    @FidoSolutions That does seem a bit unfortunate consider self-service is not even a possibility. Fido should re-examine this fee's application and only apply it to transaction that are self-serviceable. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to an agent for 55+!minutes (and counting). this will be the 7th agent I have spoken/transferred to. spoke to 1st agent almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be more than appreciated. 🆘
