    @MoiraPotter11 @Rogers 1My service has greatly improved since I cleaned their clock. I often get money taken off my bill, or better deals when I do deal with them now. I always talk to a supervisor and never talk to their off shore sweatshop workers. I once called the CEO and ripped him a new one.

    @RogersHelps I was promised a $50 plan after the outage, but instead I was charged $75. Very disappointing

    @RogersHelps No, things seem back to normal this morning. About 8pm local time they started again. But before that it was horrible. Any ideas what was going on?
