on top of that we have to pay $40 a phone for the preorder on a phone that came out on the 5th of Feb that we still don't have in our hands on the 8th of Feb.... NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from @RogersHelps never ever EVER preorder anything. We hadn't planned

So after a day of frustration with @Rogers nothing has been corrected. If you have device protection through @Rogers or Brightstar, check all your info down to the IMEI number or they will be awful to deal with. Be warned.

@RogersHelps I have Rogers sports pack and Toronto game is not on . What is happening ....you can’t be blacking out games when people are paying a premium. What is going on I get package e dry year and have never had this happen.
