@RogersHelps @CNBC The issue is still not resolved. I read elsewhere that this could be a feed issue relating to the Olympics. I would hope that you are able to run market coverage during the day and then switch to Olympics in the evening. We subscribe to CNBC for market info - thx.

@InfinitusCap @RogersHelps Exactly! The person might be on hold or emailing some general account that never gets read! Sad.

@Rogers - why is my internet going down in excess of 6 times today - aren’t you suppose to be the “most reliable”?

@RogersHelps I haven’t been able to make a phone call since I moved to Cole Harbour on Saturday. People can call me but my cell won’t call out. What’s the issue? Am I living in a Rogers dead zone? I’m on 3G. Thanks!

@Rogers How’s the service on the BC Ferries and #BChwy5 ? Any improvements in the past couple years? That’s the reason why I switched from you guys

@RogersHelps @cynthiacm79 Here's the other thing. Rather than providing a contact list for who ever runs the help twitter acct, that person likely has no clue who to contact re: this channel switch issue The bigger the Corp. the more hands that need to touch inorder to get to the key contact dept/person

@REALTOR_Jacqui @Rogers @RogersHelps This is kinda unacceptable though. I have to contact my insurance to make sure things are changed over. Just moved. Planning to get a new provider. I’ve had way too many issues with dead zones with Rogers. I can’t LIVE in one! Eeeeeesh.

@iPhoneinCanada Well, it sure isn’t @RogersHelps! Terrible speeds here in Calgary; I guess that’s why I switched back to @TELUS!
