@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

Hey @Rogers service. I’m trying to get support for someone to come deal with a downed wire in the street that belongs to you and the call centre has hung up on me twice when transferring me to the right people and virtual assistants are no help.

@TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as it dropped my score below 800 as a result. The rate swing will cost me approximately 80k over 5 years and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

@RogersHelps All I want to do is change my address. I’ve been trying to do this since 2021 and your garbage website will NOT let me change it. Your AI said your tech support is 24/7 & every time I request to speak to someone I’m hung up on. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.

They can't have it both ways! Either they are spending or they are saving every penny so @Rogers can buy another whatever they want! This is stupid!
