    @Rogers on God...my internet connection is so bad. Ive called so many times. no one listens to me. I hav a severe disconnection problem & they sent a guy to "fix the internet" & he bounced when he came it was working. The problem isn't it not working. It disconnects every 50 mins

    @Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

    @RogersHelps No service in Tottenham. Rogers site says it's down for maintenence. It's been about 6 hours.

    @RogersHelps Fine. Why don't you disclose whether or not an outage occurred in the M5V area code? That doesn't require any account related info. I've been through this before. Many times. Once you do that, I'll contact you about a reduction on my bill.

    I've had three modems. I'm trying to watch this UFC event and the internet has cut out 9 times now. I can't stream for anything. And no matter how many times I call they keep telling me the internet works. Yea if I reset it every couple hours. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I organized my move 2 months ago and paid for a service tech to set everything up the day of my move. No services. 4 phone calls, 8 customer service reps, 5 departments, a manager and 30+ hours of waiting, still no service. Refused meaningful data option as a bridge.

    @RogersHelps So, sat down to look into a few things Nice rep pointed out I could FINALLY get rid of my Eeros fee which I would never have had if cust serv had properly probed my needs. Everything worked fine on VIP w/out Ignite. Anyhow, waited 30mins on transfer 2 tech-gave up
