Rogers should remove all mobile data limits for the month of July. The outage has caused many people to use more mobile data then normal. Common @Rogers step up!

@AboutRogers @Rogers So will there ever be an explanation as to why there was such a massive outage? It would be great to know what happened. Should Rogers customers be worried about a security breach? Btw, had to switch to a more reliable carrier. Almost 24 hrs without service??? Too much!

@RogersHelps My service is not completely restored. Nearly all of my TV channels present a black screen & a message that says the channel is temporarily available. The only channel that seems to be working is PBS, & even there reception is erratic with constant freezing & audio going silent.
