    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    @RogersHelps Can you explain why we are suddenly having huge issues w/ our cell service at our cottage? For years we used our phones without issue. Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?

    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to someone on the phone for 3 days and the system keeps telling me to call back. The automated chat on your website can’t help. What kind of customer service is this??
