@rogershelps should one still be experiencing issues with ignite tv? like sound cutting in/out frequent screen freezing?

  • it_Dave Dave the I.T. Guy 🇨🇦 (@it_Dave) reported

@RogersHelps thanks to your inept ability to fix #IgniteTV I'm forced to stream TV from my @Bell cellular. Can't wait for them to finish installing #fibe in my area.

  • JAlzner J. Alzner (@JAlzner) reported

@ColinDMello And what about those of us that still don't have proper Ignite service? I want more than a $5 credit. I want my service restored, properly. @RogersHelps #rogersoutrage #rogersstillout

@RogersHelps My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

  • pritpatel87 Noah (@pritpatel87) reported
