@Rogers A dozen homes in Kanata have been without cable signal for 3 days. Multiple modems already replaced, but the underlying ‘maintenance’ problem is not being addressed. And there appears to be no activity. I believe there is another undiscovered issue affecting clients.

@Rogers your network has a serious problem in @Meaford Unable to use Data for totally random 5-15 minute blocks. Happens daily. Extremely frustrating when on a business call then randomly don’t have access to email or the ability to create a mobile hot spot.
