    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @RogersHelps today is day 5 of not having a working phone .. @RogersHelps Iโ€™m waiting patiently for my issues for my issues to get resolved .. as of today Iโ€™m hoping youโ€™ll knock out the 5 days fr my upcoming bill .. case # BT1409749

    @RogersHelps Will do. Bring back tech support at night. Shaw used to excel in that. Rogers should address all the complaints in your monopoly. Shouldn't have to go to the CRTC.

    Got a telemarketing call from @Rogers they hung up on me when I ask them to address me in French #RUDE
