@35Ayres @Rogers So many problems with a lot of the cell phone companies, Fido did that to me, except the person I was talking to, changed my plan, didn’t tell me, all of a sudden I get a bill for 1000.00 dollars, I fought it all the way to the top, I won!

@RogersHelps your service is absolutely terrible.. been trying to purchase ignite TV had to call on 5 separate occasions, only to have the order NOT arrive.. now i’m being told the order was not prepared and i have to wait until next week. been so patient up until now. #garbage

@Rogers I was told that I need to be close to the pod. I am and not even practising social distancing with the pod. Hopefully, a new modem that will be dropped off today will fix this.

@RogersHelps Had to reinstall Rogers Yahoo mail app and now I can't login. It won't let me get past the page where I enter my username. Keeps refreshing back to same page rather than asking for my password.
