    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz I am inquiring about reimbursement. Is it normal for you chat service to ask for my cr. Card info for $2 which is refundable, to get an answer . Sounds fishy to me.

    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers My dad is 81 yrs old lives alone and quite sick with COVID , up until 12:30 pm today he had no landline phone, no internet, no cable. What if he needed 911?@RogersHelps . I still do not have landline, etc. Using old cell phone I kept for emergency. This proves health/safety risk

    @RogersHelps This is not true. Most peoples internet is not working. Data is though so can’t wait for the overage charges for people who are hotspotting.

    It’s very simple @Rogers we get ZERO service charges for the year. I mean not a single cent. Don’t **** around with a 50$ gift card

    @RogersHelps Almost 2pm est. Still no internet service at all. Across the road they are back online.. ???
