@UbisoftSupport For a few days now I've been experiencing consistent ping spikes and periods of lag lasting up to a whole round in Siege, jumping to pings as high as 3k ms. I have tried working with @RogersHelps on a solution, but they insist it's not on their end.

@RogersHelps My Ignite internet which controls EVERYTHING in my living space is just blinking at me. No service. On a Live Chat for help but now on hold. THIS is what I get with premium service??? Not happy.
