@RogersHelps our internet has been down for several hours though modem gateway shows connected. Have unplugged several times - still no joy. Down detector shows many, many having the same issue with Gateway showing online but no wifi network. Can't get through to Rogers at all.

I’m at a loss as to why @rogers can’t get this internet issue resolved involving several customers in the same condo. What we were told would be resolved a week ago with constant drop of internet access has returned. When are you guys gonna get this resolved? Disappointed.

@RogersHelps my modem is showing connected by my network has completely disappeared. What is going on?! I work from home and need this fixed ASAP. Ridiculous
