@RogersHelps so why do I pay almost $100 a month to not be give updates about your service outage ? Customers better be compensated for the day of service lost. @RogersHelps why can’t you even tell us what’s wrong ? @RogersHelps you either don’t know, or you’ve been hacked.

@chatrmobile @Rogers has about 10.9 million subscribers under them and still can’t get their **** together and fix this? Like I said multi billion dollar company and we get no service still!! All day and for some last night to!! Wow get your **** together already

@RogersHelps will you be applying credits to every customer affected with this 10+ hours service interruption or do we all need to call in and stay on the phone for 40 mins and ask to get it? I have 4 iPhone bricks right now & can’t even use wifi calling because it’s not enable

Many drivers and couriers could not work last 15 hours in Canada due to the your technical problem. How do you think to compensate it? @RogersHelps if you cannot fix this problem until tomorrow morning, I will transfer my wireless to another company. FYI
