-
SteveSteele π¨π¦ (@Stevest48366771) reported@REWoman @Rogers Rogers is the worst. As much as I complain about the cost of Bell, it's never gone down. Not once.
-
Fleur (@Fleur8029) reported@RogersHelps Will do. Bring back tech support at night. Shaw used to excel in that. Rogers should address all the complaints in your monopoly. Shouldn't have to go to the CRTC.
-
Kenzie Allen π΅ (@cerena) reported@Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
-
Golfmulligan (@GolfMulligan) reported@RogersHelps @JayJanower Horrible screwup. Just horrible.
-
Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.
-
Fire Chayka (@FireDubas4) reported@TomiukCurtis @RogersHelps Exact same **** happened last year @RogersHelps is USELESS
-
Chris Roy (@C_Roy33) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.
-
Jack Carlow (@jackcarlow11) reported@Rogers @ShawDirect you guys are a disgrace. Back to back years in the Open Championship you canβt put the golf on in Canada. Embarrassing. This is not what golf fans deserve after what they pay for. Please fix
-
RitaQπ¨π¦ (@RitaQ62) reportedHey @RogersHelps another outage this week? This is unacceptable service when we pay such high fees!!! No internet no phone no tv!!!!

Sorry Eh π¨π¦ π (@cdnsorryeh) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
