    @CTVNewsVI I use to get that every few days with @RogersHelps when near water near UVIC or oak bay as I drove around town. Would have to call every bill to get fixed, eventually they started monitoring my bill manually so I wouldn’t get charged. Haven’t had any issue lately though 🤞🏻

    they never gave me the solution and proper info. even the customer service agents used to tell that they are not responsible for the delays and they dont know anything. when i asked to transfer to higher people, they put on long hold and disconnect. @Brightstar @Rogers

    i did service request for my lost device from @Brightstar @Rogers 45 days back. Till now they did not provide me the device even though i paid the replacement charges. Everytime I call their Customer service, evry agent gives wrong info and misguided me.

    @RogersHelps why has home Internet service been so spotty this week??? I've had to use my mobile hotspot several times this week just so I can do my job. At home. Where my expensive home Internet service isn't working. #help #Internet
