Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

They botched my account and flat out lied to me and then made unauthorized changes to my account that even your customer care team can't seem to figure out! 19 year customer that's about to switch!
