@Rogers your customer service is terrible! You removed my discounts in January after I was told they wouldn’t be and no one is willing to resolve the issue. Now when I call I get hung up on.

@RogersHelps Make it free with my Rogers cell phone plan. That would help. It doesn't matter what platform I use. Firestick, cell, tablet, Playstation the app freezes and I have to restart the game I was watching. And not being able to select my teams home feed sucks.

@RogersHelps Cable box works fine. Noticed issue 1st on my home computer so tried mobile app on my phone. Both connected to home WiFi. Both have the “Watch” button greyed out. We can watch all the Canadian channels.

Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.

@RogersHelps I spent an hour and change on a call with your call center, and didn't really get any resolution, as they didn't know why my payment date changed either.
