    @Rogers @RogersHelps Having issues with your MyRogers App. For the last few months I cannot see my usage information with my cell phones. Tried deleting and reinstalling the MyRogers app. Still happens. Called tech support and they could not help me. Please help :)

    Hey @RogersHelps Why do you have to call me several times a day every day - always around supper time -about an account issue that has been resolved. Can you please stop? I don't want to block your number in case you legitimately have to reach me, but this is ridic.

    Dear @Rogers - The hyper focus on "customer relations" and call times means file notes aren't being read. Which means, I've had to repeat 3 times to reps now in 24 hours that my mother is dying and that's why I want to cancel my phone. The 1st rep made a case note. And yet...
