    @Rogers has to be the biggest joke of a company. 47 minutes on hold and we’re still going… ignite is the dumbest invention. Here we are having issues again, but now we need to add another useless ignite box to the line up. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

    I have experienced the worst customer service of my life with @rogers Came twice to set up my TV and internet and could not (Dec 2 and Dec 6). Have spent 7+ hours on the phone with them. They act as if the onus is on me to correct their errors. Shocking behaviour

    @RogersHelps - now I have remote that doesn't work properly. Replaced the batteries and still getting a really long lag time when you try to access the guide. Add this issue to the ever growing list of crap that is #RogersIgnite

    @Rogers -it would be nice to know of maintenance work being done in my area. I rely on the internet to complete my job. I signed up for notice of when it’s over, but still haven’t received the all clear. This is pathetic. I’m a high speed ignite customer.

    @Rogers The problem is not fixed I restarted my phone I still can't call anybody. Why say the problem is fixed when it's obviously not !!!
