@RogersHelps you need more phone advisors agents. You’d figure after the past few service issues Rogers would step up customer support. Nope let’s have clients wait 40 mins to speak to someone who transfers you because they don’t know how to help.

@BrianLumsden1 @RogersHelps Roger's, please note that I have received multiple messages of those experiencing similar issues. The main account holder is invalid, assigns a "key" to each account on wireless. Home computer does not let you make any changes e.g. signatures. Doesn't show all emails.

Nice customer service @Rogers Telling us that we have to pay a late fee for not even attempting to take a payment from us? Zero Customer service from your people to try and fix the issue. We have to deal with your outages but can’t accept absolute proof of your failure? @Dlads77

@RogersHelps No, you should stop making it out like tech support can help. The problem is on your lines 100%, the way you can tell is without me doing anything to fix it the issue went away an hour later. It is too bad your customer service reps are so poorly trained and always deflect.
