    @RogersHelps Rogers is a complete joke! charging me for a phone that was NEVER delivered to me & RETURNED TO THEM from purolator but still continue to charge me & keep my deposit til they can investigate their own ******* mistake! All while I can’t upgrade my hubbys phone til -

    @RogersHelps On March 10, I reported the Authorized Application tool used to generate device passwords was not available. It's now March 24 and I have yet to receive an update on the issue. 🤔

    @Rogers @RogersHelps What terrible customer service. You’ve now cut off our internet access because we didn’t want to upgrade? Your technician came in, said the boxes and line to our house is fine. Yet you’ve said we aren’t a priority and could take days to restore.
