@RogersHelps I don't really care much about the credit. I just want an internet connection that is stable. Mine has dropped once or twice a day since the outage. Get it together.

@adolwyn @RogersHelps @SaskTelSupport We have Shaw mobile and the coverage in real Saskatchewan was abysmal. Although I couldn’t even get coverage in Regina so I’m wondering if my phone was having a hard time connecting to the network for some reason.

@CP24 I assume it will be a 5 dollar credit… and then a 5 dollar charge the next month…. I have been with @Rogers for years and they have been great.. since the pandemic though it’s been the worst customer service I have ever had

@RogersHelps Still waiting for my service to be restored in #Moncton. Two DMs sent. Zero response. If things aren’t remediated tomorrow, I’ll be canceling service. Been listening to you spout about how normal everything is and it’s not.
