His Divine Shadow (@ESchillup) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The best way to get someone in canada is select French and then they answer go "shoot i thought I hit english, can you help me" and they basically all speak English anyways.

WiseGuy of Bay Street ( AKA #BayStreetWiseGuy ) (@DesertViewsCA) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Wow! That is a terrible ROI. You would have been fired already Norm.

Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?
-
Pav (@hwspav) reportedWorst customer service from @Rogers @RogersHelps . On hold for 90 mins. First person had mo clue and the second person makes up a outage to explain my issue. When asked where the outage is posted he disconnected the call. Absolutely shameful how Rogers treats their customers
-
Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.
-
Jason Boring (@JasonBoring99) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is just as bad plus most of their technicians are from India, completely useless and no troubleshooting skills
-
AB_Girl (@thefringemin) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That's precisely the problem for having a monopoly. I trifecta in CANADA. It needs to stop!

magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers has offshored their customer service since that last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs. @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney
