    @Rogers I bought a Samsung Flip 3 Phone from rogers. * months in it stopped working. The screen goes black when you open the phone. Futuretel says there is not a problem even though it is clear as day. I have been told this is escalated but no one from Rogers will talk to me.

    Dear @RogersHelps your internet keeps going down. This disrupts my work. Can you provide a backup that switches on when this happens. At your cost - since it is your service that I am paying 100% for but not getting 100% from. #rogersoutage anyone else?

    @RogersHelps TBD is insufficient for an outage that has lasted for most of the workday for customers who are trying to determine what to do about tomorrow.

    @RogersHelps we've been waiting for a customer service rep for 2hrs. We live in York. Please advise if there is a area wide outage or if this is isolated? If area wide, please provide an ETA on fix. Thank you.

    I’m starting to see @Rogers customer service practices for what they really are. Have someone wait on hold for an hour, tell them a “manager” will call back by end of day, then make sure the manager DOESN’T do that. Then wait for the client call back and start the process over.

    @RogersHelps Another outage today and more lost time. Wife can’t work from home like this. Why are Rogers service down 5x more in my building than Bell when both jade updated the building in the last 2 years?? #rogersoutage #switchingtobell
