@RogersHelps You're putting me through hell and it's a Global TV problem. New adapter I waited around for all day doesn't change the sporadic distorted sound issue with channel 3. Spoke to 2 more reps. Sandra gave me a headache. Second guy said it was a Global TV issue.

@RogersHelps A $19 reimbursement is not enough for a 2 days service interruption and 2 hours on the phone getting passed around! Rogers has left a really bad taste in my mouth. bell is looking better and better!
