@RogersHelps I was having issues with my tv box yesterday, seems to have been resolved this morning, but now I have no internet connection at home, so no WiFi, no tv and no telephone!

@startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

@RogersHelps CRAVE was added to my bill at $20/mo. There is a remove button on your website (that doesn't work). Online chat- no staff available and the contact us page is blank.
