@RogersHelps Pretty generic answer, would like to know the reason as to why. I work for a power outage line and we do our absolute best to give the exact cause as that is what customers want.

Oh the irony. I had a young woman from @rogers come to my door, offering me a VERY good deal if I switched from @bell. I declined. And then the (ongoing) Bell Fibe outage happened & @Bell_Support hasn’t been helpful at all. Coincidence? I think not. #BellFibe #bell
