[6/6] Oh and also, your customers will thank you. Instead of letting us sit here with signal issues, poor quality video connections (when all meetings are on video in a pandemic) + feeling upset about our @rogers service... we could love Rogers a little bit more instead.

@Rogers my internet has been completely down since Tuesday. You ghosted us on two service calls. I started a new job that requires internet and I’m screwed. Please take this more seriously & actually show up or I’m switching providers. Not happy with this or your customer support

@RogersHelps I have called and made several requests to have the service fixed. I am in Oshawa and when it gets cold outside below zero it immediately causes my services to drop, im on ignite. Everything drops frequently and comes back on sometimes it’s a few seconds, other time
