    After starting an inquiry 3 weeks ago into why on earth my bill was $522 for 1 month of @RogersHelps service (tv/internet) they ACTUALLY pushed a $488.29 payment through on my credit card without even giving a ******* explanation on how the hell $135 service became a $488 bill

    @spiceofsound @RogersHelps I'm in Durham, construction crew dug through the line. Bell has already had a guy out and fixed my neighbors issue but Rogers can't get a guy out till Friday... Hope you have better luck

    @RogersHelps - I've been on the chat waiting for an agent for a while now. No response. It is like a ghost town. My internet service has been slow since the afternoon. I have a 300Mbps connection. On a wired - I get no more 15Mbps. Help? Restarted modem/router. No dice!

    @RogersHelps help, the NHL live isn't showing any video feed for the Leafs vs Habs game! I've tried two different browsers and the other game currently on is showing fine.
