@RogersHelps We don't want to book an appointment. Every other store in the mall is open for business. Why not @RogersHelps ? Your staff seemed very annoyed we made them walk from the very back to their iron curtain to answer a question. Sends the wrong message but also poor customer service

Day 8 update: @RogersHelps tech just left. He was very helpful but not useful. Walked him through the entire issue, showed demonstrations, etc. I have a new ticket. My God. I just want to die at this point.

@Rogers quoted me $150 for internet...#ridiculous. The #Canadian Economy is rigged with monopolies and the citizen is the one that pays. #canadians were never given a chance to succeed. @JustinTrudeau how many more free cheques are you mailing out?
