@RogersHelps ignite promise is a sham .. one week old tv and internet installation constantly losing service .. tech refused to arrange service call without charge or refer to supervisor .. refused to give name or employer number and hung up the phone .. great customer service!!

@Rogershelps my Ignite Internet and Ignite TV out has been out since 7:00AM Thursday in Fredericton NB and call tech support and no available techs until Saturday morning this is fully unacceptable. Still out Friday morning
