@Frank028 @RogersHelps After troubleshooting with Rogers last night, the only conclusion that we could come to was my iPhone XR is better capable of streaming live TV than the Rogers IPTV box. It’s bizarre that they aren’t addressing this issue. Hopefully Bell Fibe will be closer to live

@RogersHelps This isn’t anything new. #Rogers has been historically known for poor service across 🇨🇦. Always more emphasis on branding & marketing than improving svc. Only deregulation and real competition will improve this for #Canadians 2/2

RE cell phone/internet/cable services; The best way to get a deal is to switch providers whenever your discount period expires. Retention (or 'Loyalty') will rarely offer the deal as good as a brand new customer gets. @Bell_Aliant, @TELUS, @Rogers this makes no sense.
