    @isaac_unrau @Rogers because when I was with them, they charged me something that they've been hidden from me, and not only once but two times.(sorry bad english)

    Rogers has the worst customer service in canada, they charged me 1490$ for iphone air which I already returned four days before the deadline. Still they charged me after 1 month, i am completely exhausted calling them yesterday i called me 19 times nobody responded. @Rogers

    Shaw @Rogers is so abusive towards DISSABLED people that they actively attack them for NOT being placed on hold for an HOUR just to say "Yes, Saturday is fine" when the CCTS demands they fix my internet! They have NO call back number and are not effective at emails! CEO Alex!

    @Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.

    @Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I have been trying for two days to get through to you. After 2 1/2 hours on hold to be told to hang up, and this morning each time saying to call back, not even put on hold. How do you do business if no one can access your company? This is unacceptable

    @RogersHelps Bla, bla , bla. Use those prepared statements on those ppl under 18. Your customer service needs a facelift. Nvr missed a payment and always paid on time. Thx for nothing. No more! Cancelling my service

    @NforEnd @TELUS @Rogers Good luck try and get a hold of somebody at ROGERS. Expect to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half if you’re lucky. They’re all bloody awful
