@RogersHelps @Rogers That indicates our services are running as usual. Clearly something is wrong if I have to contact support multiple times a month sometimes within days of each other. But please, tell me for the 100th time to DM you to resolve my neverending issues with your service...

@RogersHelps we have had ignite for 2 weeks. It has gone down multiple times and now it's been down 12 hours! We've been told it could be an issue with the modem and that nobody can come till Monday. My husband and I both work from home. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

@RogersHelps Sean responded to my DM and then went silent. That doesn't help.

@RogersHelps Hi there, I have a problem with my Ignite, the amber alert (from this afternoon) keeps going off after about 15sec of turning on a show. It is not a problem with my TV, but is a problem with the Ignite app on my devices (computer/ ipad). Anyway you can help?

@RogersHelps Thanks very much! Not sure why Rogers TV techs don’t have the complete buffet of Rogers channels as long as they continue to work at home but they seem to be limited to what they can see! They are all polite & do the routine tests but the problem may be from Seattle broadcaster!
