@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers outages yesterday was a minor inconvenience to people who just needed a FB status or gamer. But also a #EmergencyProblemFor911. I am sick! I wouldn't have got help with any phones! #EndangeringingLives was yesterdays #REALITY Time to change!

  • Kelowna_REALTOR Craig Comeau (@Kelowna_REALTOR) reported

@Aboodnasswr @RogersHelps @Rogers I thought about it too but I regularly get service where my friends and family do not with Bell. I'm going to stick around and hope some redundancies get added into the system so this doesn't happen again

  • JudyIkebata Judy Ikebata (@JudyIkebata) reported

@Rogers so much for reliable service. Still not getting full service. 2 days now pay over 280.00 a month for cable ,Internet, cell. This is what we get

  • MWahgwaan Merlin St.Wahgwaan (@MWahgwaan) reported

@Rogers postal code M6N in Toronto, still no landline internet!!! Over 30 hours!!! At my pay rate, that's over $1000. I hope that retroactive credit talked about, is a credit for an entire month of service, or more, if not, I think the permanent switch to Bell will be made

  • JairuscaMaus Jairus Maus (@JairuscaMaus) reported

@RogersHelps By the outage map and our local experience I do not believe that "the vast majority" of your customers have had service restored

  • MeganLRigby Megan Rigby (@MeganLRigby) reported

@RogersHelps when is the internet service going to be back for residential customers in Aurora Ontario? Thank you

  • ReviewsBreak ReviewsBreak (@ReviewsBreak) reported

@Rogers Internet outage forced families to talk with each other, children were playing outside and people actually read books! @RogersHelps.

  • turnt_nach Ti Mango 🇭🇹 (@turnt_nach) reported

@RogersHelps that credit better not be 50$ either. I'mma need at the very least 100$ for all the stupidity I had to go through without my service yesterday!

  • kasselis Jeff Kasselis 🇨🇦🇮🇪 (@kasselis) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers What was the cause of the outage? Was it a hack? You guys should clarify as rumors are rife.
