@RogersHelps My wife has been trying to retrieve a proof of purchase for her iPhone all day. She has been on the phone for 4.5 hours and went to 2 different Rogers stores. She's still waiting for help. Your twitter handle is a joke. Rogers doesn't help, it wastes people's time.

@RogersHelps Today's fun issue: now that I've notified Rogers that we're moving, we can't exchange any of our Flex channels between now and the move, as it counts as a 'pending work order'. Support also can't do it, apparently. Seems an odd limitation!

@RogersHelps After rebooting with the feature off, when I turned it back on it asked me to verify my phone number (which I have never had to do before) and after doing this the issue appears resolved. Thanks!😗

Hey, @RogersHelps, are there internet services outages in the east of the Annex? I've been waiting for a live representative to chat on the Roger help for over 2.5 hours, all to no avail. I need internet connectivity to be able to work.
