It’s been over 12 hours without Rogers / Fido service and yet they continue to say it’s “intermittent” no; every single person around me on Rogers / Fido hasn’t had NO SERVICE so how is it only “intermittent”? Please explain @RogersHelps @Rogers

@Rogers Some clarity and transparency as to why it's been 18 hours without any service for millions of customers. There must be some major infrastructure issue or cyber attack and or hacked. At this point I've lost all trust in Rogers. I'll be leaving after some sort compensation

@AboutRogers @Rogers Whatever the software change was, you'd better back out quick, it didn't work. Took way too long to figure out the root cause, and unacceptably long to communicate to customers, and still no ETR. Bad business. You might want to get a crisis management team. Oh...too late.
