    @RogersHelps service hasn’t worked properly for a month. No internet and just told to wait. Work from home with no internet is impossible. I’m not happy. Would @bell do the same???

    @RogersHelps @Rogers how long till this issue outage will be fix? its been more than hours.. now i realize rogers ignite tv is not great after all. without internet no tv. now im stuck with nothing to do plus my kids cant go online school. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

    When you’re trying to set up internet and @RogersHelps employees either transfer you so they don’t have to deal w you or just flat out hang up 🙃
