@KellyHrudey Damn, gonna miss you on the screen, Kelly! Another proof that @Rogers is tanking @Sportsnet hard. Will be watching anxiously for Hrudey 3.0.

@RobFai @Rogers You didn't hang up on them within the first 10 seconds?

Is it a coincidence that in the weeks following a very direct and candid call with @RogersHelps that your products intermittently fail to work properly? It started immediately afterward.

@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

@Kevin1141531 @RogersHelps Same!! Thanks for the advice. They literally confirmed my call back number in case we get disconnected and then I get a hang up. Just awful

@Rogers why have I spent a MONTH trying to get a hold of an actual person to talk to about my account? This is ridiculous.. worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever experienced.

@Rogers I am keep getting charged fees even after I left Canada and closed my bank account. I donโ€™t live in Canada but I still get charged $75 for returned fee on my supposedly automatic payment. I canโ€™t even contact customer service! I just waited 2 hours in line! International!

@KellyHrudey This sucks! @Rogers sucks. Iโ€™ve already cancelled my SN+ and they continue to validate that decision.

@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Rogers is the worst when it comes to contracting out of country. They dont care about Canadians.
