@RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Isn't Bell and Telus the same network? I have been milked by @Rogers for multiple years before I wised up and switched to Bell. 400+ dollars down to 200+, and much more data.

@RogersHelps I finally was able to speak with someone and my issues were all addressed.

If you are considering (or have to due to equipment failure like me) switching from Ignite to Xfinity on @Rogers here are some things to be aware of that they do not tell you before, during or after the transition. First, a new account will be opened, independent of your previous account, and unless you call and close your previous account, you will be double billed. Second, nobody will ask you for your credit card and it won’t be transitioned from your old account so unless you go online and add it, in a month you will be getting nasty notices. Three, if you have streaming services like Crave that you buy through Rogers it will not be transferred to your new account automatically. You must call to get it added. Fourth, expect at least one of the Xfinity boxes not to work properly. I’ve done the transition now at my cottage and home and multiple service visits and equipment replacements may be necessary. Fifth, if you have Rogers/ Yahoo email or Finance accounts they don’t automatically transition and multiple phone calls may be necessary and it may take the knowledge of a supervisor to get them going again. And sixth, Rogers goes out of its way to make speaking to an actual human being virtually impossible and you have to fight with AI and may be lucky and get through to someone in a few minutes or, like me, you can waste hours and hours on hold. And finally, they are going to email you a survey on how they did. Don’t fill it in right away. Wait a few days to make sure things work and work as they should. Good luck!

@bavedikian @Rogers you need to follow this example. You allowed @FedEx to facilitate a theft of a brand new IPhone. Now you are charging the person who never received it a monthly fee and not holding FedEx responsible even though they gave to a random person.

@RogersHelps Tbh, I’ve totally given up and when I get a clear moment to deal with switching service providers etc, I will. A relationship that has existed since 1994 is about to end (wifi, phones, tv)

@RogersHelps I’ve tried submitted one time last year for an issue they never responded. This recent one was just last week. Im not sure on the day because once I submit I never receive any message from the company. Why is it so difficult to get in contact by email?

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers I moved from COAX to Nextbox to Ignite to Xfinity and have none of those issues with Rogers in the same home. Everything has been assigned and billed to my account as it should. I record and review every detail and escalate to Rogers social media team. That said, I don’t trust any of the big 3. I have Rogers cable/Crave/internet & home phone — it goes out too often. Least reliable services of the big 3. Absolutely no mobile signal, even with a booster installed. Bell I have an old copper landline and two mobile lines for family. Work but crazy $$$. Telus I have a mobile line, and their Streaming services bundle. Dependable, good service. Office of the CEO is always there. $$. Freedom mobile line (useless) but cheap global roaming & Public mobile (increadibly cheap) for security purposes. I hope to cut two vendors soon. It’s amazing how the big brands we grew up trusting in the 70s & 80s have fumbled their advantages.

@geo_fed @RogersHelps It sounds like this could be a CNBC thing if Bell customers are having the same issue.
