    It’s been over 12 hours without Rogers / Fido service and yet they continue to say it’s “intermittent” no; every single person around me on Rogers / Fido hasn’t had NO SERVICE so how is it only “intermittent”? Please explain @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Compensation is expected. I have family members in critical care and a pet that is dying of cancer. This is unacceptable. No data and spotty call reception all day. I pay you for a service that i am not receiving.

    @RogersHelps 100 bucks a month to for a cellphone, the damn phone should work every day with no problems. With the rates we pay in Canada there should be contingency plan after contingency plan in place for this..
