So has @Rogers offered up an explanation yet for why I was forced to lose out on a day of work (and therefore, a day of pay) and being incommunicado all day? All this on top of being sick with probably COVID made for a very long, terrible day.

@birgitomo @Rogers What monopoly? There is already competition in the market. Could there be more - ABSOLUTELY. Stop government over-regulation that is stopping it. This present issue is a matter of poor system design. The only true monopoly is the government, and look how well they are doing? 🤡

@RogersHelps Toronto: 30th hour of no ignite services and apparentlly a 3 hour waiting time to hear from a live agent … a vast majority of customers are still waiting to get the band aid fix

@Rogers never knew it was you guys behind debt machines now that I know this , I think SOMEONE else needs to replace the service you provide Canada with because I’m not about to wait cause of some simple kid problems like resetting the system
