    Shout out to Stephen (Steven?) At @Rogers wireless Burlington mall. Not only did he get us hooked up with a tablet for *nothing*, but he also helpfully informed us that Battlestar Galactica is streaming on Prime. Made our crappy day a lot better. DAMN FINE customer service!

    @RogersHelps Day 4 with no cable and your technician never arrived. Same lie from yesterday. Lied saying he came and never did. watched the tracker on my iphone and he never even tried to come and never called.

    @RogersHelps all my services are down again, second time in a week! No tech coming until Monday!?! I need the internet in order to work, these service interruptions are now affecting my job! A $16 credit just doesn’t cut it!
