-
AF (@Stu10171017) reported@RogersHelps After spending so much time with me and then putting me on hold multiple times and then after getting disconnected I don’t know why they would not call me back. They knew the issue wasn’t resolved.
-
Nicole Thomas (@Travelling_Nic) reported@RogersHelps Yes I am sure they will be able to, but what you don't understand is that it will be WEEKS before I can get through to speak to someone and I'll be stuck paying for services I do not need an ld cannot afford. Your system is broken.
-
Dogfish Enterprises (@dogfishent) reported@Rogers VERY disappointing interactions this last 2 weeks with customer service. Misleading practices, then apathy to your customer. I think Bell gets the customer unfortunately.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedRevenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.
-
David Bass 🇨🇦☮️♌ (@Davidshawn64) reported@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL I’m probably going to need it I usually have Virgin tv it most of the TSN and SN channels not all but it’s $40 bucks a month if it stays the same I’ll restart my subscription but if it goes up I won’t bother this is why I never liked Rogers acquiring the majority ownership
-
IG:akinola_jane (@Janniedivahh) reportedPart 4 of 4 - At this point, I’m regretting choosing Rogers. Is this the level of service customers should expect, or have I just been extremely unlucky? Can someone from @Rogers please help resolve this?
-
Robin Brunet (@robinandamelia) reported@RogersHelps 54 minutes now. Not acceptable. Can’t you report outage
-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.
