BNKB (@banknotekb) reported@Rogers @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

celeste 🌼🌞 (@celestee3) reported@RogersHelps My term doesn’t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said there’s no way to turn them off

SirLuckHomes Real Estate Brokerage (@SirLuckHomes) reported@RogersHelps Your technical support confirmed that this is not even possible even with the EID and IMEI provided. It’s not an international device It was actually due to your company preventing e-sims from being emailed. I had to escalate to your customer care team to have the e-sim mailed

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

Tony (@Tony45190554669) reportedAnyone else wasted more than 4 hours on hold with @Rogers and their pathetic new AI garbage? Something is wrong here.

The Boxing Advocate (@boxingadvocate) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I have an issue that can’t be resolved online or by an AI assistant. I need to talk to a human. I’ve called five times and every time I’m given a message that due to “extremely high call volumes” you are unable to take my call. What am I supposed to do here?
-
Andrea JA (@Godblessedchild) reported@RogersHelps I am unable to get through to Rogers from last week concerning my new location and it is impacting my ability to work from home. This is quiet unacceptable. I need help ASAP

Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedAs much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please
