    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Network showing SOS for one of lines. Store could not help. Asked me to call tech support. Been trying for 10 days to get hold of 1 agent. Cant call, cant text, cant use data. And i am paying for that line. Very bad service provided.

    @ToddHeintz @Rogers @BlueJays I had an issue right at the beginning of the game, in the first inning, my screen went black and my TV box restarted on its own. This has happened to me before and it’s on the 4K channel. Is this what happened to you?

    @Rogers having to play a message for customers waiting on hold stating we are experiencing longer than usual wait times actually means you really suck at customer service and are more focused on profits!!! #DoBetterRogers

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.
