    As is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Don’t even bother. Use their online chat.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers They’re ******* atrocious. Sat on hold for an hour yesterday to address an internet issue, no one ever picked up. It’s bullshit….

    @RogersHelps Never got through and now it’s closed. Not a good system. How many times/nights should I expect to have to call before I get to speak to someone?
