    @kdangerfield @Rogers Any providers running on Rogers are affected. If you hear from Bell users, it's because they can't reach Rogers users because the Rogers network is completely borked. Rogers just turned back on some voicemail boxes, though.

    @Rogers ... If I'm late on my payment, you shut off my services... When your network goes down can the 10.8 million Canadians that rely on you sue you for breach of contract? I hope so.

    @Rogers I had to make very important calls this morning but because of service down I am not able to complete, it’s very frustrating because we don’t know what time this issue will be resolved.
