@RogersHelps terrible service here in Hamilton, Ontario. Our ignite has been spotty for 4 days now, and no internet! No phone, we have a CPap in this house that does not work properly! I work from home right now….UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , it's been more than a week: have the "stability updates" been released? I ask because the issues have not been fixed yet. Constant buffering, not staying at 60fps, stuttering etc.

@Rogers @RogersHelps it’s seems that with all the bad press already it’s about to get much worse, a client is trying to port her number and it seems that every time she calls to get it manually released someone makes sure that she is on hold for 95 mins, @cbcgopublic

@RogersHelps most intransigent is their customer service. Can't match their plans with any other service providers. Time to say good bye to them. They snag customers with a reasonable price and then keep on jacking up the price.

@Rogers That’s funny, someone in my family was supposed to get a $300 credit when she signed on. Never got it and apparently, never will. None of us will be customers ever again

@RogersHelps Down at 645 Commissioners Road East there is no data... Only text and phone calls work. When you call someone it goes up to 4G and you can use data (open apps, use Google, Facebook etc), but when you hang up it goes back down to LTE and you can't use any data.
