Oh, @rogers and @rogershelps. This has gone on too long. Someone will call you in 72 business hours. What does that even mean? 24 hours in a business day? 8 hours, so expect a call in 9 business days. Why is it so hard to be a Rogers customer???

@Rogers just so we're clear ... I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

@Rogers Yesterday I got a call from your customer winback team (from 7x powered) and they offered me a good deal. I asked them to call me today but hadn't received a call from their side. Is there anyway you can connect me with them?
