    @RogersHelps Thanks. I did check the co-ax, but it won't surprise you to know that it was snug and hadn't been touched at all. I'm sure that's the result for most people with this problem. More likely the SW in the modem borked, or you were having some problems at the street layer.

    @rogers trying to get my business back after refusing to stop charging me for a completely paid off phone for over a year is next level funny. Dishonest, scamming companies will never get my money. Why is there no class action lawsuit over this?

    @Rogers once again I felt scammed by you. One week ago I called about my services and overcharge in my last bill. The costumer service representative told me the bill amount will be fixed about 24hrs but one week later someone else told me a different version.

    @RogersHelps no internet lost it over night last night Hamilton ON. Not a modem issue. 2 days for a tech come one man. Recently switched from bell never had an outage. Please help

    @RogersHelps It's not just an internet issue that has been ongoing for 2 years. It's an issue with offering credit for the 34 days I have had no internet.

    @RogersHelps Hi @rogershelps. Again, my internet is down. I was in a very important follow-up video call with my sons' Endocrinologist. This is becoming beyond ridiculous. You can not call yourselves the most reliable network in #canada. #internet #badservice
