuff I was told were all done countless times already and the issue still happens so again... fix your services

@Data_Knox @Rogers Actually. It appears that my end was the one that was broken. Had to manually insert the IA Prefix option into the solicit. Selecting a /56 hint from the UI did nothing. (Possible bug) Another good example of PCAP or It didn’t happen. @Rogers I owe you an apology.

@Rogers Roger's is grossly overpriced, inefficient service, and involuntarily change people from receiving paper statements
