    @RogersHelps I get there are outages due to the storm, but why can’t you post outage areas? Status? Anything? Don’t make people log onto your site to get updates when there are OUTAGES.

  • DinnyRoc Dinny (@DinnyRoc) reported

    @RogersHelps internet has been down since 7am which means i am unable to work. Hope there is some type of compensation in regards to data usage because this is ridiculous.

  • polarsmurfs Smurf (@polarsmurfs) reported

    If i was a @Rogers @RogersHelps customer service agent id be leaving my job. The executives have thrown you all to the wolves and they could easily fix it with 1 statement to customers with some factual update. But Wishing the team they own in Edmonton good luck is the priority

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

    @beer_diversity @RogersHelps Arg, that's the worst.

  • LarysaW Larysa Woloszansky 🌻 (@LarysaW) reported

    @RogersHelps For me - I've lost a day of working, not everyone has a long weekend - but I'm troubleshooting on Twitter mostly for my elderly neighbors who have no internet which means no phone or TV. At least 4 asked me to help them. Average age is 75.

  • Chaskar007 Vishal Chaskar (@Chaskar007) reported

    @RogersHelps - Wifi is out from 3 days running into the 4th now - Pickering, ON! Everytime your support says we are working on it . Whats the ETA ? Can you help please

    Another day of me not doing internet based things (spoiler: that's my entire job). Still waiting on @RogersHelps to provide an update, & for yesterday's CSR to send me a case # (spoiler: it ain't gonna happen). Turns out most of the condo folks aren't having issues. *Sigh*

  • beer_diversity Ren, the exhausted (she/her) (@beer_diversity) reported

    @Kortekickass @RogersHelps Yes, Rogers is the worst. And I can't switch, because it's part of our condo fees.

  • LarysaW Larysa Woloszansky 🌻 (@LarysaW) reported

    @RogersHelps They don't have internet to log onto a forum, let alone understand how. They just want help/answers. We will be switching providers and I'll be recommending they do the same. Outages happen, it's understandable, but transparency & compassion go a long way. We had neither.
