@Rogers I’ve been pretty patient with Rogers, but so tired of the ****** service. Not only do I lose connection and have poor connectivity but their service technicians think it’s okay to swear and follow minors home. When the company is told about it and they do nothing about it

@RogersHelps @Rogers convinced me to switch back from @telus but someone made a mistake setting up my plan. No online options available to fix or even cancel(again), so stuck waiting an hour+ wait to get this fixed with no end in sight!

@RogersHelps You aren't addressing my concern. I activated online a promo code for Crave earlier today, setting up an account name and password via Bell Media. Then I went to Ignite TV, thinking I could sign in to Crave. I pressed a button that I believe has added Crave to my Rogers plan.
