@Rogers amazing that the largest of companies does not have a proper and quick emergency repair system! Town cut out lines repairing sidewalk, so no internet, TV, phone, etc. and 1st service booking not until Thursday?? Need real customer service.

I'm soooooo glad that @Rogers "replaced the lines" w/o actually REPLACING THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT in the hopes that this would solve connection issues for HUNDREDS of customers 🤬🤦 Narrator: NOTHING has been "solved".

Not sure if the head of Customer Service for @Rogers or @Bell_Support joined this startup because the speed and quality are somehow worse than Canadian Telecomm.
