@RogersHelps this is my third night in a row with major problems. Landline internet and Ignite slow, buffering or flat out dead. Unusable. I hate complaining all the time but a) I’m paying for this and b) some of us work from home now. This isn’t really acceptable service.

  • sharizofia shari 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇸 (@sharizofia) reported

@RogersHelps I was on hold for 1:20 told CS mgr didn’t think my inquiry deserved their attention. Then I asked again to speak to a CSR Mgr hold for 20 min then the phone was disconnected. Customer for 27 years very mad #ShameOnYou

@Rogers I’m disgusted with your company. I made the mistake of trying using you for my business and I’ve had nothing but issues! No business owner should use your company! Getting things resolved in a timely manner is not easy. #rogerssucks #badcustomerservice #wasteofmoney

  • DaveyAutoSales Davey Auto Sales (@DaveyAutoSales) reported

@RogersHelps I live in Whitby Ontario - I have been having absolutely garbage Ignite internet service. Lag spikes constantly. Rebooted, no help, called no help.

@truckerjoe51 @Rogers @RogersHelps It’s completely insane. My mother died in 2019 after a 20 year illness + being on disability. She was a Rogers customer for the same amount of time. Rogers has been more difficult to deal with then life insurance companies, pension companies the CRA.

  • _pixiechrist Tony Stank (@_pixiechrist) reported

@RogersHelps when my mom and I upgraded our phones, we were told if we did it online ourselves the setup service fee would be waived. There is two 45$ credits on my bill, but under her line, there is still a service setup fee charge. Why?

@TheTorontoSun @anthonyfurey This is probably @Rogers fault. I've spent more time on hold with this garbage company than I got sleep this past weekend. I feel like killing myself now. Thanks Roger's

  • hoogendyke DavidH (@hoogendyke) reported

@Rogers I would like to thank rogers for charging me for using a toll free number. I am blind and have calling in to social phone-ins using a toll free no. provided by CNIB, yet Rogers is asking for $100 for this. WTF!?. 855 is Canada toll free!!!!!.
