    A thread: I've been having quite possibly the worst experience trying to set up internet in my new house with @Rogers. Their customer service has been bar none the worst I've had to deal with AND IM NOT EVEN SET UP WITH THEM YET.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to contact support for issues in my bill and plan, but I cannot find any way of contacting a support team. There is no email ID mentioned on the website, the live chat feature does not work. Due to this, I am not able to pay my bill.

    @Rogers day three of having to use a bell mobile internet stick to work at home because your router thinks it's some shitty server for the second time in a week. I just got finished Roger's live chat with no solve and being told it will take about 48 hours to review not even fix.

    I received a text indicating that my @Rogers technician was en route and I could track their location. Cool. I click on the link and it tells me it is unavailable. My spidey sense tells me to call and confirm they are still coming. Here is where it all goes to ****...

    waited 30 minutes for rogers to call me to ask about my data plan just for them to hang up after a minute and or call me back i ******* hate you @rogers
