@Rogers Did you delete radio station WUFO, the only way to get NPR in Toronto? Great, and this after you deleted 2 classical music channels. Seems you just don't like me. Maybe providing service for specialty interests ought to be part of your mission. I'm paying Rogers A LOT!

@RogersHelps Horroble internet and Ignite service in Kitchener area !!! Our who area has had a ticket open for 3 months, and they keep sending techs out. Only reason the whole neighborhood hasn’t changed to Bell is that we are waiting for Fibe. You need to fix this..... Stay away

  • Bealerhead Jesse Beal (@Bealerhead) reported from Banff, Alberta

@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

  • Brxndouche Brxndon (@Brxndouche) reported

@RogersHelps who do I call to get my internet to my house totally refreshed? Connection to my modem is constantly timing out. Got hung up on last time I called technical support

  • collingsruth Ruth Collings (@collingsruth) reported

@FidoSolutions @Rogers In order to get to that message from @FidoSolutions' phone tree I had to try THREE TIMES to type in my account number because I wasn't doing it fast enough and it kept cutting me off at the third digit! This is an accessibility issue and you need to fix it.

Any large service disruption in Newmarket that you're aware of? Internet, Cable and Phone are all down @RogersHelps

  • CapitalJen77 Jen (@CapitalJen77) reported

Hey @Rogers , convince me why I should switch to your internet service from @Bell . My current provider is not doing anything to keep my business and all I really want is reliable service that doesn't drop constantly and a fair price. #toomuchtoask

  • collingsruth Ruth Collings (@collingsruth) reported

Internet still down about 22 hours later with @FidoSolutions on @Rogers' wires. No email from either of them, and neither their chat bot nor their Twitter could tell me if there was an outage. I had to call and get an automated message with no info.

@Rogers why is even the top package you offer so small compared to other countries? 1.5 gig up and 1 gig down is nothing. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.
