    @RogersHelps not only same issue has not been fixed yet. Since yesterday is much worse. Intermittent service, every few seconds now. What's going on? Is still neighborhood congestion? I need it fixed now. I won't be able to work on Monday

  • HidingupNorth Unknown (@HidingupNorth) reported

    @RogersHelps Is there the ability to monitor where these calls make it into the network? I don't know how this works from a technical standpoint but I always imagine it wouldn't be hard to identify a spoofed number if it originates from outside Canada.

    @R81Mel @RogersHelps Must be an outage in London then

  • jjloa Jessi(e||ca) (@jjloa) reported

    @RogersHelps are there any known issues with ignite in London right now? Lost all tv/internet

  • Ashton_tech John Ashton Green (@Ashton_tech) reported

    @RogersHelps How exactly would a browser issue apply to a phone call being made on a separate device? On my phone, it gets stuck in a loop, and your customer care agents cannot be reached and when I do, they refer me elsewhere.

  • rule_habs Habs Rule 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@rule_habs) reported

    @CoachNateMcK @RogersHelps Nate, this happened to me years ago. Stayed on until the bitter end. When they sweetly asked “how can I help you?”, I said please cancel everything to do with my Rogers account. And I have never looked back.
