Wtf are you talking about, I work in transportation and half my driver's can't see the work they have on their phone and I can't call them and they can't call me. You have caused me so much extra work today and I bet I don't get sweet f all in compensation.

@Rogers @RogersHelps 16 hours zero connection on my phone. Not acceptable. Canadian Cell providers should be working TOGETHER and ensure there is a back up system in case of massive failure like this. Big 3 need to have a fail over so we can use any network if one fails totally.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I've been a loyal Rogers customer for DECADES and while I know Sh!t Happens, I also have high expectations for their customer service because I've always had good CS from them. I want to be compensated by either a credit on my next bill or via free data. Thank you.
