    Imagine I’m on hold for 2hrs …then finally someone answers and they verify my account and then we get disconnected and they never call back even though they know my number. All this because @rogers is greedy and wants to charge me for a non existent account!

    @Rogers This is the second major outage in 2 weeks. As of now, we've been down for over 7 HOURS! Are you ever going to get your act together? You can't even inform consumers properly as to status etc. This is PATHETIC customer service. #RogersPathetic

    @RogersHelps Bar none the worst customer service of any company in Canada. Why offer a callback and then call me back and treat me to 7 minutes of dead air without ever connecting me to an agent? Utter contempt is what you have for your customers.
