@RogersBiz Who do i need to speak to to get proper service? I ask for a new install since we move to a new place but I still do not have any. 3 techs since saturday. I have not even started service with you guys and its already been messed up!

@CanadianDadBlog @RogersHelps If you have a good deal please send me some details. It's impossible to talk to someone to get some help.

  • zmpaul Zach Paul (@zmpaul) reported

@RogersHelps I am frustrated that I get a useless phone call saying that my service request is delayed without a clear indication of when the request is delayed to. I then cannot get a live agent on LiveChat or Facebook Messenger - bad customer service!

  • liplungs Fillip (@liplungs) reported

Problem said to be fixed, and that I was credited that charge. Special shout-out to Valerie at @RogersHelps 🥳

  • BariniRob Rob Barini (@BariniRob) reported

@Sergetacular @t_jurik @Rogers Yeah, same story here for at least the last week or two. Multiple instances where there's no internet (although the modem and wifi networks stay online). So far have replaced my router and modem - no change. Rogers keeps saying there's no issue, which is just wrong.

  • RandyWardrope Randy Wardrope (@RandyWardrope) reported

@Rogers Have waited on the phone for over 1 hour two days in a row. My new plan is missing a few features. Yesterday the support person had to transfer me to a manager to resolve. This resulted in another 1 hour and 6 minutes wait until I just gave up. This is ridiculous.

  • MadSpaceRatter M J aka the Rat (@MadSpaceRatter) reported

@RogersHelps quick Q: is there an issue with rogers ignite steaming off the web portal? I cannot get streaming to work for the past few days. Tv and phone apps work fine.

  • _sunnyboy_ Sunny (@_sunnyboy_) reported

@RogersHelps hey is here an outage in Brampton? If so, when will it be back up?

  • yveresse_ Yveresse (@yveresse_) reported

@RogersHelps is there another outage? I am in the middle of taking my test online and suddenly I don’t have a connection. This is so unacceptable, it’s been like this for three weeks. And it’s just so upsetting like I can fail my test because of this, no teachers will do retake-

  • RebeccaHanley78 Rebecca Hanley (@RebeccaHanley78) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage issue in the Cambridge ontario area? I work from home and risk being fired so I have to use my mobile internet.
