@RogersHelps my gateway box wifi has been down since about 5am, you guys going to fix this? Anything directly connected (cable box) seems to be fine, it’s just the wifi function. Reboot didn’t work. Help?

@Rogers i have been charged for an router and IPTV setup box, i have been on call with your agents and i am being transferred around but no one seems to fix the issue. If you dont want to refund the charge just say it, why waste customers time?? I have been on call over 2 hrs
