I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Not state secrets, a router.

One of the most wealthy organizations ran as a clown show for a majority of it. Embarrassing
