    @RogersBiz You guys are the worst company I have ever received a service in my life!!!!!! It’s impossible to talk with customer service, I was waiting on line for more than 40 minutes and no one helped!!!! Now you guys are charging me a huge fee cancelation and I didn't even sign a contract

    @Rogers @Rogershelps Here’s a thread for you to pass along. You really have to be better. This service is nowhere near the standard that is expected at this price point. I’m not stopping until we get better options or fair pricing. Half the features should be half the price.

    @Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps Ordered a replacement PVR on Monday it arrived today and I was sent a broken replacement box. Been on hold for almost 2.5 hours and keep getting transferred around. Is this how you treat long time customers? WOW…..

    @RogersHelps There's literally no way for you to address this concern through DMs, just fix your connectivity issues and consider eliminating ads from your SN app for live events and just play the commercials during commercial breaks on the broadcast. Simple as.

    @RogersHelps Hello, I have been trying to return an internet POD for few weeks now . When I call customer service , they have to transfer to customer care and then there is a wait for one hour. Then I finally got hold of someone, I did not get email instructions.Are you learning from mistake

    @RogersHelps You are no help at all! I have been waiting for 3hrs now just to setup a move. You keep on putting me to the wrong department even if I selected the correct prompt! 4 callbacks with the wrong department and now connecting me to the "right" department for FOREVER! 😡

    @Rogers has the worst company ever. The fraud management team is slow. Someone added two lines in my account without my knowledge and I have been calling customer care past week, no action from their side. They charged me for four lines, when I only have two. Don’t go for ROGERS!
