On the 4th call I hung up, on the 5th call I was close to tears (I have never been treated so rudely), finally the 6th call she (I think) solved it. That was the only woman...

Well, my mum is hella upset and unable to use her new phone thanks to T.J. at the Simcoe @Rogers location. I'm furious that she was treated so rudely & that I couldn't be there. He made up rules & wouldn't let me help/confirm info over the phone.
