@RogersHelps For one of the largest companies in Canada I’m shocked at the service tbh. Sometimes I think bell and rogers take too much advantage of their government protected monopoly

Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸŒ¬ (@jmw52) reported

@Rogers the downside of you now having the majority of broadband services to Canadians is that you have the shittiest customer service. Your agents might be okay but I'm sorry over an hour on hold to speak to an agent

@JaysChatterBX @RogersHelps On the outage map they keep moving the "restored" time by one hour every hour...

@gmacofglebe @RogersHelps Cable modem keeps getting to the last flashing light, then goes back down πŸ˜”

@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

Is it just me or @Rogers has become really horrible with customer service. Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.

@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.

@andrewinereview @Rogers @rcmpgrcpolice STIR/SHAKEN does not catch these because the calls come in over offshore VoIP that bypasses Canadian carrier attestation. A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.

@RogersHelps Why don't you allow cancellation via chat? With chat, we can use translation to discuss things. Don't you feel sorry for me? Do you know there are many people in the same predicament as me? I'm in so much trouble, and you won't help me?
