Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Rogers It will eventually go back to normal on its own but it'll be down the whole day. And this happens weekly. Sometimes more than once. Been doing this for about a year now. I went with them because I got a good deal but I can see why they charge less. Their service is awful.

Ryan Planinshek (@planinshek) reported@RogersHelps I get technical issues can happen but you clearly need more agents to support customers as well as looking at the IVR to determine why it keeps dropping calls. A technical issue can happen, but multiple times is not ok.
