    @RogersHelps Why y'all pretending like you don't have a province wide or close to outage? Just be upfront, tell people we have a serious issue Nice to know my 82 yr old grandma is stuck at home with no tv/phone the entire day & nobody can get there to check on her because of snow

    @RogersHelps the outage website doesn’t have my area as affected but i can tell you internet doesn’t work since 3:30am. How can I report this? Your lines are all busy and have been on hold for awhile.

    @CP24 How is that with @RogersHelps being down all day? Seems like info on expected downtime or a make good would be more appropriate than waiting for every customer to reach out individually.
