Went to live chat, the fellow said they can only help through the care team department. That’s after being no 190 on queue @RogersHelps.

I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
