@carolinegodin @Rogers @RogersHelps I can recommend chatr or freedom for cell service and vmedia or teksavvy for internet. I've been v happy with my policy of never having to deal with Rogers' or Bell's prices or "customer support."

@maggiecassella @Rogers @CRTCeng They are relentless. They kept sending me bills for equipment that needs to be returned that maybe cost 100 bucks if that, old digital boxes for 1g! During covid they send people bills for 1g! Of course I returned but they are horrible.

Yes, @Telus and @Rogers indulge in the same sort of shitty corporate behaviour @bell does, partly because consumers and the toothless CRTC tolerate it. But that's also the most powerful tool we the consumers have to signal to corporations that we demand better ethically. (/3)

I was told once there are 2 types of people in radio, those that have been fired, and those that will be fired... that is and never should be an inspiring mantra. Broadcast companies must do better for their employees. Sad week for broadcasting in Canada @Bell @Rogers etc.

Just a heads-up to @TELUS and @Rogers, your valuable customer service agents might be busier than normal today with people walking away from @bell. They are doing the right thing in making the switch, please take care of them.

@maggiecassella @Rogers @CRTCeng Can't help you. I once had The GAP send an account of $4.36 that I did not owe (yes read that right) to a collection agency. They dogged me for 3 years.
