@RogersHelps @Iam_viktoh1 This is the problem when our country is an oligarchy. Rogers, Telus all the same crappy service.

@Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.

@RogersHelps Shaw legacy client. Need a technician to assess and repair broken phone line. Chat booted me out after 3h wait saying as Shaw customer they couldn’t help (even though I access through Shaw link). poor experience and paying for a broken service now. Telus may be best

Well. @Rogers Shaw, whoever they are doesn’t seem to keen on fighting to keep a 20+ year customer so let’s play the what do people got to offer game? Internet, TV, Home Phone. DM me your best plans @TELUS @FreedomMobile and whoever else.

@RogersHelps fix the internet 2 days of constant resetting the router ... and your the best biggest internet provider in the country???

@RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

@Expos4ever10 @Rogers No matter what happens,Schneider isn't the one supplying this team with the junk on the roster, or the cause of injuries,or Vladdy, Springer, Gimenez and Varsho being this bad...He was the cause of the loss last Saturday, but that's it...

@Rogers non-stop internet service outages for the last week. It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.
