    @RogersHelps my sister was on the phone with a sales rep of yours and he hung up on her. your sales rep was extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. you’re losing another customer to @Bell. you need to train your employees better.

    @RogersHelps Thanks It is a couple of days that I talk with Rogers. Usually they wait until I cancel it and ask another provider to set up, and one week later they get back with the same price and plan I had. I am happy with the quality but it is not fair to he treaten this way :(

    @Chumplet @WRlorichapman @Rogers Hard to fire someone who obviously doesn’t care. I’ve said this for years … the only thing that separates you from the competition is the one thing you can actually control: how the customer is treated.

    @RogersHelps when service in North Toronto be back up and running!!? People have to make money and work to pay your exorbitant costs. I have lost an entire days work with paying clients. This is absolutely ridiculous.
