Hey @CBC and @RogersHelps for some reason there is an issue with the broadcast of the CBC channel. No other channel seems to have the issue. Has something changed ? It’s as if the speed of the image has been slightly slowed so it creates a choppy image.

@RogersHelps It took 4.5 hours in total to get to the bottom of the issue. Hopefully it has been resolved. Rogers needs to increase customer service, also add the call back option to calls that have a long delay on hold so this way customers aren’t put on hold for 2 hours.

@RogersHelps 10 dropped calls in a row. Do you guys actually fix the network or blame everyone else? Holy **** joining Rogers was the worst choice I’ve ever made. I’d rather roll around in broken glass than deal with you idiots.

@RogersHelps internet in north oshawa. Major intersection, Simcoe and Taunton. Internet keeps going down. Very frustrating. I would call them but don’t have 2 hrs to wait on hold. Anyone else having these issues. Is bell better?
