    @RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.

    @Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
