@RogersHelps My Nextbox keeps crapping out. I keep getting HDMI not connected or the remote will not change channels or access my recording list. Just called a local store to be told they don't keep the boxes in stock and I need to have a unit shipped out to me. WTF, Rogers?

@Rogers I sent the message and let you know the only thing that will help make this better. Woke up this morning to discover my own issues with rogers, including missing credit for the nation wide service outage and a rather large credit for my own installation related issues.

@Rogers totally disappointed trying to become a new customer for internet/tv/home phone, I called 2 times this week to confirm! You people have terrible follow through & have no concern for anyone else’s time or inconvenience. I’m going back to a Bell cell carrier. Screw it.
