@RogersHelps I'm having issues dialing out from my Rogers cell phone. It happened earlier this week. I made a call about an hour ago and then when I tried calling out again right away I'm getting a message "can't complete your call right now"

@Rogers It’s not a billing issue... Lost channels and they said they can’t fix it for a couple days... not sure why it’s so hard to fix when you can add channels in a couple minutes

@Rogers internet isn’t working. Techs not available until Monday evening. And your customer service is garbage .. won’t provide unlimited data for the 2 days!!!.. how are we supposed to work from home?! Rogers really needs to up their customer service. Worst service ever.

Spoke to 10 different people and no one could approve for unlimited data to work from home until the internet can be fixed .. @Rogers if covid is the reason you can’t come out earlier covid is the damn reason we need unlimited data to WORK FROM HOME!
