    Something is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

    @Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?

    @Rogers Holy Hannah! What kind of pathetic stupid AI crap did you install on the Rogers main tel. contact # for IVR. Keep telling customers you can't help them & give no other option, then count the seconds b4 I switch ISP's & mobile providers. Screw this CRAP!

    @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks

    @ImpatienTourist @Rogers Didn't get me anywhere and i spend hours and hours on hold with them. @Rogers has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CANADA. I'll be switching carriers in December when my contract ends!
