  • patchyfoz Kara LaFleur (@patchyfoz) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Since the big outage last Friday, my service has had at least one interruption per day

  • desktopfather David Rivard (@desktopfather) reported

    @RogersHelps Thank you but service is still not back to normal. Voice drops off and picture freezes

  • TimoVainionpaa Timo Vainionpää (@TimoVainionpaa) reported

    @DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Without getting into tinfoil hat conspiracies, no I do not. I am very curious to hear what the root cause might have been. To me the explanations being offered are not enough to explain why all the networks went down.. but I am not an expert

  • JackieOutlaw16 JackieO (@JackieOutlaw16) reported

    @Rogers I can say how thankful I am for you quick response. Made a terrible decision to try @Bell and it was the worst decision I could have made. 48 hrs with Bell and cancelled it! Rogers on site now to reconnect. In five years with Rogers not one call to support.

  • rhondamorton Rhonda Morton (@rhondamorton) reported

    @RogersHelps @peggy_blair That’s great, but what are they doing to help all the people that aren’t actually customers of Rogers but they were severely impacted because of businesses that utilize Rogers for their computerized systems such as the banking interac etc ?

  • ThoresenWells David Thoresen (@ThoresenWells) reported

    @Rogers If you really wanted to help you would add 30gb of extra data to my cell phone so I can use the internet without worry while you fix the outage you caused. Instead I wait on hold for an hour, beg, and get denied. Waterloo and other entire areas are without service again!

  • JeremyPyatt Jeremy Pyatt (@JeremyPyatt) reported

    @rogers. Your data network DOES NOT WORK on @Meaford Fix it. Don’t tell me to DM you. I already have multiple times and spent hours on the phone. You know the location. Fix it.

  • YechunJ Vincent 賈 🍁 (@YechunJ) reported

    @Rogers sucks

  • DougMadory Doug Madory (@DougMadory) reported

    @TimoVainionpaa @kentikinc @Rogers Do you have a theory as to why the mobile signal went down during this outage? I'm not familiar enough with mobile telephony to understand what are the possible causes of this.

  • ThoresenWells David Thoresen (@ThoresenWells) reported

    @soheilmazinani1 @RogersHelps I know it's not just me. It's Waterloo and other entire towns or regions, yet Rogers pretends like these are small isolated issues not tied to their massive failure last week caused by poor network maintenance.
