    @RogersHelps Hey, a couple problems. First it seems I don't have any data when off of wifi, this has been happening since this morning. Second, my phone often says messages failed to send but they actually did send, this is an ongoing problem.

    @RogersHelps Not a single time support even tried to escalate or talk to any managers and simply said no one's available. During the pandemic this has become an essential service isn't? You don't wanna hear how much money I have lost this year because of the support turn around.

    @RogersHelps Is there the ability to monitor where these calls make it into the network? I don't know how this works from a technical standpoint but I always imagine it wouldn't be hard to identify a spoofed number if it originates from outside Canada.

    @RogersHelps Error occurs when on the Xbox app and trying to open. It requests sign in. When signing in, choosing Rogers as a provider, it states not able to authenticate, please try later. @CraveTVHelp @CraveHelp
