Worst thing about internet service going down isn't the loss of productivity, income or time; it's the way your ISP treats you like you are unreasonable for expecting overpriced services to work. Thanks @Rogers; @RogersHelps; third major outage for the year. #CRTC WHY????

Unbelievable. @RogersHelps won't give me my account number so I can pay their bill. Just incredible. They set up their processes to make sure you fail in the most fundamental aspects of a simple consumer transaction. Just ****.

@RogersHelps I’m unable to access your app for mobile services. Doesn’t recognize username and password despite having Touch ID. And get the following message “Something went wrong. We’re working to fix this as soon as possible, please check back later.” It’s been a week, lame.

@RogersHelps last 3 months Rogers internet had been down for so many times that I wish I were in some other country, where technical services are not that poor. this has become a routine for Rogers to lose service ,,shame

@RogersHelps cable tv and internet has been out since approx 6pm. Got a text from Rogers at 8:15pm saying the problem had been fixed but it’s still out now at 10:20.

@RogersHelps 100mile: in Canada or NOT? I pay for Canadawide coverage. Not partial Canada, not bits-o-Canada. Canada wide. Your not having towers where you advertise to cover is no ones problem but yours. Don't promise Canadawide if you can't deliver. #falseadvertising #pantsonfire
