@RogersHelps Its 3 PM and still no update or solution to the problem with Rogers wireless data and voice. So if an emergence had happens to my child or wife, and they can't get a hold of me, I'll be damn sure to file for grievance . @Rogers , @RogersHelps .

@RogersHelps Shouldn't you, as a company, have safeguards in place to prevent this from happening? Overlapping network towers? Extremely unprofessional that this many customers have to experience this potentially dangerous inconvenience.

@Rogers #rogersdown Maybe if the CRTC made it easier to allow more competition in the telecommunications industry in Canada instead of conceding every time the Big 3 go crying to Daddy, allowing more completion will allow better service for customers it’s called a free market
