@RogersHelps Thanks a lot you useless *****. I need to use a mobility service to get to work. In order to secure my ride for tomorrow I need to pass Covid screening. Which I can't do because I have no ******* phone service. So now I'll be out a day's pay. T

@RogersHelps inconvenience is an understatement??? Intermittent as well. How about all customers affected will get a voucher or some sort of compensation. An apology after having over 12 hours without a phone or data is unacceptable and I still have no service😡!
