    @RogersHelps @Rogers so 4 calls, 4 employees, 13 hours on phone. Escalated the call & Darrell, a manager located in Kitchener spent 2 hours (1.5 hours after his shift ended) & fixed the issue. For one, simplify the process. This should be your wheelhouse….

    @rogers @RogersHelps I am being signed out of every app everytime i exit. What can be done to fix this because it is exhausting to have to sign into Netflix every single time.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers 2nd, 3/4 of your employees were useless but you wasted money to pay their salaries for those 10 hours. 75% of your staff could have been cut for this 1 issue. So either train them,direct issues to more sub-departments, or fire them & those staying should be trained like Darrell

    up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?

    @RogersHelps Hello, we had our modem replaced but are still experiencing loss of connection multiple times/ week. Last e-mail from Rogers 'The Ignite TV issue you contacted us about... may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it.' It's not.

    Just a friendly reminder to my 40k YouTube subscribers. Whatever you do under no circumstances get @Rogers internet services in Canada. My internet has gone down 58 times so far in October. All trash. Avoid it at all costs. Makes it impossible to stream or game.
