  • RaptorsGirl99 Teresita, RN (Proudly Vaxxed X3) 🇨🇦 (@RaptorsGirl99) reported

We really need to have more mobile companies in 🇨🇦 like in the 🇺🇸. This market dominance is clearly a safety problem. 911 access issues yesterday & we couldn’t get patients over to my hospital for cardiac angioplasty as some hospitals didn’t have working phone lines. @RogersHelps

  • anetmom fyi (@anetmom) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers How about in a situation like this other provider open their network for people to connect in Emergency use and the cost go to the provider who does provide service and not to the customer.

  • NathalieGray I never finish anyth (@NathalieGray) reported

@RogersHelps If you're going to just slap an image on the tweet to inform people about a MASSIVE outage, use alt text. Come on, this is basic social media how-to.

  • Chiarina4Real Chiarina4Real (@Chiarina4Real) reported

@Chumplet @linwood_barclay @Rogers Service was restored for most customers not all.

  • khalilalfar Khalil Alfar (@khalilalfar) reported

@RogersHelps No Internet services in Meadowvale, Mississagua area. TV services are back and cell service is back (5G is dead slow though)

  • mysignaturem0ve Julia (@mysignaturem0ve) reported

@fischer_catey @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps I don’t have service still in wasaga beach. Spotty data.

  • CindyGertsakis CINDY GERTSAKIS (@CindyGertsakis) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Tuned to 680 news/no update about problem origins, where it was; time lines to resolve NOTHING all day. I understand outages (weather) but this impacting internet, t.v. phones-NO access to 911 if having an emer.-totally unacceptable. DEPLORABLE service fr. a COMMUNICATIONS GIANT

  • saman_mahdi Saman Mahdi (@saman_mahdi) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Do you think a couple dollars proactively credited to your customers' accounts makes up for the actual losses incurred as a result of the all day service disruption?
