@RogersHelps TV still not working correctly. freezing, screen going black, audio cutting out. just awful. Tried resetting the box, system refresh, reset the modem....nothing worked. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?

  • Kosmenko Greg Kosmenko (@Kosmenko) reported

@RogersHelps Why do you keep telling people majority of service are up when they're clearly not in most major metropolitan areas and especially when you can't access most websites reliably? You can't say services are restored when your download ping times are 500+ms, its unusable

  • dkarters steve (@dkarters) reported

@MaddenNate1 @Rogers I’m having the same problem! I also can’t get my TV to login to the network! But my laptop and phone are working.

  • HessCoin HessCoin (@HessCoin) reported

  • atmarais Anne-Marie Marais (@atmarais) reported

@RogersHelps my ignite is on again, but there still seems to be major issues with the cable. Lag in audio and video. Have restarted and reset the hub multiple times. Any suggestions for improving cable or are you still working on that? Thanks!

  • nchardenet Nicole Chardenet (@nchardenet) reported

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?

  • ttv_Cherry Cherry 🍒 (@ttv_Cherry) reported

So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...

  • DavisLegree Davis Legree (@DavisLegree) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, most outages ‘fixed,’ but we continue to have modem issues…no phone support, no live agent online support…how do we get it fixed?

  • Stephendix11 Stephendix (@Stephendix11) reported

@Bell Get ready for Monday, cause you've got a new customer coming your way. Bye @Rogers @RogersHelps
