@El_Meathead @CanBorder @Rogers I had the same issues. The app was not uploading my info back in April. Happened on 3 separate occasions. Rather than being understanding and helpful to a Canadian citizen, these A-holes threatened me and told me to go back to the US. Had my baby in the back. 😳🫣

@Rogers @RogersHelps 4 days later, my internet speed is terrible and my Ignite TV is undependable. I can’t work at home. I expect at least a week’s refund. I expect this to be fixed and I expect transparency instead of lies.

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Lol what did people do before cell phones? When the phones went down companies never give out compensation to people, when storms happen they don't give compensation. When the power goes out do you get compensation? No. This is what dealing with in the electronic world today.
