@RogersHelps Hello @Rogers you said your here 24 hrs - well my wifi internet is flipping off and on yellow light and I'm using up data to tryvto get ypu to fix this and the CABLE FTOZEN channel - help is needed asap -conputers down find a way to get it back up - NOT OK data low!

Pretty classic @Rogers @FidoSolutions scam behaviours. Still no sign of the waybill to return the modem. Still no follow up on the fraud experienced in store, by phone and online. Broken processes cost us thousands. Shame. #fraudalert

@RogersHelps Hello, the CNBC channel in Toronto is showing with black borders along the sides of the picture. It normally shows in full screen mode. Other channels are shown in full screen. Any idea what happened, is the fix a broadcast fix?

I’ve honestly had ENOUGH of @Rogers !! I’ve been bounced around to 8 different people and NO ONE can rectify my issue or even SUCCESSFULLY transfer me to a manager! This is absolutely ridiculous!!
